u-Farm을 위한 모바일 기반의 농작물 재배 현장 중심형 스마트 병해충 정보검색 시스템 설계 및 구현

There is a shortage of mobile application systems readily applicable to the field of crop cultivation in relation to diseases and insect pests directly connected to the quality of crops. Most of system have been devoted to diseases and insect pests that would offer full predictions and basic information about diseases and insect pests currently. But for lack of the instant diagnostic functions seriously and the field of crop cultivation, we design and implement a crop cultivation field-oriented smart diseases and insect pests information retrieval system based on mobile for u-Farm. The proposed system had such advantages as providing information about diseases and insect pests in the field of crop cultivation and allowing the users to check the information with their smart-phones real-time based on the Lucene, a search library useful for the specialized analysis of images, and JSON data structure. And it was designed based on object-oriented modeling to increase its expandability and reusability. It was capable of search based on such image characteristic information as colors as well as the meta-information of crops and meta-information-based texts. The system was full of great merits including the implementation of u-Farm, the real-time check, and management of crop yields and diseases and insect pests by both the farmers and cultivation field managers.

옵아트 작품을 응용한 헤어 아트 디자인 연구

옵아트는 망막의 예술로 단순히 미술의 영역을 뛰어 넘어 다양한 방면으로 활용되어 여러 가지 디자인으로 사용되고 있다. 헤어아트는 감각과 사상을 전달하는 예술매체의 수단으로, 예술의 개념과 헤어의 기능성을 결합시킨 새로운 표현양식의 작품이다. 따라서 옵아트의 시지각 착시를 이용한 망막의 예술을 헤어아트로 제작하여 옵아트의 사상과 표현방식을 유형의 예술로표현할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 강렬한 흑색무늬의 파동치는 선들과 다양한 형태의 변조로 망막의 강한 자극을 선보인옵아트 작가 Bridget Riley와 옵아트의 창시자이며 큐비즘의 영향으로 평면을 입체화하는 기하학적 추상주의를 발전시킨 Victor Vasarely의 작품을 모티브로 이용하여 각 작품의 특징을 실제 모델의 헤어와 인조피스를 이용하여 헤어아트로 제작하고 옵아트적인 의상과 모델의 자세연출로 완성하여 옵아트와 헤어아트의 접목으로 새로운 디자인을 모색 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로 우선 일반적 옵아트 이론에 대한 선행논문을 바탕으로 대표작가 Bridget Riley, Victor Vasarely, Josef Alers의 옵아트 접근 방법의 특징을 이해하고 대표 작품을 분석한 후 옵아트의 착시를 응용한 작품 제작에 관한 문헌자료와 다양한 인쇄 매체, 제작된 상품을 바탕으로 의상, 장신구, 그밖에 소품에 나타난 옵아트로 각각 정리해 망막의 착시를 이용한 디자인의 다양한 응용을 확인했다. 이를 바탕으로 헤어아트로 제작하기 용이한 시지각 착시의 과감성을 보인 Bridget Riley의 3작품(Kiss, Arrest2, Fragment 2/10)과 Victor Vasarely의 1작품(Meandres Belle-Isle)을 모티브로 모델의 실제 헤어와 인조피스를 이용하여 헤어아트를 제작하였다. 각 결과물을 통하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. Kiss를 응용한 작품은 흑색무늬의 강렬한 대비로 오는 시지각 착시를 표현하기에 적합한 모티브였고, Arrest2와 Fragment 2/10는 선들의 파동치는 형태로 입체적 착시를 모발에 연출하기 적합했다. Meandres Belle-Isle는 평면의 것에서 입체적인 형태로의 착시를 헤어와 인조피스로 제작해 헤어디자인의 형태적 착시로 살리는데 적합했다. 현재 시지각 착시를 응용한 헤어아트의 제작은 아직미흡하나 다양한 소재로 응용되고 있는 옵아트의 연구를 통해 각 작품의 특징을 모티브로 제작된 헤어아트의 본 연구를 통하여 활발한 작품 활동을 예측해본다. Op art has been applied in a variety of designs in diverse kinds of fields beyond the simple scope of art as the retinal art. Hair art is a new kind of expressive art combining the concepts of art and the functionality of hair as the tool of artistic media delivering senses and thoughts. Accordingly, the retinal art using the visual and perceptual optical illusion of the optical art is created in the hair art and so expresses the thoughts and expressive methods of optical art in tangible art. This paper took the motive from the works by Victor Vasarely who developed the geometric abstractionism making a plane the dimensional object by the influence from Cubism as the originator of optical art, and the optical artist Bridget Riley presenting the strong stimulation of a retina in various kinds of shapes and waving lines of loud black patterns. With such motives, this paper aimed to express the features of each works in the hair art using a hair of a model and the false hair pieces, complete the hair art with the optical art costumes and posturees of models and so find out the new designs by combining optical art and hair art. To this end, this paper investigated the approaches and features of optical art by the representative artists Bridget Riley, Victor Vasarely and Josef Alers based on the existing theses on the optical art theories and analyzed the representative works by those artists. Next, this paper verified a variety of application by the designs using the retinal illusion by summarizing the optical arts observed in costumes, accessories and other articles based on the literature on the works applying the illusion of optical art, a variety of printed media and created goods. On the basis of the analysis, the hair art was created using actual hair of a model and false pieces by taking the motives from three works by Bridget Riley(Kiss, Arrest2, Fragment 2/10) and one works by Victor Vasarely(Meandres Belle-Isle) presenting the resolution of visual and perceptual illusion which were easy to create hair. The analysis and creation results are presented below. The works applying the works Kiss was the proper motive for expressing the visual and perceptual illusion from the loud contrast of black patterns. Arrest2 and Fragment 2/10 were suitable for expressing the dimensional illusion from waving lines on hair. Meandres Belle-Isle was also suitable for creating the formative illusion of hair design by producing the illusion from flat form to dimensional form using hair and false pieces. Although the hair art using visual and perceptual illusion is not complete at present, the creative works will be activated by this research on the hair art taking the motives from the features of each optical art works applied with a variety of materials.

