        누에(Bombyx mori L.) 체성분이 횐쥐 기도의 점액분비에 미치는 영향

        기도내 점액분비에 이상이 생기면 담이 생성되어 각종 호흡기 질환의 원인이 되기 때문에 거담작용을 갖는 물질의 탐색은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 누에의 체성분이 기도내 거담작용을 갖는 지를 조사하기 위하여 누에를 잘게 부수어 70% 에탄올로 추출한 후, 횐쥐의 복강에 투여하여 점액분비 촉진효과를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 기관지 세정액에서는 누에추출물의 투여량이 증가할수록 점액분비 지표물인 sodium-fluoresceine의 분비량이 증가하였으며, 200 mg/kg의 처리농도에서는 대조군에 비하여 약 25%의 점액분비 촉진효과를 나타내었다. 또한 지표물질을 phenol red로 사용할 때는 200 mg/kg의 처리농도에서 분비량이 약 51% 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 누에의 체성분 중에 점액 분비를 증가시키는 생리활성물질이 존재한다는 것을 암시한다. The mucus secretion in the airway plays an important role in the pathogenesis of acute as well as chronic diseases in respiratory system. In the present study, we investigated the effect of ethanol extract of silkworm on the mucus secretion of in rat trachea using sodium-fluoresceine (NaFl) method and phenol red (PR) excretion one. Silkworm-extract showed mucolytic activity in rats which was evaluated by the both methods. Namely, administration of silkworm-extract to rats enhanced mucus secretion in the trachea dose dependently. Treatment of rats with 200mg extract significantly increased NaFl and PR excretion by 25% and 51%, respectively. These results suggest that physiologically active substance capable of stimulating mucus secretion exist in somatic ingredients of the silkworm.

        누에 체성분이 생쥐의 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        누에 체성분이 생쥐의 혈액성분에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 5령 3일된 누에를 70% 알콜로 추출한 활성물질을 생쥐(C57BL/6)의 복강에 20mg/kg/day의 농도로 15일 동안 투여한 다음, 24시간 후에 실험동물을 $CO_2$로 회생시켜 체중변화와 혈액성분의 생화학적인 지표를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 체중과 혈중의 albumin, GOT, GPT 및 LDH의 함량은 누에추출물을 투여함에 따라 차이가 없었으나 creatinine, cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose, BUN 및 ALP의 함량은 감소하였다. To investigate the effects of silkworm-extract (SE) on the blood components levels in mice, we extracted the physiologically active substance by 70% ethanol from 5th instar 3rd day silkworm. Mice were administered intraperitoneally with the SE (20mg/kg/day) for 15 days. Animals were sacrificed with $CO_2$ gas 24 hr after the last SE treatment. Then, we investigated the body weight and biochemical markers on blood components levels in mice. The results, body weight and albumin, GOT, GPT, LDH of blood were not changed by the SE treatment to mice. But creatinine, cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose, BUN, ALP of blood were significantly decreased by the SE treatment to mice.

      • 로봇의 技術開發動向 및 1990年代의 展望

        로봇의 기술은 기계요소, 재료, 제어, 마이크로컴퓨터(${\mu}-computer$)를 중심으로 한 일렉트로 닉스 등 여러 분야의 기술을 조합시켜 응용함에 따라 서로 다른 기능이 유연성 있게 결합한 형 태로 발전되어 왔으며, 앞으로도 이러한 복합화 기술의 형태로의 발전이 계속될 전망이다. 많은 대학이나 연구기관들이 로보틱스의 프로그램들을 개설하였거나 신규 개설 중에 있으며 따라서 큰 연구 성과가 이루어질 것으로 기대된다. 생산자동화의 필수요소의 하나인 로봇을 중심으로 하여 그 기술의 현황과 90년대의 전망을 파악해 봄으로서, 앞으로의 개발 방향을 모색해 보기로 한다.

