        실과 중심의 실생활 연계 로봇 활용 SW교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 창의적 문제 해결력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study is to develop an SW Education program using Robots for real-life based on Practical Arts and to examine the effects of the program on creative problem-solving abilities of 6th graders in elementary school. The researcher analyzed the real-life related chapters in Practical Arts curriculum and selected relevant topics to develop an SW Education Program using robots for real-life based on Practical Arts for 5 sessions (15 lessons). The Program was applied to 6th grade elementary school students for 6 weeks in Practical Arts and Creative experiential activities classes. To measure the creative problem-solving abilities, the researcher used a pre- and a posttest and verified the reliability of the tests using the i-STATistics. The results of a paired sample t-test reported that the creative problem-solving abilities significantly improved. In particular, significant improvements were observed for Self-conviction, Independence, Critical and logical thinking ability, and Motivational thinking ability. This study suggests meaningful implications for various SW Education using robot teaching-learning materials for elementary school students. 이 연구는 실과 중심의 실생활 연계 로봇 활용 SW교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 개발한 프로그램이 초등학교 6학년 학생의 창의적 문제해결력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 실과 교과서 분석을 통해 실생활과 관련된 소재들 중 로봇 활용 SW교육이 가능한 주제를 선정하여 5회기(총 15차시)분량의 프로그램을 개발하였다. 각 회기별 주제는 LED를 이용한 창의적인 생활용품 만들기, 쾌적한 주거생활을 만들 수 있는 스마트 빈 만들기, 간이 온도 조절 장치 만들기, 꿈을 담는 저금통 만들기, 스마트 화분 만들기로 구성하였으며, 개발한 프로그램은 초등학교 6학년 1개 반을 대상으로 적용하였다. 프로그램 적용 후 학생들의 창의적 문제해결능력 향상 정도를 알아보기 위해 총 4개 영역(자기 확신 및 독립성, 비판적·논리적 사고, 동기적 사고, 확산적 사고)으로 구성되어 있는 창의적 문제해결력 검사지를 사용했다. 이 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 실험집단의 사전․사후검사 점수를 비교한 결과 4개 영역 중 3개 영역(자기 확신 및 독립성, 비판적·논리적 사고, 동기적 사고)에서 통계적으로 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 실생활 소재의 문제 해결을 위한 로봇 활용 SW교육 프로그램은 초등학생의 창의적 문제해결력에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이 연구에서 개발한 프로그램은 추후 다양한 로봇 활용 교수‧학습자료 개발 시 참고 자료로서의 활용 가치가 있을 것이라 기대된다.

        Deep Recommender System Using Purchase History Data

        In this paper, we propose a deep recommender system that utilizes purchase history data of customers when ratings for products are not available at all. The purchase history data of these customers are obtained between May 2014 and July 2015 from nationwide branches of a particular supermarket chain. If the customer’s purchase cycle for a particular product is shorter than the average purchase cycle, then the preference for the product will be high. Using this idea, we generate rating data from these customers’ purchase history data. Among collaborative filtering recommender systems using rating data, we know that the restricted Boltzmann machine (RBM) shows the best performance in terms of prediction accuracy. Thus, for recommender system wepropose the use of conditional RBM, which utilizes additional information on whether or not to purchase. Through an experiment we show that conditional RBM works best in predicting the ratings for products. This recommender system is expected to be useful in future.

      • 고농도 초미세먼지 출현 시 발전소 주변 대기 입자 성장 및 화학조성 특성

        Ultrafine Particle number and size distributions were simultaneously measured at rural area around the power plant in Dangjin, South Korea. New Particle formation and growth events were frequently observed during January, 2021 and classified based on their strength and persistence as well as the variation in geometric mean diameter(GMD) on January 12, 21 and 17. In this study, we investigated mechanisms of new particle growth based on measurements using a high resolution time of flight aerosol mass spectrometer(HR-ToF-AMS) and a scanning mobility particle sizer(SMPS). On Event days(Jan 12 and 21), the total average growth rate was found to be 8.46 nm/h~24.76 nm/hr. These growth rate are comparable to those reported for other urban and rural sites in South Korea using different method. Comparing to the Non-Event day(Jan 17), New Particle Growth mostly occurred when solar radiation is peaked and relative humidity is low in daytime, moreover enhanced under the condition of higher precusors, NO<sub>2</sub> (39.9 vs 6.2ppb), VOCs(129.5 vs 84.6ppb), NH<sub>3</sub>(11 vs 4.7ppb). The HR-ToF-AMS PM<sub>1.0</sub> composition shows Organic and Ammoniated nitrate were dominant species effected by emission source in domestic. On the other hand, The Fraction of Ammoniated sulfate was calculated to be approximately 16% and 31% when air quality is inflow from China. Longer term studies are needed to help resolve the relative contributions of each precusor species on new particle growth characteristics.