기업조직에서 개인의 사회적 자본이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The present study added social capital as a factor affecting individuals` job satisfaction in business organizations and proved that connection between individuals have efficiency. We measured individuals` informal interconnection as a network of social capitals, and analyzed if the connection is related to organization members` job satisfaction. For this study, we surveyed 500 working men and women who were two year college graduates or higher through the Internet. They were requested to write down 5 persons with whom they exchange information for their job (instrument network) and another 5 persons with whom they consult about their personal matters (expressive network). In addition, they were asked about the characters of the persons to whom they were connected, and from the answers were derived variables such as network size, density, range, heterogeneity and strength. In addition, job satisfaction was measured using 20 composite indexes, and consistency among the questions was as high as 0.917 in Cronbach`s α. According to the results of multiple regression analysis on the effects of job satisfaction on the network of individuals, job satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on the network of individuals while the characters of individuals and the characters of organizations were controlled. Job satisfaction was high in those with a strong instrumental network with persons with whom they have been acquainted for a long time and meet outside the organization frequently. In addition, job satisfaction was high in those with an expressive network with many persons and with those who were in a similar position. Accordingly, in order to enhance job satisfaction at business organizations, we need to manage individuals` interconnection strategically.

바우처 제도에 관한 연구: 음악교육 프로그램을 중심으로

his study is to consider the voucher system in recent social welfare services on the basis of examinations for documents and cases. The voucher is a certificate generally used for increasing the consumption of a certain product or a service, not a direct cash grant, but one of ways in public service widely used in social security system. When types of children development supports in an investment business, community service were examined, most of music education programs were instrument educations and were provided as supporting services of children emotional development. Based on the result, this study is to suggest succeeding studies and activation plans for diverse voucher music education programs.

소셜커머스의 경제적 가치와 정보품질이 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 동기이론을 기반으로

Purpose: In Korea, market size of social commerce has been increased steadily and highly, but profits of social commerce companies have been decreased because of excessive marketing cost. To overcome this stagnant market environment, new marketing strategy that could attract customers and make customers continue to use social commerce is required instead of cost consuming marketing strategy. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among characteristics of social commerce - that is, economic value and information quality - usefulness, enjoyment, satisfaction and repurchase intention by applying motivation theory to the area of social commerce. Design/Methodology/Approach: Previous researches have been studied by applying Expectation-Confirmation Model (ECM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) Model, although there are many studies related with customer acceptance model in the field of e-commerce. However, there is not so many studies in applying motivation theory. So this study adopts new approach to examine why customers use social commerce based on motivation theory. Thus, this study adopts economic value and information quality as antecedents, and then customers will perceive extrinsic and intrinsic motivation; usefulness is extrinsic and enjoyment is intrinsic, and adopts satisfaction and repurchase intention as a dependent variable. The data of questionnaire were collected from customers who have experience to buy something in social commerce. 228 questionnaires as data unit of individual level were collected using random sampling. Findings: This study proved empirically that the relationship between antecedents and motivation factors has a positive influence, and motivation factors also have a positive influence on repurchase intention through satisfaction. This study provides the managers an insight that social commerce companies should pay more attention to improve customer satisfaction in order to increase higher performance in repurchase intention of social commerce.

