        토공사 환경오염물질 부하량 및 공사비를 이용한 장비조합방법 연구

        1997년 "기후 변화에 관한 국제연합 규약의 교토의정서"가 채택된 이후 우리나라를 비롯한 세계의 여러 나라에서 이산화탄소를 포함한 온실가스 배출을 줄이기 위한 노력을 진행해 왔다. 각 산업별로 온실가스 배출을 저감시키는 산업 구조로 개편 및 녹색 기업으로 체질 개선에 힘쓰고 있으나 타 산업에 비하여 건설 산업은 온실가스 배출의 효율적인 관리를 위한 정확한 배출량 저감을 위한 논의가 미흡한 상황이며 오히려 환경을 파괴시키는 산업이라는 오명을 가지고 있는 실정이다. 우리나라는 경제규모에 비해 환경오염물질 배출량이 많으며 이는 에너지 다소비 업종의 비중 증가에 따른 것이다. 이에 따라 에너지 다소비업종 중 하나인 건설관련 공사에 대한 효율적인 에너지 절약이 이루어지지 않은 문제점이 대두되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 근래에는 대규모 건설이 많으므로 에너지 절감효과를 갖기 위해서는 건설공사의 전과정(Life Cycle) 중 시공단계에서 발생하는 에너지소비량, 환경오염물질 배출량, 환경비용 등 기본적인 데이터베이스 및 활용방안 개발이 필요하다. 그러나 건설현장 특성상 정량화가 어렵다는 이유 등으로 친환경 건설에 관한 연구는 대부분 구조물 사용 및 유지 보수 단계에 집중되어 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지식경제부와 환경부에서 제시하는 LCI DB를 활용하여 굴착작업 시 발생하는 환경오염물질 배출량을 산출하고 환경오염물질별 환경비용을 환산하여 토공사에 대한 환경경제성을 평가하고자 한다. Great efforts have been made worldwide to reduce the Green House Gas (GHG) emission following the "Kyoto Protocol" declared during the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in 1997. Many industries have restructured to meet the standard set by the Protocol. However, no clear guidance has been established for the purpose of reducing the GHG emission in construction industry. In addition, no significant effort has been made to conserve the energy during construction activities. For more effective energy saving in construction industry, it is essential to collect data about energy consumption, quantity of environmental emissions and costs. However, most studies on sustainable construction have been concentrated on the use of equipment, maintenance and repair works during construction due to the difficulties of collecting such data. This study suggests a method to select the most environmentally friendly equipment combination for earthwork with comparing environmental loads and costs using the database of Life Cycle Inventory in the Ministry of Knowledge Economy and Ministry of Environment of Korea.

        간헐외사시에서 수술직후 안구정렬 상태에 따른 감각 기능의 변화

        Purpose: This study was designed to determine which sensory test best reflects the improvement of binocular function according to the surgical outcome of intermittent exotropia Methods: We examined the visual acuity, refractive error, angle of exodeviation, fusional status with the Worth-4-dot, Bagolini tests and stereoacuity with the Titmus test preoperatively in 61 intermittent exodeviation patients who had undergone the bilateral lateral rectus recession operation from February 2002 to 2003 July. We compared the binocularity tests between the two groups: esodeviated and orthotropic or exodeviated. Results: The average improvement time of the Bagolini, Worth 4 dot and Titmus tests was 0.54±1.2, 2.03±2.90, 1.12±2.1 weeks, respectively. Although the shortest time was for the Bagolini test (p=0.001), the Titmus test was more sensitive. Conclusions: The high variability of the binocularity tests should be remembered and take into account when we interpret the test results.

        미세각막절개도 헤드의 선택을 통한 맞춤식각막절개방식의 라식

        Purpose: To compare the intraoperative and postoperative complication rates and visual outcomes with M2 130 head (thick flap group) and M2 110 head (thin flap group). Methods: One-hundred-ninety-five eyes of 104 patients who underwent LASIK with the Moria M2 microkeratome and Allegretto-wave laser were reviewed retrospectively. Selection of M2 heads was based on preoperative pachymetry and estimated ablation depth. Intraoperative and postoperative flap-related complications, mean postoperative uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA), and mean spherical equivalent (MSE) were evaluated and compared. Results: Mean follow-up was 8.1 months. The number of eyes, preoperative MSE and mean corneal thickness of M2 130 were 115, -4.04±1.63diopter (D) and 549.40±39.16??m, and 85, -6.61±3.43D and 525.16±24.53 ?m, respectively, in the 110 head group. Mean UCVA and MSE at postoperative 1 week, 3 months and 6 months were 1.00±0.18, -0.26±0.49D; 1.07±0.68, -0.40±0.51D; and 1.01±0.22, -0.51±0.50D, respectively, in the 130 head group, and 0.90±0.23, -0.46±1.02D; 0.91±0.23, -0.67±0.79D; 0.85±0.46, -0.75±0.88D, respectively, in the 110 head group. There were no significant differences in intraoperative and postoperative flap-related complication rates between the two groups (p=0.316). There were no statistically significant differences in postoperative mean UCVA or MSE between the two groups (p>0.05), except for MSE at the third and sixth postoperative months (p=0.005, 0.013). Conclusions: Proper selection of M2 heads by preoperative pachymetry allowed for an adequate residual stroma bed with good visual outcome. Utilizing one single microkeratome and switching between two heads was advantageous and cost-effective.

