Qualitative Research: Impact of Corporate Climate on Employee Capability

Purpose – The corporate culture s energy is recognized to go through the company and facilitate a new balance to realize success, which means that the culture in an environment of various organizations affects the performance of its employees. The purpose of the current research is to investigate the impact of organizational culture on employee performance. Research design, data, and methodology – The current research conducted a qualitative content analysis. The primary research approach applied by qualitative content analysis is an inductive methodology, and this approach is a type of reasoning that seeks the application of logic, which later helps develop a theory that will guide the future research. Result – Research findings of the present study indicated that five solutions to the problems encountered through the execution of culture are attached to how effective the organizational culture are when workers execute. Thus, culture is realized to boost structure, because the structure of an organization elevates the behavior of the organization. Conclusion – Workers will be aware of both the negative and positive implications of executing culture in the organization. Therefore, organization managers must learn that various employees are vital people in their vicinity, and creating a culture that would make a good rapport with them is vital.

Purpose: Numerous prior researchers have identified only that sustainable management of ESG factors promotes business value creation and shapes enhanced innovation performance. This study aims to determine the positive relationships between ESG management and economic development, focusing on the mutual benefits and risks and the various stakeholders involved in managing change. Research design, data and methodology: This study selected the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) statement as a key methodology. Literature search used the following databases: Web of Science, Scopus, and Google Scholar. The quality assessment criteria for selected prior studies ranged from issues like design, sample size and the representativeness of the subjects, validity of measurements, and analytical strength. Results: The findings of this study indicates that there are four critical solutions for economic development triggers using ESG strategy, such as (1) ESG and Innovation-Driven Growth, (2) ESG and Human Capital Development, (3) ESG and Operational Efficiency, (4) ESG and Market Opportunities. This study insists that public-private partnerships are critical for enhancing sustainable economic development and meeting the needs of society. Conclusions: It is, therefore, important for governments and policymakers to play a critical role in setting the proper framework that allows for the uptake of ESG and an enabling environment for sustainable economic development.

It is important to develop the micro-pattern machining technology of roll molds in order to deal with the requirements of smaller pattern, larger surface and lower cost in the fields of display, optic and energy. Compared with the flat molds, the roll molds have the advantages of fast cutting speed (short delivery), easy making of larger surfaces and continuous molding. This study aims to examine the causes of shape-error in micro pattern machining process and shows that the compensation of dynamic balance for roll molds can improve the uniformity of machined parts. Unbalance of roll mold has been reduced up to 90 % through dynamic balance compensation and the vibration of roll mold has been decreased to 0.004㎜/sec (RMS) from 0.044㎜/sec (RMS). The experimental results show that the dimensional accuracy of micro patterns has been improved.

디스플레이, 광학, 에너지 분야 부품의 미세형상화, 대면적화, 저가격화 요구에 대응하기 위하여 대면적 롤금형의 미세형상 가공기술개발에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 롤금형은 기존의 평판금형에 비해서 금형의 납기가 빠르고, 대면적화에 용이하며, 연속성형이 가능하다는 장점을 갖고 있다. 본 연구는 롤금형에 미세형상을 가공할 때 발생하는 형상오차의 원인을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있으며, 가공 현장에서 개선 가능한 요소로서 롤금형의 동적밸런싱 보정방안을 제시하고 있다. 기존보다 정밀한 동적밸런싱 보정을 통하여 롤금형의 질량불평형이 최대 90%까지 감소되었고, 롤금형의 진동량이 0.044㎜/sec (RMS)에서 0.004㎜/sec (RMS)로 감소하였으며, 결과적으로 미세패턴의 형상정밀도가 개선되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. In the fields of display, optics, and energy, it is important to improve micropattern-machining technology for achieving small patterns, large surface areas, and low cost. Unlike flat molds, roll molds have the following advantages: they can be manufactured within a short time, larger surface areas can be obtained, and continuous molding can be achieved. In this study, we aim to investigate the causes for errors in the shapes for a micropattern-machining process, and we show that by compensating the dynamic balance of roll molds, the dimensional accuracy of machined parts can be improved. The experimental results show that dynamic-balance compensation for a roll mold reduced the mass unbalance and the vibrations of the roll mold, and as a result, the dimensional accuracy of machined micropatterns has been improved.

국내 제조업은 국가 경제에 중추적인 기여를 하는 분야이다. 제조업의 뿌리이자 기둥인 국내 중소 제조기업들은 급변하는 글로벌 제조환경의 변화 속에서 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해 많은 노력들을 하고 있다. 그러나 국내ㆍ외 환경의 격렬한 변화와 구조적ㆍ기술적 취약성으로 인해 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이며, 이러한 상황에 대처하고자 정부에서는 2004년부터 전통 제조업에 IT기술을 접목한 e매뉴팩처링을 추진하여 여러 측면에서 좋은 성과를 거두었다. e매뉴팩 가진 고부가가치 선진 산업구조로 전환되도록 다양한 혁신정책을 일관성 있게 추진하고자 2007년부터는 기존의 e매뉴팩처링 사업영역을 확대하여 i매뉴팩처링(한국형 제조혁신)사업을 추진하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 i매뉴팩처링 사업의 추진전략 및 구체적인 실행방안에 대해 논해보고 이에 따른 기대효과를 설명하도록 한다.

Many methods, such as inchworm, impact driving, inertial sliding method, etc., have been applied for moving range expansion. In this study, a new actuating mechanism for rotational motion with two driving PZT is proposed. The Fixed-Fixed beam support is applied for compensation of the difference in driving force between expansion and contraction of PZT. The behavior and design parameters of the proposed mechanism are analyzed for improving performance.