        Comparison of the stability of eGFP displayed on the Bacillus subtilis spore surface using CotB and C‑terminally truncated CotB proteins as an anchoring motif under extreme conditions

        We investigated the expression and stability of enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP) under extreme conditions using two types of high-copy-number vectors and two types of anchoring motifs (CotB and C-terminally truncated ΔCotB spore coat proteins) for the development of a spore surface display system in Bacillus subtilis. The fused cotB-gfp and ΔcotB-gfp DNA fragments were cloned into the pUB19 (pUB110-derived) and pHY300PLK vectors. Four types of expression vectors were transformed into B. subtilis 168. The expression level of eGFP on the surface of spores prepared from B. subtilis transformants was measured by flow cytometry. When pUB19 vector was used, the activities of ΔCotB-eGFP and CotB-eGFP were 17.9 and 5.6 times higher than those of the pHY300PLK vector, respectively. In addition, the activity of pUB19-ΔCotB-eGFP was 1.76 times higher than that of pUB19-CotB-eGFP. Overall, the activity of eGFP was more stable under extreme conditions (heat, pH, and protease challenges) when ΔCotB was used as an anchoring motif instead of CotB. Compared to the control groups, the activities of ΔCotB-eGFP and CotB-eGFP were maintained at 56% and 41% at 80 °C and 88% and 55% at pH 10, respectively. The activities of ΔCotB-eGFP and CotB-eGFP were maintained at 62% and 41%, respectively, when treated with 0.03 U of proteinase K. In addition, the activities were maintained at 77% and 36%, respectively, when treated with 5.5 U of trypsin.

        의료민영화와 안경원 법인화에 대한 서울지역 안경사들의 인식도 비교 조사 연구

        목 적: 이 설문 연구의 목적은 의료민영화와 안경원 법인화 정책에 대한 안경사들의 인식을 조사하는 것이었다. 방 법: 2014년 6월부터 8월까지 서울 지역에서 근무하는 임상안경사 100명을 대상으로 대면 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 설문 대상자 가운데 안경원 원장이 48명이고 고용 안경사가 52명이었다. 결 과: 의료민영화와 안경원 법인화 문제에 대한 인식도는 높은 편이었으며, 반대 의견이 매우 많았다. 안경사들은 의료민영화 문제에 대해서는 의료서비스의 소비자로서 반응하고, 안경원 법인화 문제에 대해서는 공급자로서 반응하는 양상을 나타냈다. 안경원 법인화 문제에 대해서 고용 안경사 집단에 비해 안경원 원장 집단이 더 강한 반대 의견과 비관적인 예상을 보였다. 결 론: 안경사들은 의료민영화 문제가 어느 정도 안경원 법인화 문제와 연결되어 있다고 인식하고 있었으나, 그 영향에 대해서는 일반 국민들과 마찬가지로 자신들이 의료서비스의 소비자 위치에 있다고 생각하고 있었다. 고용 안경사들에 비해 안경원 원장들이 안경원 법인화에 더 비관적이고 강하게 반대하고 있었다. Purpose: An aim of this survey study was to investigate opticians' awareness of the health care privatization policy and the permission of corporal optical shops. Methods: We did a survey for 100 clinical opticians in Seoul by face-to-face questionnaire from June to August 2014. 48 of the correspondents were owners of optical shops and 52 of the correspondents were employed opticians. Results: The correspondents had high awareness of the health care privatization and the permission of corporal optical shops, and a lot of them had opposite opinions. The opticians reacted as consumers of medical services on the health care privatization, while they reacted as suppliers on the permission of corporal optical shops. On the corporal optical shops, owners of optical shops group had stronger opposition and more negative prospect than employed opticians group. Conclusions: The opticians group thought the health care privatization were somewhat related to the permission of corporal optical shops, but they took a stance of consumers of medical services, similarly to the general public. Owners group was more opposite and more negative on the corporal optical shops than employed opticians group.

        HDPE 용접 구조물에서 발생하는 변형에 관한 실험적 연구

        High-density polyethylene (HDPE) is increasingly recognized as an eco-friendly material for small crafts. However, there is limited research on welding distortion in HDPE welded structures. This study investigates the deformation behavior of HDPE fillet-welded specimens, focusing on global out-of-plane distortions such as angular and bowing distortions. Experimental analysis, conducted using an optical 3D scanner, reveals similarities between the observed deformation patterns in HDPE fillet-welded specimens and those commonly found in other fillet- welded structures. Angular and bowing distortion modes are primarily observed, resulting from the contraction forces that occur during the cooling process after the melting and solidification of the HDPE welding rod. Additionally, the influence of specimen thickness on deformations is examined. This research contributes valuable knowledge about welding distortions in HDPE, providing directions for optimization of welding processes and the enhancement of structural performance in HDPE welded structures.
