        일부 도시지역 주민의 흡연 실태와 이에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose : To know the smoking status of regional residents and to contribute the development of smoking education program by analyzing the related characteristics and affecting variables. by convenience sampling of total 1,300 regional residents in Daegu. Method : The investigation was conducted with 1,204 residents in mid to small urban area of Gyeongsangbukdo. for 3 months from April 1, to June 30, 2007. Results : 1) The current smoking rate of test subjects was 19.3% and 63% responded as non smoker, and 17.1% of test subjects responded as currently stopped smoking. 2) The smokers' age that habitually started smoking resulted to show the highest distribution at their age of $20{\sim}29$ by including 49.3% in 446 smokers, and 39.6% in ages younger than 19 years old. 3) The subjective health status of test subjects was found to be healthy in 65.1% of nonsmokers. 4) The increase of stress along with the increase of depression significantly had large effects on smoking rate. 5) When the regression analyses were conducted, test subjects' sex, age, religion, current residing area, occupation, the level of health status, the level of stress and the level of depression found to have significant effects, and the influence of these variables was 27.4% by showing an overall significance. Conclusion : Primarily, the average smoking rate of regional residents was slightly decreased, but the smoking rate in juveniles, university students, professional workers, office workers, labor workers and women were found to be increased. Therefore smoking prevention and stop smoking policies have to be enforced with the development of more effective education programs. Secondly, the health status especially the increase of stress along with the increase of depression significantly had large effects on smoking rate. So, it is considered that the responsible government, related organizations and experts should make efforts not only for the improvement of health and but also for the establishment of stress and depression solving measures. Thirdly, the supports and willingness of government and local government for substantial practicing the development of smoking prevention and stop smoking enforcement policy education programs have to be advanced with the systematic backup as the first step of improving health of national peoples.

        실시간 EtherCAT 마스터 구현에 관한 연구

        EtherCAT is an Ethernet-based fieldbus system standardized in IEC 61158 and SEMI, and widely used in the fields of factory automation, semiconductor equipment and robotics. In this paper, a real-time EtherCAT master is implemented on Linux operating systems and its performances are evaluated. To enhance the real-time capability of mainline Linux kernel, Xenomai is applied as a real-time framework and an open source EtherCAT master stack, Simple Open EtherCAT Master (SOEM), is installed on it. Unlike other studies, the real-time performance of the EtherCAT master is evaluated at the output of the network interface card, so that the evaluation results include all possible effects from the EtherCAT master system. The implemented EtherCAT master can send and receive packets up to 20KHz control frequency with low jitter, even in stressed condition.

        $OPB-K^{(R)}$가 임플랜트의 골유착 및 안정성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Statement of problem: It has been proved that Pleurotus eryngii Quel and Eleutherococcus senticosus have antiinflammatory action and not only stimulates the proliferation and activity of osteoblast but inhibits the generation and activity of osteoclast in vitro. Pleurotus eryngii Quel and Eleutherococcus senticosus are the main component of $OPB-K^{(R)}$. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate $OPB-K^{(R)}$ which enhances the healing rate of peri-implant bone and the bone mineral density. Materials and methods: Thirty six specially designed implants were installed in the tibia of rats. The group medicated with $OPB-K^{(R)}$ was the experimental group, and that without was the control group. hen the implant stability was measured by $Periotest^{(R)}$. Bone mineral density and histological measurement were conducted at the 2nd, 4th and 6th week $Periotest^{(R)}$ and bone mineral density values were analyzed statistically with independent t-test at 95% confidence level(p<0.05). Results: The results of this study were as follows : 1. There was no statistically significant difference in $Periotest^{(R)}$. values between the experimental group and control group at the 2nd week, however, on the 4th and 6th week there was significant difference(p<0.05). 2. There was no statistically significant difference in bone mineral density between the experimental group and control group at the 2nd and 4th week, however on the 6th week there was significant difference(p<0.05). 3. Histological analysis showed difference in osseointegration on the 4th and 6th week between the groups. Conclusion: From the results, it is concluded that the $OPB-K^{(R)}$ medicated group showed statistically better results in bone density and stability than the control group. Clinically it would be better to medicate $OPB-K^{(R)}$ to patients for a long period of time after implantation to get superior results.

        RS(23,17) 리드-솔로몬 복호기 설계

        본 논문에서는 MB-OFDM(Multiband-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) 시스템에서 사용되는 RS(23,17) 부호에 대한 복호기의 최적 구조를 제안하고, 설계하였다. 제안된 복호기 구조는 파이프 라인 구조를 갖는 수정된 유클리드(Modified Euclidean) 알고리즘을 사용하며, MB-OFDM 시스템에 최적화되어 작은 복호 지연(latency) 및 하드웨어 복잡도를 가진다. 제안된 복호기는 Verilog HDL을 사용하여 구현되었고, 삼성 65nm library를 이용하여 합성하였다. 350MHz로 합성했을 때 timing violation이 발생하지 않았기 때문에, 실제 ASIC을 제작해도 250MHz까지 동작하며, gate count는 20,710로 나타났다. In this paper, we design a RS(23,17) decoder for MB-OFDM(Multiband-Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) system, in which Modified Euclidean(ME) algorithm is adopted for key equation solver block. The proposed decoder has been optimized for MB-OFDM system so that it has less latency and hardware complexity. Additionally, we have implemented the proposed decoder using Verilog HDL and synthesized with Samsung 65nm library. From synthesis results, it can operate at clock frequency of 250MHz, and gate count is 20,710.