      • 팬데믹 상황(COVID-19)에서 대학생의 성의식과 성가치관에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the sexual consciousness andsexual values of university students who have suffered from the pandemic (COVID-19) situation for about two years, and through their analysis, grasp the actual situation of sexual culture in the universities, and use themas basic data to establish the correct sexual culture. Furthermore, it aims to contribute to establishing the correct sex culture by recognizing the need for systematic sex education and instilling correct sexual values in universitystudents who are accustomed to non-face-to-face life and classes due to pandemic. The results of this study after conducting a survey of students taking liberal arts courses at Daejeon University in the 2021-2 semester are as follows 1. The subjects of the study were 69 male students and 55 female students, a total of 124. The age was mainly 19-22 years old, 1st and 2nd grades, and 18 students 3rd and 4th grades. 2. University students mainly acquired sexual knowledge from the Internet or friends, and evaluated that the level of sex education was belowaverage. 3. University students evaluated that the knowledge about the anatomical structure and function of sexual organs, pregnancy and childbirth was moderate but insufficient. 4. University students mainly acquired pornography from the Internet andfriends, and most of them had experience watching pornography once or twice per week. In addition, most university students were shy when the other person asked for sexual consent, so they turned it over silently or followed the other person's opinion. 5. The sexual intercourse experience of university students was evaluatedas 41-55%, about 41% of the study subjects experienced sexual intercourse, and experienced it for the first time at the age of 17-24. 6. Most university students were in love or suggested that premarital sexwas possible depending on the situation, and only 14% of them absolutelyopposed premarital sex. After marriage, however, sex with someone other than his or her spouse was absolutely opposed by 72%. 7. Most university students said that the COVID-19 pandemic retreatedthe openness of sex, but there were many opinions that the COVID-19 pandemic rather promoted it. As a results, it is thought that homes, society, and universities shouldprovide an educational platform for university students who have undergone the pandemic (COVID-19) situation to receive systematic sex ducation to can cultivate correct sexual consciousness and establish sexual values.

      • 인간생활과 반딧불이의 교감에 대한 고찰

        In this study of fireflies, their general characteristics, rapport with humans, values, preservation, restoration methods and measures are investigated. The effects of fireflies on the formation of human values, environmental and ecological education, regional image building, regional economic revitalization and local people's awareness are investigated as well. 1. Fireflies have a specific luminescent organ and emit light from there. These lights is used as a means to defend and threaten enemies, signal danger, have courtship, search for mating targets and prey, and locate spouses. In Korea, three species of Lychnuris rufa, Luciola lateralis and Hotaria unmunsana are currently inhabited. Lychnuris rufa is the largest with long-lasting light; Luciola lateralis and Hotaria unmunsana are similar in size and emit 60~120 times per minute. 2. Fireflies have been used since ancient times as materials for children's verses, rhymes, novels and proverbs, considered familiar objects with humans by carving their patterns into folk crafts. Fireflies are also used for festivals where they are in rapport with humans and enjoy the preciousness of nature. 3. Fireflies can be used as a place to recognize the uniqueness of the region, have eco-friendly and oriental medicine treatment effects, promote the pride of the local people, establish the status of the region, activate the economy of the region, and provide the place of ecological education. Their utilization value is very high. 4. Due to urbanization, industrialization, rash street and vehicle lights, fireflies are rapidly destroying their habitats; their population is rapidly decreasing. Therefore, in order to preserve and restore their habitats, it is necessary to form a network between local governments, share information, consult with experts, facilitate international exchange activities, preserve wetlands, secure farm waterways, plant trees and wild-flowers, turn off street lights, and manage clean rivers, etc. Putting the above results together, fireflies have great value such as indicators of the image of clean area and environmental pollution, natural ecological education, activation of organic farming and local economy, production of clean agricultural products, mystery of life and ecological experience. Therefore, if we all do our best to preserve and restore their habitats, fireflies will be able to keep their place by our side as before, which are emotional, cultural and environmental indicator insects that are in rapport with humans.
