Nowadays, remodeling cases for some apartment like Hyundai through the support of government are reported. Conventionally, balcony and aisle are extended for additional private area or balcony which is supported by new frame is extended. In extension work at site, dowel bar is conventionally inserted in old concrete slab for connection with old and new slab, however, an examination for structural safety is rarely performed prior to construction, if ever, vertical load is only considered for structural analysis. When conventionally connected structures are exposed to earthquake, the old and new structures have individual earthquake behavior with different mode, which may lead the elimination of resistance to earthquake in new structures. As of this reason, new detailing connection system which can have light weight and sufficient ductility performance is developed for application to domestic extension works. The purpose of this research is to develop a detailing connection system for joint members which are designed for additional extension work of plan, providing modified resistance to earthquake.
북한이탈주민의 정착문제와 전망 -취업활성화 방안을 중심으로-

본 논문은 북한이탈주민의 남한사회적응에 있어 가장 고려해야 하고 관심을 가져야 하는 부분은 취업과 자립, 자활을 유도하는 방안을 모색하는 것으로서 남한사회 조기정착의 관건임에 착안하여 북한이탈주민 취업지원 정책과 활성화 방안에 대하여 살펴보았다. 연구결과 북한이탈주민의 이러한 실정을 감안한 정부와 지방자치단체의 고용정책이 필요하다.이러한 고용정책 중의 하나가 사회적 기업이다.이밖에도 직업훈련 프로그램은 직업훈련 수료 후 현장적응성을 높여 직장의 환경에 조기 적응하고 사회 정착과 장기적 관점에서 경제적 어려움을 극복케함으로써 북한이탈주민의 삶의 질 향상에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. 북한 이탈주민에 대한 직업훈련 과정은 하나원 교육과 직업훈련기관과의 이중적인 면을 보이지 않도록 해야 한다. 또한 북한이탈주민의 능력과 특성을 고려한 맞춤형 고용이 선행되어야 한다. This research examined measures to activate employment support policies for the North Korean refugees, perceiving that seeking measures to induce employment, self-reliance and self-support, arguably the aspects that need the most attention and interest for North Korean refugees in order to adapt to the South Korean society, is crucial for the early settlement into the South Korean society. As a result of this research, it was found that there is a need for employment policies that takes into account the actual circumstances of North Korean refugees. One of these employment policies is social enterprise. In addition, employment training programs can aid in improving the quality of a North Korean refugees`` lives in the long run as it allows them to overcome economic hardship by facilitating the early settlement into society and the early adaption in the employment environment after completing the employment training as the program raises the onsite adaptability level. The employment training course for the North Korean refugees must not manifest the twofold of Hanawon education and the employment training institutions. Moreover, employment tailored to take into account the skills and characteristics of North Korean refugees must be preceded.
