As a method to understand the ecological habits around the artificial reef, various reports such as fishing gear survey, diving, sound survey, underwater CCTV and camera, etc. are reported. Among them, the sound survey method is carried out by installing an acoustic system on the ship and can be investigated regardless of the marine environment such as time constraints and turbidity. Such method, however, takes a lot of manpower and time as the ship travels at a constant speed. Investigations around artificial reefs are being conducted in an artificial way, and a lot of time and labor are consumed as such. Maritime buoys have been operated for various purposes such as route signs, weather observation, marine environment monitoring and defense monitoring for navigation safety in the past, but studies on monitoring systems for ecological habits and distribution of fish using marine buoys are remarkably insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to develop a system that allows users to directly monitor fish group detector data by estimating the distribution of fish groups around artificial reefs and using wireless communication at sea. In order to confirm the suitability of the maritime buoy used in this study, it was operated to compare data using LTE-equipped buoys capable of wireless communication and a data logger-type system buoy. Data transmission of buoys capable of LTE communication was carried out in a 10-minute ON, 10-minute OFF method due to the limitation of the power supply capacity, and data of the data logger-type buoy received full data. We compared and analyzed the data received from the two fish detectors. It is expected that real-time monitoring of the wireless buoy detection device using LTE will be possible through future research.
牛糞과 窒素質 肥料 追肥水準에 따른 Italian ryegrass의 窒酸態 窒素 蓄積

This study was conducted to investigate the influence of the level of cattle manure and nitrogen fertilization and cutting date on the nitrate accumulation in Italian ryegrass. Various nitrogen fertilizers(0, 10, 20㎏/10a) and cattle manure(0, 1, 2t/10a) were applied to Italian ryegrass and the experiment was performed at the field of Chonbuk National University in Chonju, from 1989 to 1990. The results obtained are summarized as follows ; 1) Significant difference were observed in nitrate concentration in Italian ryegrass as the levels of nitrogen fertilizers and cattle manure were increased(P<0.05). 2) Nitrate nitrogen contents were highest in 20㎏/10a of KNO3 plot shortly after 1st fertilization, but nitrate contents were very low in all treatments after the 2nd top dressing. 3) Nitrate contents in all treatments were dangerous to the livestock until 33days after 1st top dressing, but the contents were decreased to the safe level after 44days of the 1st top dressing. 4) The plots top-dressed with cattle manure kept very high in nitrate contents over 0.45%, dangerors level to the livestock throughout the experiment period. 5) Total nitrogen contents were the similar tendency to the nitrate content and the plots dressed with cattle manure were more or less 2% in nitrogen content. 6) Total DM yields were increased as the nitrogen fertilization were increased with highest yield in KNO_3, 20㎏/10a plot(1,249㎏/10a) and lowest in the plot of cattle manure(779㎏/10a).

광변색 특성이 있는 스피로 벤조피란 고분자의 광변색성과 광에의한 굴절률 변화를 연구하였다. 고분자 박막은(6-히드록시헥실옥시페닐)카르보닐스피로벤조피란(COSP)이 PMMA에 도핑되어있는 형태의 박막을 이용하였다. 제조된 박막들은 자외선에 조사될 때, 연 노란색에서 푸른색으로 변화되었다. 푸른색으로 착색된 스피로벤조피란고분자 박막은 암실에서 서서히 소색되어 연노란색으로 돌아오며, 또한 가시광선의 빛에 의해 소색되기도 하였다 스피로벤조피란고분자박막의 굴절률은 TE mode의 830 nm 레이저가 장치된 프리즘 커플러를 이용하여 투과법으로 측정하였다. 연 노란색의 스피로벤조피란고분자박막의 굴절률은 1.4768~1.5475로 나타났으며, COSP의 함유량이 많아질수록 높게 나타났다. 자외선을 조사하여 푸른색으로 착색된 스피로벤조피란고분자 박막의 굴절률은 소색된 박막의 굴절률보다 높았으며, COSP의 함유량에 따라 1.4775~1.5479로 나타났다. 박막의 굴절률과 광변색분자의 함유량사이에는 직선관계에 있으나 광유도 굴절률변화는 COSP의 함유량이 50% 이상 되면, 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 광변색분자의 함유량이 너무 많아지게 되면 자유부피가 감소하게 되어 광변색분자의 구조 변화가 효율적으로 일어날 수 없기 때문인 것으로 해석되었다. Photochromic properties and effect of photo irradiation on the refractive index of spirobenzopyran (SP) polymer films were investigated. Films of the spirobenzopyran polymers were prepared using a (6-hydroxyhexyloxyphenyl)carbonylspirobenzopyran (COSP) doped PMIHA. films of spirebenzopyran polymers showed color change from pale yellow to deep blue upon irradiation with a UV light. The blue colored films were bleached spontaneously or by a visible light to the original pale yellow color. The refractive index was measured by a prism coupler using a TE polarized light of 830 nm, with a transmittance method. The refractive index of a pale yellow colored film was 1.4768~1.5475, depending on the COSP content. A blue colored film, prepared by excitation of the yellow film, showed higher refractive index value than the yellow 131m. The refractive index of the blue colored film was 1.4775~1.5479, depending on the COSP content. The refractive index of the films could be linearly related to the COSP content. However, the photo-induced refractive index change of the film was decreased when the COSP content was 50 wt%. This result could be attributed to the decrease in the free volume in the vicinity of the photochromophores in the film of high photochromophore content, deterring the photochromic structural conversion.
