연구개발정보를 체계적으로 기록하고 관리하는 것이 연구개발 품질을 확보하기 위한 기본적인 방법이며 더 나아가 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 밑거름이 된다. 특히, IT 기술의 발달로 인해 연구실 환경이 디지털화 됨에 따라 대부분의 연구개발정보가 전자문서로 기록되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 연구개발정보를 체계적으로 기록하고 관리하기 위해 도구로 사용되는 전자연구노트에 대해 살펴보고 연구환경에 맞는 모델을 제시하고자 한다. Laboratory Research Notebook is the recorded data of the process and the result of research and also the most basic data. To record and manage R&D information systematically is a very basic method to secure R&D quality and becomes a foundation of performing a project successfully. Especially, as the laboratory environment is getting digitalized due to development of IT technology, most R&D information is recorded as electronic documents. Therefore, Laboratory Research Notebook is used to effectively manage R&D information recorded as electronic documents. This study would like to look at Laboratory Research Notebook which is used to manage R&D information systematically and then present a model which suits research environment.

The Radical development of IT technology has brought an enormous change in the organization and the society. 이해당사자별 정보시스템 사용의 우선순위 분석에 대한 연구

ERP in the past, primarily centering on large enterprises and the introduction of competition in the global e-business, but along with the proliferation of small and medium-sized enterprises are now in earnest, or to take advantage of the introduction of the ERP plan. However, the introduction of the ERP cost and the effort required to develop, because many never previously introduced ERP expect that the introduction of cost and performance comparisons with the measurement is necessary. Until now, however, the introduction of a framework of analysis followed the introduction of ERP primarily to measure performance of a major improvement. This research, in addition to improving the performance of these tasks have been overlooked until now for the system's user satisfaction BSC (Balanced Scorecard) models and techniques using AHP-specific understanding of the Company (Group executives, middle managers groups, and user groups) Importance of priorities you want to analyze. In summary, the key findings of this study follows. First, ERP user satisfaction measurement for the balanced scorecard indicators in terms of the redevelopment. Second, the information system user satisfaction to the user layer (Layer 3), grouped by the measure. Thirdly, the user satisfaction of the important topics for attention as quantified by measuring the hierarchy. This model is for satisfaction levels as quantitative of future users of the new system, information systems and the introduction of a new model of development based on the evaluation data will be able to take advantage of.
정보시스템 감리 서비스 평가항목에 대한 이해당사자간우선순위 분석에 관한 연구

Traditionally, information systems audit has been carried out by the auditors. So the main focuses of audit are managerial point of view, such as finding errors or missing functions. The final purpose of audit, however, is to help the organization to make better decision through better information services. So we felt that managerial point of audit should be extended to include the factors that increase the competitiveness of organization. To accomplish this goal, new factors that reflect the ideas of three groups, users, developers in addition to auditors. First, by adopting the ideas from service quality evaluation area, we develop six items and 24 indexes for information systems audit.Second, we separate the audit related parties into three groups, users, developers and auditors. The main reason is that major concerns of three groups to the system will be different considerably. Third, we quantified the weights of each group to each 6 items and 24 indexes using Analytic Hierarchy Process. Fourth, the resulting weights of each item are found to be different by the group, and possible reasons are analyzed.
