        고지방·고탄수화물 식이와 Streptozotocin-유도 당뇨병 흰쥐에서 삼릉추출물의 개선효능 연구

        Objectives: This study was designed to evaluate the anti-diabetic effects of Spargaium stoloniferum Buchanan-Hamilton (Sparganii Rhizoma, SR) extract on diabetic rats. Methods: Diabetes was induced with Sprague-Dawley rats by high fat/high sucrose (HF/HS) diet for 4 weeks and injection of a single low dose of streptozotocin (STZ; 35 mg/kg). SR water extract at 500 mg/kg was orally administrated once a day for 4 weeks. Body weights, food and water intakes and urine volumes were measured. The levels of glucose, insulin, total cholesterol, glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT) were measured in the sera of rats. Histological changes were observed in pancreas, liver, and kidney tissues by H&E staining. Results: The administration of Sparganii Rhizoma extract at 500 mg/kg in diabetic rats did not shown a significant difference in body weight changes and GPT levels, but showed meaningful changes in an increase of urination volume, and decrease of serum glucose and insulin levels. Total cholesterol and GPT levels were also significantly decreased after SR extract administration in diabetic rats. Furthermore, the abnormal changes of pancreas, liver and kidney were also improved by Sparganii Rhizoma extract administration. Conclusions: These results indicate that SR extract can improve HF/HS-diet and STZ-induced diabetic damages in rats through inhibition of the blood glucose and insulin increase.

      • 유아들의 집중력 향상을 위한 지능형로봇과 클래식 음악의 융합

        본 논문은 ‘지능형 로봇과 클래식 음악과의 만남’이라는 주제로 클래식 연주회를 개최하여 클래식 공연에서의 지능형 로봇의 활용이 유아들의 공연에 대한 집중력 및 클래식 음악과의 상호교감 증진에 미치는 효과를 살펴본 것이다. 연구 방법으로는 진행과정으로 참석 학부모들에게 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 설문 조사 결과 전체 응답 35% 이상이 지능형 로봇을 활용한 음악회가 기존의 음악회 보다 집중력이 향상되었다고 응답하였다. 본 연구 결과 지능형 로봇의 활용이 유아들의 연주회에 대한 집중력 향상과 로봇에 대한 기대효과가 넓어 졌음을 확인 할 수 있었다. 앞으로 과학 기술과 음악이라는 융합적 만남에서 지능형 로봇이 단순한 사회자로써의 참여가 아닌 좀 더 다양한 역할을 부여 할 수 있는 콘텐츠 제작이 이루어 질 수 있기를 기대한다. This paper is a search on effect the causes of children’s concentration improvement by use of intelligent robot hold classic with topic ‘join of intelligent robots and classical music’. We carry out a survey targeting school parent participants in concert. Some 35% of the people surveyed say that they are improving children’s concentration better by concert utilization of intelligent robots than classic concert. As a result, utilization of intelligent robots is able to improve the children’s concentration of child’s listening to music. Also, it has aided the understanding of robots. The fusion of science technology and music is expected to development in to a case method with a diverse roles in the future.

        항공 응용 분야 : 다학제간 융합 기반의 창의공학설계 수업모형 개발

        본 논문은 공학인증 프로그램의 필수 과목인 창의공학설계 교과목 수업을 통해 학생들의 창의력을 향상시킬 수 있는 설계 수업 방안을 연구 하였다. 공과대학 학생들로 하여금 설계과제의 선호도와 문제점을 조사 하였고 이를 활용 하여 설계 과제 수업에서 구조물의 완성을 통한 창의력 증진 수업에 주력을 하였던 것을, 다학제간 융합에서 기계적 메커니즘의 결정체인 루브 골드버그(Rube-Goldberg) 창치를 활용한 ``가장 간단한 작동을 가장 복잡한 기계 장치로 작동`` 시키는 구조물의 완성을 통하여 기존의 설계과제를 복합적으로 활용하는 새로운 설계 과정 교육 개발안을 제언하였다. This paper is researched the methods of design instruction which can improve students` creativeness through the subject of creative engineering design as a required subject for the accredited engineering program. After studying the preference and problems of design tasks for the students of engineering college, a new education development plan for design process was suggested, which uses the existing design tasks in which creativeness improvement class was focused through the completion of structures. This was through the completion of structures that ``operating the most simple operation with the most complex mechanical mechanism``, which uses Rube-Goldberg, the crystal of mechanical mechanism in the union of multi-disciplinary convergence curriculum.

