지금까지 연생 생명보험에 관한 대부분의 연구에서는 보험 가입자의 수명분포가 서로 독립이라는 가정하에서 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 하지만, 최근 이루어진 다양한 연구에서는 보험가입자간의 수명에 연관성이 존재할 수 있으며, 따라서 이 경우 보험 가입자의 수명에 관한 상호 연관성을 모형화하고자 하는 몇몇 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 보험 가입자의 수명분포가 공통적인 환경적 요인에 영향을 받는 경우를 고려하고, 상호의존적 수명분포하에서 연생보험에 관한 연구를 진행한다. 또한 보험가입자간 수명 분포가 실제 독립이 아닌 경우에 이에 관한 독립을 가정하는 경우 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 분석해 보기로 한다. Most studies on the joint life insurance assume the lifetimes of insurers to be mutually independent; however, there have been various studies that illustrate the dependency of insurers' lifetimes. Subsequently, some approaches to model this type of dependency have been suggested. This paper proposes a joint dependent lifetime distribution for coupled lives under common environmental effect and applies the proposed model to the study of the joint life insurance. In addition, we investigate the effect of the false assumption of independent lifetimes when there exists dependency between the insurers' lifetimes assumed in this paper.
사무소 건물의 창호설계 요소별 에너지 소비량 비교 연구

Facade designs are critical to energy consumption and comfort in buildings. And the lager window to ratio(WWR) has become a problem of heat loss. The government regulated the WWR through the U-factor. But more detailed guideline is needed because of the complicated design factors such as glazing system, WWR, shading, lighting control. They also have an effect on the energy, thermal comfort and illuminance. In this study, the energy consumption was analyzed through the various design factors for office building in seoul facing south using COMFEN 4.0 program. Fore simulation cases were analyzed. CASE 1 dealt with the influence between the WWR and glazing type. CASE 2 and 3 dealt with the lighting control and shading effect. Last, CASE 4 analyzed the total energy result from combination of various design factor. The results show that it helps designer decide facade design.

So the government enforced a law to the public buildings to install the renewable energy facilities. The capacity of facilities is 5% of total construction cost until April 13, 2011. Since then, the government changed the law from 5% of total construction cost to10% of predicted energy usage because of the practical use of the renewable energy facilities. So, in this study, the comparative analysis is conducted according to the law to the building installed PV system through the EnergyPlus simulation.

Since then, the government changed the law from 5% of total construction cost to 10% of predicted energy usage for the resonable use of the renewable energy facilities. In this study, the comparative analysis is conducted according to the law to the building installed PV system through the Energy Plus simulation. And the method for improving renewable energy supply ratio was analyzed using existing PV array. Adjusting the PV array angle is the best way to generate more electric power without additional fee. When applying the month optimum angle, 3,600kWh of electric power are more generated compared to the existing angle.

AV terminal box control logic has two types. One is the single maximum, another is the dual maximum control logic. Dual maximum control logic is more efficiency way to reduce the energy consumption. It has a minimum airflow set point and a heating maximum set point. It allows the minimum airflow set point to be much lower than single maximum control logic. The minimum airflow of VAV terminal boxes is a key factor for comfort, indoor air quality(IAQ) and energy cost. If the minimum airflow is not resonable, it would waste energy and make IAQ problems. A building simulation was conducted to evaluate the energy consumption and the IAQ according to the control logic of the VAV terminal boxes. In the simulation, it was found that the 6.6% energy savings when applying the dual maximum control logic.
융합기술 환경에서 기업성과 향상을 위한 개인역량요인 분석

오늘날 정보기술의 발전으로 인해, 기업의 비즈니스 환경은 하루가 다르게 변화하고 있다. 이에, 기업들은 비즈니스 변화의 흐름에 대비하고, 더 나은 성과를 얻기 위해 다양한 가치창출 방안을 탐색하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 더욱이 기업들은 오래 전부터 기업성과를 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 우수한 인재를 확보하는데 많은 노력을 기울여 왔다. 이에 본 논문에서는 급변하는 경영 환경에서 기업이 더 나은 가치를 창출하기 위해, 요구되는 기업 구성원들의 역량요인을 분석하기 위한 연구분석 모형을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 아래와 같은 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 선행연구를 통해 기업성과 향상에 필요한 역량 유형 및 개인역량요인을 분석하였다. 둘째, 분석된 결과를 토대로, 융합기술 환경에서 기업 구성원에게 요구되는 역량을 태도 숙련된 업무능력 그리고 지식으로 제시하였다. 마지막으로 본 논문에서 제시된 연구분석모형의 타당성 분석을 위해 기업의 인사담당자들을 대상으로 전문가 인터뷰 및 대규모 설문조사를 실시하였다. Corporate business environment is rapidly evolving with the dramatic development of Information Technology. On that regard, companies are exploring various ways to create values in a bidto deliver outstanding business performance as well as coping with a changing business environment. Companies, in addition, have exerted extra efforts in developing and retaining talents as a way to enhance business performance. Against the backdrop, this paper presents a research-analysis model to analyze capability factors of corporate members which are essential for a company to create more values in the rapidly changing business environment. To this end, this paper carried out the following researches : First, through a literature review, capability types, which are required to improve business performance, as well as individual capability factors, were analyzed. Second, based on analysis result, Attitude, Skill and Knowledge were presented as individual capability factors essential to the technological convergence environment. Third, to an-alyze the validity of the research analysis model, expert interviews with corporate human resource as well as a large scale survey were performed.

It has found that the using library base on criteria of a foreign country resulted in problem of reliability. In order to obtain reliable result, it was necessary to develop the simulation input library based on domestic condition. So, this study was conducted for making the library in accordance with domestic condition when doing simulation modeling about the exist and new buildings. The range of library were consist of material, facility systems, schedules and weather data. And Energy Plus program was used when making library. We hope that the developed library will contribute to reliability when simulating exist and new buildings.
VAV 터미널 박스의 최소풍량 설정에 따른 실내 열환경 및 에너지 성능 분석

The minimum airflow of VAV terminal boxes is a key factor for comfort, indoor air quality(IAQ) and energy cost. If the minimum airflow is not resonable, it would waste energy and make IAQ problems. A building simulation was conducted to evaluate the energy consumption and the IAQ according to the minimum airflow of the VAV terminal boxes. It was found that the 4.5% energy savings when reducing the minimum airflow as CASE 2. And CASE 1 did not satisfy the IAQ during the Winter. And there are the two factors(indoor load and IAQ) to decide the minimum airflow.

Global urbanization has led to a growing number of people living in apartments. However, apartment buildings have disadvantages of noise being transmitted through walls and floors. For this reason, apartment dwellers are constantly exposed to the problem of noise from upstairs floors. But there is no technology to solve the underlying cause of problem of noise from upstairs floors. Therefore, the study suggests a monitoring system that can measure noise between floors and estimate noise location between floors.