        EDGE 단말기 성능 테스트를 위한 측정 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 EDGE (Enhanced Data Rates for GSM Evolution) 단말의 성능을 측정하기 위한 측정 알고리즘을 소프트웨어로 구현하고 EDGE 신호 발생기를 통해 발생된 신호를 이용해 구현된 소프트웨어 측정 알고리즘의 성능을 평가해본다. 일반적으로 통신신호 측정기는 매우 정밀한 정확도를 필요로 하므로 정확도가 충분히 높지 않은 일반 통신모뎀 수준의 수신 알고리즘을 직접적으로 측정기에 적용할 수는 없다. 본 논문에서는 EDGE 신호의 정밀한 측정을 위한 새로운 EDGE 신호의 수신 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 EDGE 수신 알고리즘에는 2단계(개략적 단계, 미세 단계)의 파라미터(심볼타이밍, 주파수오프셋, 반송파위상) 추정방식을 사용하였다. 또한 수신신호의 보간을 이용하여 수신 신호 샘플의 개수를 증가시킴으로서 측정의 정확도를 향상시켰다. 본 논문에서 제안된 EDGE 신호 측정방식은 하드웨어를 구현하기 전에 소프트웨어를 이용하여 사전에 측정 성능을 검증하는데 사용될수 있다. 또한 구현된 소프트웨어 알고리즘을 속도측면에서 최적화함으로서 직접 EDGE 신호 측정을 위한 상용 시스템으로도 이용할 수 있다. In this paper, we implement the measurement functionality for performance measurements of EDGE (Enhanced Data Rates for GSM Evolution) terminal by using software. Generally speaking, the receiving algorithms in normal MODEM cannot be used directly to a measurement system due to the lack of accuracy. Therefore, we propose a new receiver algorithm for precise EDGE signal measurements. In the proposed algorithm, 2-stage (coarse stage, fine stage) parameters estimation (symbol-timing, frequency offset, carrier phase) scheme is used. To improve the estimation accuracy, we increase the number of the received signal samples by interpolation. The proposed EDGE signal measurement algorithm can be used for verifying the hardware measurement system, and also can be used for the commercial systems through software optimization.

        최근의 EU 회원국간 양자투자협정과 투자자-국가 분쟁 동향 - Achmea BV v. Slovakia 사건을 중심으로 -

        After the adoption of the Lisbon Treaty, the European Union's Common Commercial Policy now belongs to the exclusive competence area of the EU, including the foreign direct investment (FDI) policy. Regarding the bilateral investment protection treaties (BITs) between the EU Member States, the European Commission is of the view that such BITs should be discarded. On March 6, 2018, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) held in the Achmea BV v. Slovakia case that a BIT between the EU Member States, as well as arbitral awards based on that BIT, is not subject to request for preliminary rulings under the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), and thus they are not compatible with the EU law. However, the judgment did not silence the controversy. Instead, many people questioned the legal reasoning and the legitimacy of judgment, and therefore the problem is still ongoing.

        동맥스핀표지 관류 자기공명영상의 개요

        The arterial spin labeling (ASL) is a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) method that can evaluate tissue perfusion using blood in the body. The characteristic of non-invasive examinations without contrast agents and the quantitative measurement of perfusion volume is possible, which are increasingly being used for clinical and research purposes. Up to the present, The ASL method has lower SNR than the perfusion imaging method using contrast agent and because optimization of various parameter in the imaging process is difficult, Which may result in measurement errors. To improve this, ASL methods using various technologies are introduced. This paper briefly introduces the outline of ASL, its features in imaging process, various techniques, and clinical application.

        슬관절 연골 평가를 위한 자기공명영상 검사 시 지방 신호 억제 3D T2* Weighted 기법과 지방 신호 억제 3D SPGR 기법의 비교 및 유용성 평가

        In this study, for assessment of degenerative knee joint cartilage disease we acquired images by fat suppressed 3D spoiled gradient recalled (SPGR) and fat suppressed 3D T2* weighted imaging techniques. To do a quantitative evaluation, the knee joint cartilage was divided into medial femoral cartilage (MFC), medial tibial cartilage (MTC), lateral femoral cartilage (LFC), lateral femoral cartilage (LFC) and patella cartilage (Pat) to measure their respective signal intensity values, signal-to-noise ratio, and contrast-to-noise ratio. As for the measured values, statistical significance between two techniques was verified by using Mann-Whitney U-Test. To do a qualitative evaluation, two radiologists have examined images by techniques after which image artifact, cartilage surface, tissue contrast, and depiction of lesion distinguishing were evaluated based on 4-point scaling (1: bad, 2: appropriate, 3: good, 4: excellent), and based on the result, statistical significance was verified by using Kappa-value Test. 3.0T MR system and HD T/R 8ch knee array coil were used to acquire images. As a result of a quantitative analysis, based on SNR values measured by using two imaging techniques, MFC, LFC, LTC, and Pat showed statistical significance (p < 0.05), but MTC did not (p > 0.05). As a result of verifying statistical significance for measured CNR value, MFC, LFC, and Pat showed statistical significance (p < 0.05), while MTC and LTC did not show statistical significance (p > 0.05). As a result of a qualitative analysis, by comparing mean values for evaluated image items, 3D T2* weighted Image has indicated a slightly higher value. As for conformance verification between the two observers by using Kappa-value test, all evaluated items have indicated statistically significant results (p < 0.05). 3D T2* weighted technique holds a clinical value equal to or superior to 3D SPGR technique with respect to evaluating images, such as distinguishing knee joint cartilages, comparing nearby tissues contrast, and distinguishing lesions.
