법무보호복지사업은 자녀에게까지 대물림되는 범죄를 막기 위해서라도 출소자의 가족까지 반드시 지원해야 할 필요가 있으며 출소자 , 자녀만큼은 본인에게 책임이 있는 것이 아님에도 불구하고 성장과정에서 불우한 환경에 노출된다는 점에서 더욱 그러하다 이를 . 위해서 교정정책과 보호정책의 연계성을 강화하고 아동청소년의 경 우 보건복지부 교육부 여성가족부와 , , , , 같은 정부부처의 보육 양육 가정지원 정책들 과 연계를 강화할 필요성이 있다 무엇보다도 . 수형자에 대한 재범방지를 위한 가족 지원이 각 부처 간의 협업에 의해서도 필요하지만 이와 같은 업무를 담당할 수 있는 인력과 경험이 있는 기관의 개입으로 수형단계에서의 가족지원을 할 수 있는 법률적 방안을 모색할 필요성이 있다. The purpose of this study was to explore the various problems faced by the remaining family members when their fathers or main supporters in the home was imprisoned in the correctional institution and to establish a plan to introduce the family of the prisoner into the beneficiary of the Ministry of Justice. As a result of the statistical analysis, family members of prisoners were exposed to economic burden, psychological pressure as family members of criminals, and unstable employment patterns. Despite the various difficulties, there were not many inmates who were receiving substantial government support, and also there was a lack of information about the businesses they could support. They seem to be hesitant to business which needs to be participated as some groups, such as hug job, because of their personal exposure. However, they expressed their obvious intentions to apply to the family support projects such as housing support, academic support, and job training. This desire has shown that a family member of a prisoner can have a sufficient weight as a legal service beneficiary. Based on these results, this study presented the crisis intervention plan and precautions for the family of prisoners

액체진탕배양에 의한 프리지아 ‘Shiny Gold’의 신초 생육 및 구경 비대

프리지아 구경을 기내에서 급속대량증식시킬 목적으로 액 체진탕배양을 이용한 신초 생육 및 구경 비대에 적합한 몇 가지 조건을 구명하기 위해 실험을 수행하였다. 기내에서 획득 한 프리지아 부정아를 MS 배지 농도와 sucrose 농도를 달리한 액체배지에서 배양했을 때, 1/2 MS배지와 3% sucrose 농도에 서 생체중과 건물중이 가장 높게 나타나는 등 생육이 가장 빠 르고 좋았던 것으로 나타났다. 액체진탕배양에서 프리지아의 구경을 비대시킬 목적으로 배양 온도, sucrose 농도, 광의 유 무가 구경비대에 미치는 영향에 대해 실험을 수행하였다. 구 경의 비대는 1/2 MS 배지에 9% sucrose를 첨가하여 17℃ 암 조건에서 배양했을 때 가장 우수하였다. 이런 조건에서 6주간 배양하였을 때, 구경 생체중과 구고는 각각 2.5g, 23mm로 농 가에 정식 가능한 크기로 생장되었음을 확인하였으며, 이는 대조구(고체배지)에 비해 5배 이상 증가한 크기였다. 광조건 하에서도 구경 비대는 양호하였으나, 구경의 측아로부터 자구 가 발생하는 문제가 확인되었다. For rapid mass propagation of freesia corm by using liquid shaking culture, several conditions including sucrose concentration suitable for shoot growth and corm enlargement were investigated. Freesia adventitious buds provided from in vitro culture were incubated in a liquid medium supplemented with different concentration of sucrose and in different concentrations of MS medium. The shoots incubated in 1/2 fold MS medium supplemented with 3% sucrose showed the best results in fresh weight and dry weight, indicating the growth of the shoots were rapid and better in this condition. To find out proper conditions for corm enlargement in liquid shaking culture, incubation temperature, sucrose concentration and light condition were investigated. The best results in enlargement of freesia corm were obtained when the small corms were immersed in 1/2MS medium supplemented with 9% sucrose and incubated in a 17℃ dark room. After 6 weeks incubation in this condition, the fresh weight and height of the corms were 2.5 g and 23 mm, respectively. This size of the corms was 5 times bigger than that of the control (agar medium) and enough size for farmers to transplant them to their plastic house. In light condition, the enlargement of the corms was similar level with the dark condition, but bulblets were occurred from axillary buds of corm.

