Currently, there are many discussions about composite materials and 3D printed composite material to weight reduction of ships. A test was conducted to confirm the applicability of the 3D printed composite material to ships and offshore structures by linking the 3D printing technology with excellent productivity and the composite material with corrosion resistance and lightweight characteristics in salt water environments. In order to apply the 3D printed composite material used in this paper to ships and offshore structures, the temperature environmental effects that can be exposed in the marine environment should be considered. Therefore, the tensile test was conducted with specimen of Carbon + Onyx, Carbon + Nylon, HSHT glass + Onyx, HSHT glass + Nylon material in low temperature (-50℃), room temperature (20℃), and high temperature (50℃) environments that can be exposed to the marine environment. As a result of the tensile test, the carbon + onyx specimen showed the highest tensile strength and the HSHT glass + onyx specimen showed the highest tensile strain. In addition, by analyzing the tested specimens, the failure mode of the 3D printed composite material specimens exposed to various temperature environments was analyzed.
신이청매음(辛夷淸肺飮)이 알레르기 비염(鼻炎)에 미처는 효과(效果)에 대한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

Objectives: It has a growing interest in the prevention and medical treatment of allergic rhinitis. According to many studies, it's known that Sinicheongpye-um has the inhibitory effect on the allergic rhinitis. We have studied effect of the mice on OVA-induced Production of IL-4, IL-5, $Interferone-{\gamma}$ by Murine Splenocytes and effect of OVA-induced Total IgE. Methods: Mixing Ovalbumin(OVA) $10{\mu}g$ into PBS(phoshate buffered saline) and $Al(OH)_3$, gel solution and changing into $1\;m{\ell}$, we made it into OVA solution. That was administered to normal group. After the last administration into abdominal cavity, we caused allergic rhinitis in nasal cavity of mouse of control group and sample group administering 0.1% solution dropwise 3 times a day for 7 days. Keeping separated serum at -20 degree and after refloating spleen cells, cultivating the cells and centrifuging the upper liquid and keeping it at -20 degree, we measured the amount of IL-4. IL-5, $Interferone-{\gamma}$ and OVA-induced Total IgE by ELISA. Results: 1. In Total IgE, Sinichengpae-um treated group was proved significant inhibitory effect.(p<0.05) 2. In IL-4 study, Sinichengpae-um treated group was proved significant inhibitory effect.(p<0.005) 3. In IL-4 study, Sinichengpae-um treated group was proved significant inhibitory effect.(p<0.001) 4. In $Interferone-{\gamma}$ study, Sinichengpae-um treated group showed a increasing tendency. Conclusion: Based on the above result, it is considered that Sinichengpae-um has the inhibitory effect on the allergic rhinitis of mice and suggested thai it could be used in relieving patients of the symptoms which are caused by allergic rhinitis.

Recently, the construction industry is increasingly in need of securing safety rights due to repeated serious accident. Accordingly, the government enacted the "Serious accident Punishment Act" to strengthen punishment for serious accident and expand the scope of punishment. However, safety managers in the construction industry are still vulnerable to safety accidents due to the heavy workload. The purpose of this study is to increase the efficiency of performance tasks and reduce serious accidents in the construction industry through analysis of performance tasks by stages of construction projects. The tasks derived through domestic research and domestic and foreign system analysis were classified step by step to analyze the correlation between difficulty and preventive effect, and inefficient tasks were discovered and improved. This can be used as basic data for identifying safety management tasks and preparing effective safety prevention measures, and it is expected to be a preventive measure against industrial accidents in the construction industry by using it for efficient work reorganization by safety managers.
축열식 가열기형 풍동을 이용한 스크램제트 엔진 흡입구 실험연구

축열식 가열기 형태의 초음속 풍동을 이용하여 스크램제트 엔진 흡입구의 성능 연구를 수행하였다. 본 시험모델은 측벽배치변화가 성능에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 격리부 성능연구에서는 Oblique shock train과 Normal shock train의 압력분포를 확인할 수 있었으며, 격리부의 불시동 한계성능을 분석하였다. A scramjet engine intake model was tested with a storage air heater type hypersonic wind tunnel. In test results, there is no large performance change with the variation of the sidewall configurations. In the isolator performance analysis, pressure distribution of oblique shock train and normal shock train was observed. Unstart limit of the model was also confirmed.

항공우주연구원이 구축한 고속추진기관시험설비의 시동 및 이젝터시스템성능분석을 수행하였다. 이젝터시스템의 설계는 JAXA에서 개발한 EJSIMP코드를 수정하여 수행하였으며, 전산해석을 통하여 성능을 예측하였다. 설비 시운전결과로 이젝터 시스템은 설계요구조건을 만족하는 것으로 나타났으며, 압력 기준 마하 3.5 고도 20km 조건에서 설비시동에 성공하였다. Hypersonic engine test facility with ejector system was tested. Ejector system was designed by revised EJSIMP code. The performance of the ejector system was predicted by numerical analysis. As a result, ejector system satisfied the facility design requirement. Based on the pressure level, the facility was successfully started at Mach 3.5 and 20km altitude condition.
