        제철소부산물인 저급산화철 환원에 의한 ZVI의 제조 및 Orange Ⅱ의 급속색도분해

        제철소분산물인 저급산화철 수소 환원에 의한 영가철(Zero Valent Iron; ZVI) 제조 및 영가철에 의한 아조염료 중 난분해성 물질인 Orange II의 급속 색도분해실험을 하였다. Orange II의 분해조건으로는 ZVI양, pH 및 혼합정도에 따른 분해특성을 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 제조한 ZVI(1.7~50.0μm)은 시중에서 판매되고 있는 ZVI (149μm) 보다 상대적으로 입자크기가 매우 작기 때문에 비표면적이 매우 크게 나타났다. 이러한 특성에 의해 시판되고 있는 ZVI 보다 제조한 ZVI에 의한 Orange II의 분해에 있어서 매우 급속하게 색도처리가 되었음을 알 수 있었다. ZVI양과 혼합정도가 높을 수 록 Orange II의 분해속도는 증가하였다. ZVI양에 따른 분해속도는 0.071~0.799min<sup>-1</sup> 으로 나타났다. 산성조건에 가까울 수 록 분해속도는 높게 나타났으며, 혼합정도가 증가할 수 록 분해효율은 증가하였다. 제철소 부산물로부터 제조한 친환경소재인 ZVI 에 의한 염색폐수처리공정에 있어서 급속색도에 매우 유용하게 적용할 수 있음을 시사한다. In this study, batch system experiments were conducted to characterize the activity of zero valent iron (ZVI) for the decolorization of azo dye Orange II, in aqueous solution under various experimental conditions, such as ZVI dosage, mixing and pH. The ZVI used in this study was fabricated from the low level oxide iron by-product of a pickling line at a steel work. The freshly synthesized ZVI was more reactive than commercially available Fe powders (149μm), most likely due to the high specific surface area and higher surface reactivity. The rate of decolorization clearly increased with ZVI dosage and the rate of mixing. The addition of ZVI exponentially increased the removal efficiency, with observed empirical reaction rate constants (k) of 0.071~0.799min<sup>-1</sup> for the addition of 0.1~0.5g ZVI. The rate of decolorization should increase with decreasing pH. The kinetics of decolorization was first order, but varied with ZVI dosage, rate of mixing and pH. Using an authentic sample of wastewater from a dye manufacturing operation, as well as construction-grade granular ZVI, rapid decolorization was achieved, which was consistent with the reduction of azo dyes.

      • 윤리경영이 조직구성원의 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 관한 연구

        As social expectation regarding ethical management increases, ethical problems in management have become important managerial issues, which makes ethical management as a new source of competitiveness of the firms. Though there have been many studies that have shown positive relationship between ethical management and organizational performance, there is a dearth of studies which reveal the processes by which ethical management affects organizational performance. This study aims to identify the mechanism by which ethical management system influences workers" job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior through trust in management and person-organization fit. In order to achieve above objective, this study conducted questionnaire surveys for 406 workers employed by 23 organizations including public administration offices, manufacturers, and logistics firms. The results of covariance structure analyses for 401 valid questionnaire responses are as follows: First, ethical management system was found to have positive relationship with trust in management and person-organization fit. Second, trust in management was also found to have positive relationship with workers" job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Third, person-organization fit likewise had positive relationship with job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, trust in management and person-organization fit were found to have perfect mediation effect between ethical management system and outcome variables. On the basis of above results, it is considered that this study contributed to the ethical management literature by identifying the mechanism which operates between ethical management system and outcome variables such as job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. And the limitations and future research direction were discussed in the conclusion.

