기업형 사내(in-house) 소셜 미디어의 역할과 활용방안

Web 2.0이 등장하면서, 기업의 커뮤니케이션 능력과 정보 공유 그리고 창조력이 요구되고 있다. 많은 기업들이 조직의 사회적 활동을 강화하기 위한 커뮤니케이션의 활성화 수단으로 기업 내 SNS(social networking service)를 활발히 적극적으로 도입하고 있는 단계이다. 그러나 사내 SNS 활용수준이 초기 단계이기 때문에 사내 SNS의 역할과 활용 영역 및 효과를 검증하기에는 어려움이 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 연구는 기업형 소셜 미디어인 사내 SNS에 대한 이해를 통해서 향후 연구 방향과 활용하고자 하는 기업에 그 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 사내 SNS 등장 배경과 필요성, 그 역할 및 기대효과, 한계점 등에 대하여 살펴보았다. 사내 SNS유형과 활용목적에 따른 사내 SNS의 활용사례를 살펴봄으로써 기업 업무 환경에서 활용되는 기업형 사내 SNS에 대한 보다 전반적인 이해와 향후 기업의 SNS 실행과 향후 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구가 앞으로 사내 SNS의 발전 방향과 기대 효과에 대한 연구를 촉진할 것으로 기대한다. Web 2.0 technologies require enterprises to utilize them in sharing information, promoting creativity, and enhancing communication capabilities with their internal and external customers. Many enterprises have proactively considered adoption and use of social network service (SNS) as business communication tools. However, there have been few studies about the use of SNS by Korean companies; its benefits and characteristics of successful use of SNS in the context of business communication. This study describes the background of in-house SNS, its characteristics and value of SNS; addresses the current challenges some companies are facing in application of in-house SNS; and discusses the ways that such challenges can be effectively taken care of. This study introduces four business cases where the firms use in-house SNS with different goals and activities. Finally, this study presents the implications for enterprises considering the adoption of in-house SNS as well as the issues related to its successful implementation.
호텔등급 및 시계열 사건에 따른 호텔의 경영성과 비교분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the management performance of hotels according to their classes and the critical events of time series data. For analyzing this study, finance statements of hotels for recent 6 years were employed. This study tries to grasp out the financial status of Korean five star and four star hotels and help hotel`s general manager to make a rational decision by putting out useful informations after confirming changes of management result as external impacts such as 9.11 terror, SARS, IRAQ war. This study, first, puts in literature review and descriptive examination on the hotels` financial status and structural variation using such secondary data as a periodical publication, statistic data, books related to this study and papers. Substantial analysis were performed on financial statements of selected hotels and carried out comparing analysis using financial rate and room rate. According to outcomes of this study, hotels appeared to have a significant difference about financial result according to their classes and the characteristics of external impacts. The financial analysis of hotel will help the GM to make a decision and set up a strategic of management, so it will carry out financial analysis which can offer an exact judgement about environment of hotel.

Standard Chartered Bank는 국제 e-trade를 지원하는 banking solution으로 웹 기반의 B2BeX를 개발하였다. B2BeX는 다른 경쟁사와는 달리 공급체인의 운전자본요구를 통합하여 supply chain finance (SFC)로 확장하여 고객들에게 차별화된 가치를 제공할 수 있었다. 이러한 banking solution을 이용으로 Standard Chartered Bank 는 국제적 교역에 있어서 법적인 문제들과 진실성에 대한 문제를 해결할 수 있었다. 더불어 이 차별화 전략은 Citibank (CitiDirect)와 DBS (db-dBills) 같은 경쟁자들보다 유리하게 하였다. 또한 공급체인상에서 다국적기업(MNCs)과 중소기업(SMEs)의 연결과 통합을 용이하게 하여 신뢰 위험 관리를 할 수 있었다. B2BeX 사례를 통해 e-trade에서 거래확정의 유효성을 포함하여 은행의 기능적 특징과 역할이 평가된다는 것을 알 수 있다. Standard Chartered Bank has developed a Web-based B2B exchange called B2BeX, a banking solution that supported international e-trade. B2BeX was later expanded to supply chain finance (SFC), and integrated with the working-capital requirements of the supply chain. This feature ensures stickiness for B2BeX, and makes it difficult for users to turn over to competitors’systems. Via the implementation of a banking solution, Standard Chartered Bank was able to address many of the legal, credibility, and document exchange issues relevant to international trade. Additionally, SCB pursued a differentiation strategy in order to achieve ascendancy over competitors such as Citibank (CitiDirect) and DBS (db-dBills). Connection and integration among multinational corporations (MNCs) and small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the supply chain are facilitated by credit risk management. In this study, using the case of B2BeX, the role and functional features of banks were evaluated, including their efficacy in the settlement of e-trade transactions.
공급자 관계 관리 시스템 혁신을 통한 협업 강화 방안에 대한 연구

This paper suggests that the determinants of successful collaborative performance can be found from the supply chain of Samsung Engineering, which is one of the worldwide leading companies in the plant engineering market. The plant engineering industry requires collaborative relationship between buyers and suppliers. The purpose of this paper is to study how the buying company manages the relationship with suppliers in order to improve collaborative performance. We in this study examine both Samsung Engineering’s practices and theories in the area of supplier relationship management in the context of supply chain management. Based on the case study of buyer-supplier collaboration practices of Samsung Engineering, we extract supplier promotion, incentives, exploratory and exploitative collaboration are the important factors influencing the collaborative performance. Based on the relevant literature, we develop hypotheses and test them using the survey data obtained from Samsung Engineering suppliers. The results indicate that exploitative collaboration improves collaborative performance while exploratory collaboration influences the quality of collaborative relationship. Incentive policy enhances both collaborative exploration and exploitation. The supplier promotion policy strengthens exploration, but not exploitation. These findings offer the significant implications leading to successful implementation of collaborative supply chain management in the context of plant engineering area.
모바일 소셜 네트워크 게임 사용자의 이타주의적 행위가 게임 지속성에 미치는 영향: 사회 관계적 자본의 매개효과를 중심으로

Purpose As social network games (SNG) enjoy rapid growth in the market and become a major sector of the gaming industry, it is of great interest to examine the how users continuously use SNG. In SNG, the users’ social interaction is the most prominent advantage of the social network, as well as the entertainment afforded by the game. This study explores the relationship between altruism, which is considered the most prominent characteristic of SNS, and the continuance usage intention, as well as the moderating role of social capital. Based on social capital theory and organizational citizenship behavior, this research model considers social bonding and bridging that are divided by social capital. Design/methodology/approach An AMOS analysis based on survey data from 223 SNG users indicated that SNG with greater altruism enhance social capital (social bonding, social bridging), which is related to the user’s satisfaction and the continuance intention of SNG. Findings Social bonding is positively related to the user’s satisfaction with SNG. In other words, social bridging positively affects the continuous usage intention of SNG. These findings help managers in developing and implementing altruistic relationships and social capital for continuous usage of SNG.