        하고초추출물의 갑상선기능항진증 랫트모델에서의 한열조절작용에 의한 개선효능 연구

        Objective : This study was intended to examine the effects of water extract of Prunellae Spica (PS), which is a herb with 'cold' nature based on hot and cold theory of traditional Korean medicine. Methods : Hyperthyroidism was induced in SD rats by LT4 (0.5 ㎎/㎏, i.p.) daily for four weeks. After 2 weeks of LT4 injection, rats were divided randomly into four groups; normal, LT4-induced hyperthyroid control, PS extract (500 ㎎/㎏, p.o.)-treated group, and propylthiouracil (PTU, 10 ㎎/㎏, s.c.)-treated positive group. After 2 weeks of drug treatment, all rats were sacrificed and harvested blood samples and thyroid tissues. The changes of body weight, food and water intake, and body temperature were measured weekly. Serological markers were analyzed in sera using an enzyme-based assay, and thyroid tissues were stained with Hematoxylin & Eosin (H&E). Brain and dorsal root ganglion (DRG) tissues were isolated and analyzed the expression of transient receptor potential (TRP) channels by Western blot. Results : PS extract administration attenuated the loss of body weight and the increase of body temperature in LT4- induced hyperthyroidism rats. PS extract increased the level of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and decreased tiiodothyronine (T3) and tetraiodothyronine (T4). In action mechanism, PS extract regulated the expression of transient receptor potential channel subfamily V member 1 (TRPV1) and transient Receptor Potential channel subfamily M member 8 (TRPM8), the thermoregulators. Conclusion : To conclude, PS extract can improve the symptoms of hyperthyroidism through regulation of the thyroid hormones imbalance and thermoregulation via TRP channels.

        지능형 로봇과 클래식 음악의 융합을 이용한 어린이의 집중력 향상효과 분석

        This paper is a search on effect the causes of children’s concentration improvement by use of intelligent robot hold classic with topic ‘join of intelligent robots and classical music’. We carry out a survey targeting school parent participants in concert. Some 35% of the people surveyed say that they are improving children’s concentration better by concert utilization of intelligent robots than classic concert. he result shows that the using of the intelligent robot for children from 6 to 7 in the classical music concert has a great impact on improving their concentration and 37.1% of the subjects said it was helpful to their creativity. On the other hand, it is necessary that a variety of components of robots and music tailored for children should be chosen.

        스마트 UI/UX형 라이트닝 키보드 시스템 개발

        The electronic musical instrument field is used in various forms in various genres as well as music. In particular, electronic keyboards are actively used for special tones and sounds for music. However, there are no products that create and edit music in conjunction with smart devices. Also, a keyboard-type electronic keyboard is difficult to play without mastery by playing with all ten fingers. In this study, a smart device and Bluetooth are interlocked and a solution for music production, editing and performance is presented. In addition, we proposed a smart UI/UI-type Lightning keyboard that learns by specifying the color for each finger position so that even a beginner can easily follow it. The Lightning Keyboard makes it easy for beginners to find their finger position through a 3-color LED on a keyboard through music production, and checks their music through editing and playback. In addition, in the case of sound sources, various instruments in the standardized MID format were supported. We believe that this study will be actively used in the prevention and treatment of dementia in the elderly by using light and sound as well as music in the future.

        IT융합 기반의 생장환경 모니터링 시스템 설계 및 구현

        본 논문은 농축산물의 생장환경을 모니터링 하여 농축산물의 생산을 증대시킬 수 있도록 생장환경관리 모니터링 시스템을 설계, 구현에 관한 것이다. IT융합기술을 기반으로 한, 생장환경 모니터링 시스템은 4가지의 구성요소로 이루어져 있다. 환경 인자에 대한 센싱을 담당하는 센서노드, 센서와 통신을 담당하는 싱크노드, 관제 시스템과 연결기능을 수행하는 게이트웨이 및 관제 소프트웨어이다. 이를 통하여 환경인자인 온도 및 습도에 대한 관제과정을 수행하여 각각에 대해서 편차값 10%의 범위를 유지하는 최적의 생장 환경을 유지할 수 있었다. In this paper, to promote the production of agricultural products, it is goal to design and implement the growth environmental management monitoring system. Based on the IT convergence technology, it consists of four components such as sensor nodes to sense environmental factors, sink nodes to communicate with sensors, gateway to link sinknodes to monitoring system, and monitoring software. With monitoring process for temperature and humidity, we can obtain the bast growth environment to be maintained deviation value 10% for temperature and humidity.

        발전소 전기설비를 위한 효과적인 케이블 포설 알고리즘 및 자동화 프로그램 구현

        본 논문에서는 발전소 전기설비의 설계 중 케이블 포설 설계가 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 케이블 포설 알고리즘 개발 및 자동화 프로그램을 구현하였다. 기존의 케이블 포설 설계 작업이 수기로 작성됨에 따라 케이블 누락 및 기준치 이상의 케이블 포설 등 불필요한 오류가 발생되어 인적 시간적 투자 대비 비효율성을 갖는 반면, 제안된 케이블 포설 자동화 프로그램은 케이블과 케이블 선로 구간을 코드화하여 효과적으로 과포설 계산 및 선로 구간을 변경할 수 있도록 하였다. 실험 결과, 구현된 케이블 포설 자동화 프로그램은 설계 규격대로 수행됨을 확인할 수 있었고, 프로젝트의 규모에 따라 하루에서 한 달 이내로 설계기간을 줄일 수 있어 발전소 전기설비를 위한 케이블 포설 설계를 경제적이고 효과적으로 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In this paper, we proposed and implemented the automated cable-spreading program which can be done effectively cabling plan for electrical equipment in power plant. Cause the process of existing cable-spreading design was written in by hand, there are grossly inefficient gain by a personal and time investment with cable omission and unfixed overfill value. Proposed automation program for cable-spreading, which is coded cable and raceway, can calculate the overfill value and raceway change. Some experiments are conducted so as to verify the proposed model, and as a result, implemented cable-spreading program is well performed.