SNS 이용동기와 만족이 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향과 습관의 매개효과

In this study, we suggest a research model to analyze the relationship among SNS usage motivation, satisfaction, habit and continuance usage intention of SNS. We also analyze the mediating effect of habit between satisfaction and continuance usage intention of SNS. SNS usage motivation is second-order factor which consists of creating relationship, self-expression and information exchange as a multi-dimensional construct. This study empirically provides that SNS usage motivation positively influences on satisfaction, and satisfaction positively influences on continuance usage intention of SNS. The result shows that SNS usage motivation has higher impact on satisfaction than prior studies. Especially, habit has partially mediating effect between satisfaction and continuance usage intention of SNS and directly significant impacts on continuance usage intention of SNS. This study provides the managers an insight that SNS managers should pay more attention to improve customer satisfaction in order to increase higher performance in continuance usage intention of SNS.

노인복지 수요와 자원의 지역별 비교분석

본 연구는 노인복지수준의 지역간 격차나 수요와 자원의 불균형을 객관적이며 종합적으로 살펴본 실증연구가 부족하다는 제한점에 주목하여, 지역별 노인복지 수요와 자원의 불균형 정도와 그 차이를 비교하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 노인복지 수요지표 13항목, 자원지표 14항목을 선정하고 158개 시·군에 대한 국가통계자료 및 지방자치단체에 대한 직접조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 지역을 도시, 도농복합, 농촌 등 3개 유형으로 분류하고 수요와 자원 개별 항목들의 값을 표준화하여 차이를 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같은데 첫째, 농촌지역은 고령화 비율과 노인부양비가 높으며 나이가 많고 학력이 낮은 노인비율이 높았다. 경제활동 노인인구비율과 노인 1인 가구 및 부부단독 가구비율이 높아 취약계층, 가족부양을 대신할 서비스 등의 노인복지에 대한 수요가 높음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 노인복지 자원은 노인 1인당 예산, 노인 만명당 공무원수, 경로당, 건강진단사업 등이 농촌지역에 높게 나타났고, 이에 비해 도시지역은 재가복지시설, 노인일자리사업이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 농촌에 많은 자원이 있는 것으로 보일 수도 있으나 예산의 배분, 인력지원의 범위 등 질적인 측면과 실질적인 서비스를 제공하는 면에서 함께 검토되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 수요와 자원을 종합적으로 분석하기 위해 합산점수를 계산한 결과 노인복지 자원은 지역별로 유의적 차이를 보이지 않았고, 노인복지 수요는 도시지역, 도농복합지역에 비해 농촌지역에 높은 것으로 나타났다. 최근 노인복지 자원이 증가하고 지역간 복지격차를 줄이기 위한 정책의 시행으로 인해 농촌지역의 복지수준이 상대적으로 향상되어 불균형이 감소한 것으로 보여 질 수도 있다. 하지만 노인복지 자원에서 수요를 뺀 차이점수의 지역별 차이를 보면 농촌지역은 수요에 비해 자원이 턱없이 부족하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 노인복지에 대한 자원투입이 그 지역의 복지수요에 맞추어져야 한다는 점을 고려한다면 농촌지역은 지금보다 훨씬 더 많은 자원이 공급되어야 그 수요가 충족되어 지역간 불균형이 해소될 것이다. This study is to analyze how different the items relative to demands of elderly welfare by region are and to examine the difference in resource distribution of budget, manpower, and facilities for elderly welfare in order to narrow the regional chasm and establish region-centered welfare system. Demands for elderly welfare were found to be higher in rural areas than other regions, where the ratio of elderly population with low education background was higher, and the cost of supports for the elderly amounted to 3.8 times higher than in cities. Moreover, economic productive population ratio, single household ratio, and single-person household ratio were high, which indicates the need for social services to replace family supports for the elderly. In case of elderly welfare resources, more facilities resources such as home care facilities were found to be located in cities, while per capita budget or manpower for the elderly were found to be higher in rural areas. However, the analysis on the combined score of these differences revealed that cities had redundant resources at -0.33, given the demand for resources, while in urban-rural integrated cities and rural areas demands outnumbered the demand at -10.70 and -25.26, respectively, which showed there is a regional different for the imbalance between elderly welfare demands and resources. Therefore, it is considered desirable to reallocate elderly welfare resources into rural areas or urban-rural integrated cities for the balanced welfare system among regions, considering regional demand.
