        특급호텔의 사회적 지원이 직무태도, 감성적 몰입 및조리사의 창의력과의 구조적 관계

        The purpose of the study is to examine the structural relationship among hotel social supports of job attitude, affective commitment and creativity of chefs. For the purpose, the authors developed several hypotheses and collected data from 374 employees working at hotels chefs. In this model. To sum up, it would be possible to conclude that chef's creativity can be increased by co-worker's support that foster positive job attitude and affective commitment. Managers/supervisor's direct supervision and support could also increase chef's creativity. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling with AMOS 20.0 and SPSS Win/PC 20,0. The result of the overall model analysis appeared as follows: there is a need to improve employees' social relationship with their co-workers and supervisors so as to promote not only shared job attitude but also positive affective commitment since committed employee has been found to be more creative. Therefore, it is the essence for the organization to anticipate and fulfill employees and supervisor/manager's needs and desires to maintain a meaningful social relationship. By doing so, an organization may fully utilize the potential outcomes of employee's creativity that will ultimately lead organizational innovation.

        페나진 유도체의 합성과 항균성에 관한 연구 (제 2 보)

        8-Acyl-2-hydroxyphenazine-5,10-dioxides and 8-acyl-2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxides were synthesized by the reaction of hydroquinone and 4-aminophenol with 6-acylbenzofuroxans which had been obtained from acetanilide and n-acyl chlorides bearing butanoyl, hexanoyl and octanoyl groups. The antimicrobial activities of these phenazine dioxide derivatives were investigated in terms of minimum inhibitory concentration by the common twofold dilution technique. It was observed that the antimicrobial activity of the phenazine dioxide derivatives bearing octanoyl group was stronger than that of those bearing butanoyl and hexanoyl groups in gram positive microorgamisms, but it was observed that the antimicrobial activity and the number of the carbon atom of acyl groups did not have any relation in gram negative microorganisms. When the activity of xanthine oxidase which is the key enzyme in the generation of superoxide anion radical ($O_2^-$), was measured in the presence of phenazine dioxide derivatives, the inhibitory action of the enzyme activity of 8-acyl-2-hydroxyphenazine-5,10-dioxides was increased in accordance with the number of the carbon atom of acyl groups. 아세트아닐리드와 부타노일, 헥사노일, 옥타노일기를 가진 n-acyl chloride류로부터 6-acylbenzofuroxan류를 합성하고, 이들과 히드로퀴논 및 4-아미노페놀을 반응시켜 8-Acyl-2-hydroxyphenazine-5,10-dioxide류와 8-acyl-2-aminophenazine-5,10-dioxide류를 합성하였다. 이들 phenazine dioxide 유도체의 향균성을 희석법에 의하여 최소 발육저지 농도로서 조사하였는데, 그람양성균에서 옥타노일기를 가진 phenazine dioxide 유도체들이 부타노일기나 헥사노일기를 가진 유도체를 보다 항균성이 더 강하였으나, 그람음성균에서는 항균성과 아실기의 탄소수와는 관계가 없다는 것은 알았다. 활성산소($O_2^-$) 생성의 주효소인 xanthine oxidase의 활성을 phenazine dioxide류의 효소활성 저해작용은 아실기의 탄소수가 증가함에 따라 증가하였다.

        8-Acyl-2-hydroxyphenzaine-5, 10-dioxides and 8-acyl-2-aminophenazine-5, 10-dioxides bearing n-butanoyl, n-hexanoyl and n-octanoyl groups were synthesized. It was attempted to observe the effect of phenazine dioxide derivatives on the hepatic xanthine oxidase activity in this study. As the activity of xanthine oxidase, the key enzyme in the generation of superoxide anion radical (O₂^(-)), was measured in the presence of phenazine dioxide derivatives, the action of 8-acyl-2-hydroxyphenazine-5, 10-dioxide derivatives inhibited with increase of numbers of carbon atom bearing 8-acyl group. Moreover, when plotted on double reciprocal form, the Vmax value decrease as increase of numbers of carbon atom bearing acyl groups without affecting the Km value. However, the hepatic xanthine oxidase activity was not changed by 8-acyl-2-aminophenazine-5, 10-dioxide derivatives.

      • 자료포락분석(DEA)을 활용한 교육 효율성 연구의 특징과 시사점

        이 연구는 자료포락분석(DEA)을 활용한 교육 효율성 연구의 특징을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구대상은 최근 10년 이내 초등학교, 중학교, 고등학교, 대학교, 각 학교급별 및 교육관련 기관들이다. DEA을 활용한 교육 효율성 연구의 특징은 다음과 같다. 교육 효율성 연구가 전반적으로 미진하고 연구대상이 편중되어 있고 연구범위가 넓어 DMU의 유사성에 문제기 있다. 투입 및 산출변수 선정을 위한 객관적인 기준이 없고 연구를 위한 자료에 오류가 많다. 특징 분석을 바탕으로 시사점은 다음과 같다. 교육 효율성 연구 주제 및 대상의 다양화가 필요하고 DMU의 유사성을 높이기 위해 세밀한 연구범위 설정이 요구된다. 그리고 연구의 타당도 및 정확도 향상을 위해 변수 선정을 위한 객관적인 기준 마련과 권위있는 자료 생성 및 접근 가능성을 제고할 필요가 있다. This study analyzed the characteristics of educational efficiency research using data envelopment analysis(DEA), and derived implications. The research subjects are elementary school, middle school, high school, university, and educational institutions within the last 10 years. The characteristics of the educational efficiency study using DEA are as follows. As the educational efficiency study is poor overall, the research subjects are concentrated, and the scope of research is wide, the similarity of DMU is low. There are no objective criteria for selection of input and output variables, and there are many errors in the research data. The implications based on the characteristics analysis are as follows. It is necessary to diversify the subjects and main subjects of the educational efficiency research, and to set up a detailed research scope in order to increase the similarity of DMU. It is necessary to establish objective criteria for selecting variables, and to create reliable data and increase accessibility, in order to improve the validity and accuracy of the research.

      • 전기차 사용 후 배터리 잔존가치 평가방법 개선 시험 연구

        전기차 사용 후 배터리 산업 활성화를 위해 배터리 잔존가치평가 시간 단축 등 평가 방법의 개선이 필요하다. 완전충방전을 주로 하는 용량시험의 실측 데이터를 중심으로 잔존가치평가 측정방법 개선을 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 배터리 용량 10% 부분방전 시험 결과 완전충방전 시험과의 오차율이2% 내로 산출되어 활용 가능함을 확인하였다. 배터리 검사 공정 소요 시간의 기존 대비 약 70%의 단축 효과를 보였다. 전기차 사용 후 배터리 잔존가치 평가 공정시간 단축으로 재사용 배터리 산업 경쟁력 확보에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