        백거이(白居易) 칠언배율(七言排律)의 성취와 의미

        Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry, which was originated from Du Fu, was produced diversely and routinely by Bai Juyi. No one can be compared with Bai Juyi when it comes to the number and variety of Seven Word Long Metrical poems. Therefore, we can see achievements and limits of creation of Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry clearly through his works. Most of his poems are short and characterized by using odd number long rhymes, few Ao-Ti(拗體) in accordance with rhythms, and trying Oblique Tones. Here, we can find out that he tried to not only keep the beauty of tunes and rhymes but also reduce the weakness in Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry. He used Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry as a normal poetic style to describe various subject matters. Though sometimes it gives us a boring feeling since he mainly focused on daily landscape and contacts, he softened the weakness by adding honest emotions and a sense of amusement. His sense of amusement is also found in that he adopted such a strict metrical style as Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry in tranquil poems and recited self contentment in roaring, expressional poems. Thus, he added liveliness to otherwise dry Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry, through his effort that gives us the impression of pursuing harmony of mismatches. Though we can’t tell Seven Word Long Metrical Poetry was a success through the history of Chinese poetry, it contributed to deepening the understanding of a sense of beauty in Chinese poetic style.

        This paper is to find a grinding characteristic of the pyrex. We use an ultra-precision machine and we make a flat of pyrex and measure the surface roughness. The grinding parameters is workpiece speed and depth of cut and feed rate and turbine speed. Surface roughness is measured by Form Talysurf series2. Our target is to find a grinding condition of the best suited in a # 500.

      • 일반 흉부 X선 촬영 시 조사야에 따른 양극과 음극의 선량차이 분석

        일반적으로 임상에서 흉부 X선 촬영 시 조사야를 최대로 설정한 후 영상을 획득하기도 하는데, 이는 불필요한 피폭을 유발하며 경사효과로 인한 영상의 질적 저하를 유발하기도 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 흉부 촬영 시 조사야 면적에 따른 양극과 음극측의 X선 강도를 측정하여 불균등 정도를 고찰하였다. 방사선 조사 조건은 일반적인 가슴 촬영 조건인 관전 압72 kVp, 관전류 100 mA, 조사시간 0.32 초로 설정하였으며, FFD는 100 cm으로 고정하였다. 조사야는 17 x 17, 10 x 12, 8 x 10로 변화시켰으며, 양극측과 음극측에 검출 센서를 위치시킨 후 측정하였다. 측정 결과 조사야 면적이 증가할수록 양극과 음극의 선량은 감소하지만 강도비는 증가하는 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. In general clinical chest X-ray examination, when the image is obtained the radiation field is occasionally set as the maximum size. This causes the unnecessary radiation exposure and a degradation of image quality by the Heel effects. For these reasons, in this study, we measured the X-ray intensity of the anode and cathode and discussed the degree of disproportion according to the size of radiation field in the chest X-ray examination. Exposure condition was set as typical chest examination setup; 72 kVp of tube voltage, 100 mA of tube current, 0.32 second of exposure time. The FFD was fixed as 100 cm. The radiation field was set as 17 x 17, 10 x 12 and 8 x 10. And a detector was located in the anode side and cathode side. Consequently, as a size of the radiation field is increased, the dose of anode and cathode was reduced. On the other hand, the intensity ratio was increasing trends as the size is increasing.

        In the HVDC Cable Accessory connection, there are a lot of space charges at the interface between the cable insulation and the connection part insulation, and at the interface between metals and polymers. It is also reported that insulation and accessory insulation have a large difference between the ratio of the dielectric constant and electrical conductivity of the cable and accessory insulation. And this space charge can strengthen and distort the local electric field near the interface. For that reason, the surface of SiC (Silicon Carbide), a semiconductive inorganic material based on EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer), was modified to strengthen the chemical reaction and interface. EPDM/Nano SiC/Micro SiC Mixture Composites were prepared and the properties of electrical insulation, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity were studied by mixing nano SiC and micro SiC.Moreover, in order to increase the mechanical tensile strength in the optimal state of electrical conduction and electrical insulation, the electrical and mechanical properties were studied by mixing Akitifit (Silica Kolinite), a surface-modified inorganic material.