        나라꽃 무궁화 품종중 가로수용, 분화용 및지피용으로 조경적 활용도가 높은 품종 선정

        본 연구는 조경수용 무궁화 우수품종 보급을 위한 유전자원 수집과 특성을 평가하기 위해 최근 국내외에서 육성된 127품종의 1년생접목묘를 이용하여 2014년부터 2015년까지 2년 동안 생육 및 형태적 특성조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 품종 중 키가 큰 가로수 및 독립수용품종, 왜성형 분화 및 지피용 품종 등을 선정하여 무궁화를 조경수로 활용도를 높이는데 기여하고자 하였으며 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 최근 국내외에서 육성된 나라꽃 무궁화 품종들의 생육특성을 조사하기 위해 먼저 접목 1년생 수고를 조사한 결과 20~120cm까지다양하게 나타났다. 무궁화 ``주몽``과 ``홍가로수``, 종간교잡종 Hibiscus hybrid ``Daewangchun``, ``Daeil``, ``Lohengrin``, ``Jina``, ``Yeonam`` 등이 키가 100cm 이상으로 가장 큰 품종으로 조사되었다. 최근 국내외에서 육성된 무궁화 127품종 중 조경적 활용가치가 높은 교목성 가로수로이용할 수 있는 품종은 무궁화 ``주몽``과 ``홍가로수``, 종간교잡종 Hibiscus hybrid ``Daewangchun``, Hibiscus hybrid ``Daeil``, Hibiscus hybrid ``Lohengrin``, Hibiscus hybrid ``Jina``, Hibiscus hybrid ``Yeonam`` 등이 있었다. 분화 및 분재용으로 이용할 수 있는 왜성형 품종으로는 ``Red Heart``, ``백령도``, 종간교잡종 ``진선``, ``꼬마``, ``여천``, ``야음`` 등이 있었으며, 키가 30cm 미만의 아주 작은 품종으로는 ``안동``, ``청조``, ``Lil Kim`` 등이 포함되었다. 수고가 작은 왜성형으로 가지의 생장이 아래로 향하는 ``탐라``, ``Melrose``, ``비단``, ``하이리``, ``별이``, ``병화``, ``미백``, ``한양``, ``청암``, ``Lil Kim Violet``, ``종무``, ``은하수``, 종간교잡종 Hibiscus hybrid ``Saehanseo``와 Hibiscus hybrid ``Yousoon``은 화단 및 지피용소재로 이용가치가 높았다. This study was carried out to characterize 127 recently developed cultivars of Rose of Sharon (Hibiscus spp.) in Korea and foreign Countries for landscape uses. The examined factors were growth characteristics such as tree height of a 1-year grafted plant(cm), plant type, growth habit, leaf characteristics such as shape and size, flower characteristics such as color, shape, size, and red eye during 2014 and 2015 for landscape uses. The results are obtained as follows; Hibiscus hybrid ``Daewangchun``, ``Daeil``, ``Lohengrin``, ``Yeonam``, ``Joomong``, ``Jina``, and H. syriacus ``Honggarosu`` had vigorous shoot growth and tall tree size of 100cm. New Hibiscus cultivars, Hibiscus hybrid ``Daewangchun`` and ``Daeil``, having vigorous growth, uniform plant habit, upright, and compact branches were developed through interspecific crosses between H. syriacus ``Samchully`` (♀) and H. sinosyriacus ``Seobong`` (♂). This newly developed cultivar ``Daewangchun``, ``Daeil``, ``Lohengrin``, ``Yeonam``, ``Joomong``, ``Jina``, and H. syriacus ``Honggarosu`` having tall vigorous growth d unique flower with long red eye can be used as street tree or specimen plant in landscape. Otherwise, H. syriacus ``Tamla``, ``Melrose``, ``Bidan``, ``Hi Lea``, ``Byeollee``, ``Byunghwa``, ``Mibak``, ``Hanyang``, ``Chungam``, ``Lil Kim Violet``, ``Jongmoo``, ``Eunhasu``, Hibiscus hybrid ``Saehanseo``, and Hibiscus hybrid ``Yousoon`` were selected as small tree of 30~39cm. They had dwarf form in tree seemed to be suitable for pot or flower bed planting on both indoor and outdoor conditions. H. syriacus ``Antong``, ``Chungjo``, and ``Lil Kim`` were less than 30 cm of tree size. H. syriacus ``Antong``, ``Chungjo``, and ``Lil Kim``, characterized by its compact, upright and outwardly spreading plant habit; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; good garden performance. Therefore, the new cultivars with tall and small tree size were a promising cultivar as a ground covers or pot planting as woody landscape plant.

        긍정심리자본의 선행요인과 행위결과에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 상사의 진성 리더십과 조직구성원의 성격(Big-5)이 선행요인으로서 조직구성원들의 긍정심리자본에 어떤 영향을 미치는지, 그리고 긍정심리자본이 조직구성원들의 역할내 직무수행과 적응적 수행성과에 대해 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는 것이다. 상기의 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울ㆍ부산ㆍ경남지역에 소재한 14개 기업에 종사하는 근로자 300명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 유효설문지 자료 290부를 이용하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 주요 연구결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 진성 리더십이 강할수록 긍정심리자본이 증가한다. 둘째, 성격유형 Big-5 중에서 신경증을 제외하고 나머지 4개의 성격유형은 그 수준이 높을수록 긍정심리자본이 증가한다. 셋째, 긍정심리자본은 그 수준이 높을수록 역할내 직무수행과 적응적 수행성과가 높다. 그리고 긍정심리자본은 선행변수와 역할내 직무수행 및 적응적 수행성과 사이에 매개효과를 가진다. 결론 부분에 이 연구의 시사점과 한계점 그리고 향후 연구방향에 대해 논하였다. The purpose of this study is to verify how an authentic leadership and the Big-5 personalities as the antecedents affect organizational members' positive psychological capital, and how the positive psychological capital affects behavioral outcomes such as in-role job performance and adaptive job performance of organizational members. In order to achieve the above research purpose, the research model and the set of hypotheses were constructed. For hypothesis testing, questionnaire survey was conducted for the sample of 300 workers employed in 14 companies located in Seoul, Busan and Gyengnam region, and the regression analysis was carried out with 290 usable answers to verify the hypotheses. The main results of this research are as below. First, the stronger the authentic leadership is, the stronger the positive psychological capital is. Second, the higher level of the Big-5 personalities makes positive psychological capital stronger. Third, the positive psychological capital has positive effect on the behavioral outcomes such as in-role job performance and adaptive job performance. And the positive psychological capital has mediating effects on the following relationships: ① authentic leadership and adaptive job performance, ② conscientiousness and in-role job performance, ③ agreeableness and in-role job performance. The implications and the limitations of this study are mentioned in the conclusion.

