Purpose : There are two main waves which are multilateralism and regionalism on the world economy. Nowadays, 455 Regional Trade Agreements (RTAs) are notified to the GATT/WTO as well as the number of RTAs are increasing more and more speedily. All of countries have attempted to establish FTA in o rder to g et a e conomic benefit, bargaining rights, and t he p oliticaldiplomatic superiority. At this time, East Asia that is called the third pillar of world economy is focused on which pattern of FTA is going to establish as a regional trade agreement. Research design, data, methodology : This paper analyzes the intra-industry trade quotient of main regional economic integration in East Asia and suggest the optimal scenario for East Asia. Results : According to the analysis of this paper, intra-industry trade quotient of ASEAN+3 FTA is much higher than CJK FTA. So the members of ASEAN+3 have higher industry connectivity as well as induce more economic integration effect. Conclusions : countries in East Asia have built a great market-driven integration up such as intra-regional trade, inward-investment, and production network chain that is based on intra-industry trade. A degree of intra-industry trade between countries have something to do with the effect of regional economic integration. Both countries which have a high degree of intra-industry trade can get more economic benefit than do not others. It is related to the reduction of restructuring cost on regional economic integration. 오늘날 세계 경제에서 다자주의와 지역주의는 주류적 흐름이다. GATT/WTO에 통보된 지역무역협정은 2017년 10월을 기준으로 455건에 이르며 대단히 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있다. 그리고 경제통합을 통해 국가차원에서의 경제적 이익을 도모하고 협상권 및 정치・외교적 우위를 선점하고자 한다. 이러한 상황에서 세계 경제의 3대 축인 동아시아 지역 내에서도 다양한 형태의 지역경제통합의 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 동아시아 국가들은 장시간에 걸쳐 시장중심적 통합을 이루고 있고 산업내 무역을 바탕으로 높은 수준의 역내교역 및 투자 비중과 생산네트워크체계를 구축하고 있다. 국가 간 산업내 무역의 정도는 경제통합의 효과를 견인하는 역할을 하고 구조조정비용 절감을 가져온다. 높은 산업내 무역 형태를 보이고 있는 동아시아 경제통합모형 중 어떤 모형이 보다 적합한모형인지를 분석하고자 한다.
스마트워크와 분배공정성이 창의적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

Smart work, which can actively respond to rapidly changing environmental changes due to global pandamic phenomena, is increasing the competitiveness of companies by using information communication technology (ICT). In particular, smart work is a creative form of work, and the competence of members of the organization directly affects organizational performance. Accordingly, since there is a correlation with creative self-efficacy, which is an intrinsic factor affecting the competence of the members, an empirical analysis was conducted on the effect of sub-factors of smart work on the rejection factor of creative self-efficacy. In addition, distribution fairness was set as a controlling variable to analyze the correlation with each factor model. For this study, a survey was conducted on a total of 337 members of domestic IT companies that introduced smart work for three weeks from March 10, 2022. As a result of empirical analysis, first, the work efficiency of smart work has a positive (+) effect on creative self-efficacy. Second, the autonomy of smart work has a positive (+) effect on creative self-efficacy. Third, distribution fairness regulates the work efficiency and creative self-efficacy of smart work into a positive (+) relationship. Fourth, distribution fairness regulates the autonomy of smart work and creative self-efficacy in a positive (+) relationship. This study is meaningful in that it has expanded the scope of theoretical and practical applications by empirically analyzing the correlation between external and intrinsic factors in policy discussions or performance analysis-oriented studies in smart work research. Therefore, based on the research results, the theoretical implications, practical implications, and limitations of this study, and the direction of future research were discussed.

This review paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the measurement and distribution of microplastics in the atmosphere and their role in the adsorption and transport of organic and inorganic pollutants. Due to their small size, large surface area, and hydrophobic nature, microplastics can adsorb a wide range of pollutants, including volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and heavy metals. These pollutants, strongly bound to the surface of microplastics, can remain suspended in the atmosphere for extended periods, facilitating the widespread distribution of contaminants. Building on existing research, this paper systematically reviews the sampling, pretreatment, and analytical methodologies applied to study microplastics in the air. Furthermore, it examines the influence of environmental factors on the adsorption and desorption dynamics of pollutants associated with microplastics. Various studies indicate that microplastics can interact with pollutants such as heavy metals, organic compounds, and microorganisms to form complex contaminants. These complexes can be transported and redistributed across long distances in the atmosphere, amplifying their environmental and health impacts. This review highlights that microplastics are not merely a pollutant themselves but serve as a vehicle for the migration and dispersion of other contaminants. This dual role emphasizes the significant risks microplastics pose to public health and the environment, necessitating further research and effective mitigation strategies.
