파핏의 심리적 환원주의와 공리주의

파핏(Derek Parfit)은 공리주의의 몰개인성에 대한 철학적ㆍ직관적 거부감은 우리가 어떤 존재인가에 대한 잘못된 형이상학적 신념에서 비롯되었다고 주장한다. 그의 심리적 환원주의는 우리의 독립적 실체성을 부정하고 의식의 통일성을 심리적 연결성의 정도의 문제로 정의함으로써 견고한 인격동일성(personal identity)을 요구하는 의무론적 도덕 원칙들의 중요성을 축소하려 시도한다. 『이유와 인격』에서 파핏이 전개한 친공리주의적 논변은 인격의 본질에 대한 이론적 분석과 규범 윤리학의 관계에 대한 비상한 관심을 조성하였으나 정작 공리주의자들로부터 전폭적인 환영을 받지는 못했다. 사실적인 측면에서 공리주의자들은 파핏의 심리적 환원주의가 그려내는 인격관을 수용하지 않으며 그럴 이유도 없다. 그들은 결코 롤즈(John Rawls)나 하트(H.L.A. Hart)가 이해하는 것처럼 인격을 단순히 경험들의 용기(container) 정도로만 생각 하지 않는다. 그런데 파핏은 공리주의의 인격관에 대한 기존의 일방적이고 편협한 해석에 편승하고 있다. 전략적인 측면에서 그의 논변은 공리주의와 비공리주의의 의견충돌을 해소하는 방향으로 나아가지 못하고, 오히려 양자가 비생산적인 평행선을 걸어가도록 할뿐이다. 이러한 지적들을 비롯하여, 이 논문은 파핏의 논변이 내포한 심각한 취약점들을 진단한다.

스포츠 정보의 중요성은 Software의 개발과 Database의 구축에 있다. 체육계열 대학입시와 관련된 정보에 대해서는 다양한 요구가 있음에도 불구하고Database의 부족과 Program의 부재로 수요자의 요구에 적절히 대응하지 못하고 있는 실정이다.이러한 입시체육에 관한 정보는 기초체력의 과학적인 분석과 예측, 체력관리ㆍ향상시스템의 효과적인 운용, 그리고 입시체력평가의 기준에 매우 중요한 요소이다.따라서 입시체육 정보에 관한 Database와 Program의 제공은 반드시 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 체육계 입시생과 입시 관계자들이 입시 체력에 대한 정보를 효율적으로 관리ㆍ운용할 수 있는 Software를 개발하고 Database를 구축함으로써 체육입시 정보시스템의 서비스제공을 목적으로 하였다.이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.개인의 실기기록을 입력하면 개인적인 능력이 점수와 성취율, 종합점수, 운동의평균, 최대값, 최소값으로 평가되어첫째, 학교선정에 도움이 되며,둘째, 운동의 종합 성취도를 확인할 수 있고,셋째, 운동의 도달점을 확인할 수 있게 되어,넷째, 종목별 운동의 트레이닝 방법을 찾을 수 있는 길을 제시한다.이처럼 c 대학의 체육계열을 지원하는 학생들은 자신의 기록을 전산화된 프로그램을 활용하여 체계적으로 관리할 수 있고, 언제나 활용이 가능하다. The importance of sports information depends upon the software development and database related with the admission examination in the athletic department of college, even though there are a lot of needs, owing to the lack of database and the absence of program, the needs of the consumers are not actually being corresponded adequately.These information about the admission examination in the athletic department of college is the important elements related with the scientific analysis and prediction of the basic physical strength, the effective operation of the physical strength management/ improvement system, and the standard of the estimation for the admission examination in the athletic department of college. Therefore, the supply of database and program about the information related with the admission examination in the athletic department of college must be serviced at any cost.Consequently, in this study I purposed to supply the service for the admission examination of the athletic department in college by developing software which the athletic college applicants and the people concerned with the admission examination can effectively manage and operate the information about the physical strength for the admission and establishing database.