        남부지역의 특성을 고려한 상록벽면녹화 공법 개발 -경남 통영시를 사례로-

        This study was carried out to investigate and propose a green-wall system with evergreen plants for urban greening of Tongyeong City. To achieve these goals, the requirements and possibilities for wall greening were investigated and evaluated considering the location, topography, and climate of Tongyeong City. Existing walls were analyzed and then a suitable green wall system is proposed. Tongyeong City and its 151 islands covers the central and the southern parts of the Goseong peninsula. Most of the land is covered with hills and mountains; $43.9\%$ of the land area has a slope greater than $15\%$ and most hills and mountains near the urban area have a slope of more than $30\%$. As a result of the topographical properties, concrete retaining walls can often be seen along the streets in urbanized areas. These retaining walls are not only unattractive, but they also create environmental problems, and thus should be replaced with native evergreen plants. Options for replacing the retaining walls include evergreen vine-plants such as Hedaa spp. and Euonymus radicans, but native evergreen shrubs such as Pittosporum tobira, Nandina domestica, Raphiolepis umbellata, Ilex cornuta, flex crenata, Fatsia japonic, and Aucuba japonica may be a more attractive option. Current wall conditions are unsuitable for planting vines, therefore, a reservoir-drainage-type plant box filled with a light artificial substrate is required for greening these concrete retaining walls. These might be irrigated in the dry season and fertilized annually by an appropriate system. These plant boxes could be attached along the entire walls. An experiment investigating effects of substrates and bark-chip mulching on the growth of Hedera spp. showed that the mixture of cerasoil and field soil(v/v, 4:6) was superior to field soil alone and to the mixture of perlite small grain, large grain, and field soil(v/v/v, 2:2:6).         노거수의 건강성 평가체계 정립을 위한 위험 지표인자의 검증

        노거수에 대한 보호 및 관리 강화는 유적의 보존에 있어 매우 중요한 부분이다. 본 연구는 노거수의 건강성 평가체계정립을 위한 위험 지표인자를 검증하여 위험에 처해 있는 노거수의 보호 및 관리에 평가 방법을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 선행 연구에서 도출된 지표와 상대적 중요도를 토대로 100점을 기준으로 변환점수를 계산하여 평가점수표를 작성하였고, 평가 점수표의 합계에 따라 5등급으로 평가를 실시하였다. 그리고 연구의 실증을 위해 양동마을의 노거수를 사례대상으로 현장조사와 실내 측정을 통해 각 지표의 실제 위험도를 평가하고, 위험등급을 산출하였다. 양동마을 내 노거수의 건강성 평가 결과는 약 70%가 C등급으로 나타나 세심한 보호 관리가 필요하다. 연구결과, 5등급 점수표에 의한 등급별 판단 기준 설정 및 건강성 평가체계 수립은 양동마을의 실제상황을 반영할 수 있어 실용성과 과학성이 있는 것으로 판단된다. The protection and management of old trees is important in the context of heritage protection and landscape construction. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk indicators of the health evaluation system for the old trees, and to provide methods for the protection and management of the old trees that are at risk. According to the index and weighted values obtained in the previous study the scores can be calculated on a 100-point scale. According to the score, the grades are divided into 5 levels. This study takes the case of a total of 30 old trees, including a Chinese juniper, located in Gyeongju Yangdong village, to evaluate the degree of danger in their actual condition. The results showed that of the Chinese juniper tree is at the healthy level, with the score of about 70, and is therefore in Level C. The trees in Yangdong village at high risk should be improved quickly. The standards set for the 5-level score graph and the establishment of a health evaluation system can reflect the actual situation of the old trees in Yangdong village, so it is both practical and scientific.