교통 영상 빅데이터 처리를 위한 Yolo 기반 광원 객체 탐지

As interest in traffic safety increases, research on autonomous driving, which reduces the incidence of traffic accidents, is increased. Object recognition and detection are essential for autonomous driving. Therefore, research on object recognition and detection through traffic image big data is being actively conducted to determine the road conditions. However, because most existing studies use only daytime data, it is difficult to recognize objects on night roads. Particularly, in the case of a light source object, it is difficult to use the features of the daytime as it is due to light smudging and whitening. Therefore, this study proposes Yolo based light source object detection for traffic image big data processing. The proposed method performs image processing by applying color model transitions to night traffic image. The object group is determined by extracting the characteristics of the object through image processing. It is possible to increase the recognition rate of light source object detection on a night road through a deep learning model using candidate group data. 교통안전에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 교통사고의 발생률을 줄이는 자율 주행에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 진행되고 있다. 객체의 인식과 탐지는 자율 주행을 위한 필수적인 요소이다. 때문에 도로 상황을 판단하기 위하여 교통 영상 빅데이터에서 객체 인식 및 탐지에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 하지만 기존 연구들은 대부분 주간 데이터만 사용하기 때문에 야간 도로에서 객체 인식이 어렵다. 특히 광원 객체의 경우 빛 번짐과 백화 현상으로 인해 주간의 특징을 그대로 사용하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 교통 영상 빅데이터 처리를 위한 Yolo 기반 광원 객체 탐지를 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 야간 교통 영상을 대상으로 색상 모델 변화를 적용하여 이미지 처리를 수행한다. 이미지 처리를 통해서 객체의 특징을 추출하여 객체의 후보군을 결정한다. 후보군 데이터를 활용하여 딥러닝 모델을 통해 야간 도로에서 광원 객체 탐지의 인식률을 높이는 것이 가능하다.

HEVC의 복호화 지연 감소 기술을 적용한 임의 접근 영상 스트리밍 구조

In this study, we suggest a method for reducing the decoding delay of HEVC-coded bitstreams in streaming services. In HEVC, random access mode constructs a GOP with a hierarchical B-picture structure in VoD(video-on-demand)-like services. This hierarchical B-picture structure increases coding efficiency by reducing the size of the resulting bitstream while increasing the structural delay. This increased decoding delay degrades the QoS(Quality of Service). In order to address this issue, we suggest a new streaming method that prepares identical videos with two different GOP structures: one with a random accessible delay mode in which I-pictures are periodically inserted, and the other with a pure random access mode. Through experimentation, we found that our proposed method reduces the decoding delay by 55.87% on averages, compared to the pure random access mode. 본 연구에서는 HEVC를 이용하여 부호화한 영상의 스트리밍 시 복호화 지연 감소를 위한 방법을 제시한다. HEVC의 임의 접근 모드는 VoD와 같은 서비스를 위해 계층적 B-픽쳐 구조의 GOP를 사용해 부호화 효율을 향상시킨다. 계층적 B-픽쳐 구조는 영상의 압축 효율을 증가시키나, 영상의 복호화 지연을 증가시킨다. 증가된 복호화 지연은 사용자가 느끼는 서비스 퀄리티에 악영향을 끼친다. 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해 이 논문은 스트리밍 서버에 추가적으로 주기적인 IRAP픽쳐가 삽입된 임의 접근 가능한 저지연 모드의 영상을 준비해 영상의 복호화가 시작될 때 복호화 지연이 적게 발생하는 저지연 모드의 영상을, 지속적인 재생 중에는 임의 접근 모드의 영상을 재생하여 복호화로 발생하는 지연을 감소시키는방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과에 따르면, 제시한 기법을 사용할 경우 임의 접근시 발생하는 영상 재생 지연시간을 평균 55.87%의 감소시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다.

This paper examines the significance in Sir Gawain and the Green Knight ofthe poem’s explicit choice of destination for Gawain’s adventure, “thewilderness of Wirral.” The wilderness in an Arthurian romance is aconventional space of adventure and growth. This particular space in this poemis created in the geographically specific Wirral which happens to be part ofCheshire where our poet most likely is from and where Richard II based hispolitical and military support during his reign. This paper argues that theromantically charged space of wilderness is also an apt metaphor for Cheshireas the region as a whole was historically perceived as geographical, politicaland cultural periphery, dangerous but also beneficial. With its purely negativeconnotations, of its being remote and intractable, the wilderness may also be areflection of the hostile and prejudicial view many Londoners bore against theregion in the face of the king’s open favoritism and other criticism the king andhis court were drawing. The poem, it shall be seen, explores the possibility ofexpanding courtliness through all kinds of wildness characterized by its spatialmanifestation, wilderness. How this theme is played out against the impliedCheshire as wilderness in this Arthurian romance by a poet who is known forhis celebrations of courtly values and splendor in his other works during thetime of a king who so vigorously promoted courtly culture is the focus of thisstudy.