기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 지식경영실천 방안에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to propose the methods of knowledge Management(KM) in pursuit of effective management and to analyze the contribution to creating a new value-added by the employees of the Korean Mint Corporation who actively participated in KM. The conclusion of the study in purpose of contributing to rooting KM in a company effectively is as follows: First, CEOs continuous interest and strong will toward KM is vital. Second, A vision though knowledge sharing should be proposed. Third, Positive public information activities should be accompanied. Fourth, KM can be successful under active participation by the employees and their masters spirit. Lastly, Business strategies should be established based on knowledge. If different KMs exist between departments, they can be integrated because the activities utilizing knowledge are integrated with business affairs. In particular, it should be very important that the employees taking advantage of knowledge are known to self-satisfaction or self-compensation such as promotion and bonuses by contributing to KM, thus participating voluntarily in KM.

체육계열 입시 분석을 위한 응용 프로그램 개발

We are living in an age of information. We can save time and effort if we can utilize a vast amount of information in a quick and accurate way. The aforementioned computerized self-assessment program (the "CSAP") can provide physical education applicants necessary information in such ways. 1. The CASP sports the respective areas where an applicant should allocate his/her effort for improvement. (e.i. since the csap provides the cumulative score of an applicant whisk include 1) grade point average (GPA), 2) the korean Collage enterance achievement score ("Soo Neung") and 3) the individual performance score, an applicant can maximize one`s chance of college acceptance by increasing one`s GPA and Soo Neung if one`s individual performance is the area of weakness). 2. For education, the csap is an user-friendly tool to conveniently collect necessary data and to analyze an applicant`s achievement so that educators can correctly assess the applicant`s entrance to respective universities in comparison to perior year`s score. in the respect, educators can provide comprehensive entrance data and effective entrance advisory to an applicant. 3. Time is a valued commodity for applicants. by using the csap, an applicant can correctly and quickly assess his/her strength and weakness whithin a minute after the entry of necessary data. 4. Many developed nations have long been providing communication tools via computer network to facilitate the intracampus operation data exchanges and electronic mails have been used extensively as well. Moreover, university lectures can be disseminated via mainframe computer.

Rational Criterion of Suing and Labouring Charge on Marine Insurance

The purpose of this paper is to setup reasonable criterion for underwriters to reimburse the expenses of suing and labouring incurred by assured, using game theory. As for the upper limit for the reimbursement, MIA and ICC do not mention at all but stipulate that proper and reasonable expenses shall be reimbursed, while ITC-Hulls set the amount insured as the upper limit to compensate the sum of expenses and damage loss. And as for failed measures of averting and minimizing loss, MIA and ICC do not mention either, while ITC-Hulls stipulates underwriters shall compensate the expenses and damage loss within the amount insured.The main results of this paper are as follows: First, it is for the benefit of underwriters to reimburse the expenses incurred to take such reasonable measures to avert or minimizing a loss which would be recoverable under the insurance. Second, the expenses of single measure should not be above the amount insured. Third, even if the measures failed, the expense should be reimbursed if it is less than the expected value of the subject-matter insured that could be recovered by the measures. Last, if the measures are taken several times individually, even if the sum of expenses might be above the amount insured, it should be reimbursed.

스포츠 인문분야 정보화를 위한 교육 방안

The objects of this study are investigating the important educating points and systematic step of education in e-business time. I examined the most important parts and priority of education in the curriculum of management information, management science, and management information of the business administration department. As a result, electronic business transactions, construction of global database, management system, and system environment by prototyping method are considered the most suitable information of management industry. The education of informed sports industry management is important in the meaning of hardware as well as software. So I suggest the following staged education methods. First, systematic establishment of structural base in the information-oriented sports management Second, understanding of tool for the information-oriented sports management Third, education that is related with the application of basic program which is most commonly usee in computer system Fourth, application of package program that is based in global database Fifth, development of basic software Sixth, organization of contents that is used the developed software in internet All the while education of sports management information is concentrated to equipment, sports products, hardware, so competitive power of software was low For the continuous development of sports management information, insurance of consumer relationship management(CRM) that include win-win-win strategy as well as development of hardware should be used.
