고속도로 평면선형상 사고빈도분포 추정을 통한 음이항회귀모형 개발 (기하구조요인을 중심으로)

교통사고예측 및 예방을 위해서는 실제적으로 도로설계과정에서 제어가 가능한 도로 기하구조요소에 대한 사고관계를 파악함이 타당하다. 즉, 도로의 설계자는 도로건설에 앞서 기하구조요소와 사고와의 관계를 현장자료를 통해 정확히 밝혀 도로설계에 반영해야 한다. 이를 위해, 교통사고의 빈도분포를 박히는 것은 가장 기본이 되는 일이며, 교통사고 예측모형개발에 선행되어야 한다. 일반적으로 교통사고건수의 경우 분산이 평균보다 큰 과분산(overdispersion)의 특징을 가지고 있어 음이항 분포를 따른다고 알려져 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 사고모형의 개발에 앞서, 사고발생지점에 대한 도로설계요소와 기타 잠재적인 사고발생 관련요인이 비교적 잘 파악되어있는 호남고속도로를 중심으로 평면 선형상 곡선부에 대하여 교통사고의 분포를 적합도 검정을 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 사고자료는 한국도로송사의 호남고속도로 5년(1996∼2000)간 자료를 분석에 맞게 정리하였으며, 강민욱과 송봉수(2002)에서 제시한 평면선형에 있어서의 구간분할법을 이용하여 배향곡선구간과 단일곡선구간에 대한 사고분석을 하였다. 적합도 분석결과, 예상대로 음이항분포가 사고건수를 설명하기에 가장 적합한 확률분포로 제시되었으며, 이를 통해 최우추정법을 이용한 음이항회귀모형을 개발하였다. 구간분할법을 적용한 음이항회귀모형의 경우, 기존의 확률회귀토형에 비하여 높은 결정계수를 갖았으며, 모형에서 적용된 기하구조요소로는 차량 노출계수, 곡선반경, 단위거리 당 편경사변화값 등이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors affecting the formation process of South-North Korea sports policy by period and event. The obtained results are political, preventing the importance of the hidden South-North Korea sports exchanges activities aversion to economic factors, and to continue to pursue the essence of sports policy that South and North Korea to pursue the formation of peaceful relations through sports exchanges activities. As a research method, articles to be collected through media about the policy of South-North Korea sports. The data were collected by media articles with the keyword 'South-North Korea sports policy'. Kingdon's Multiple Streams Framework was applied to systematically analyze the formation process of South-North Korea sports policy. The results are as follows. First, the irregularity of South-North Korea sports policy emerged as a problem. Second, the problems were influenced by public reaction, government, and party tendency. Third, the expression of the policy maker's position and intervention influenced problem solving.

최근 인터넷에서 동영상 트래픽 등으로 인한 인터넷 트래픽 급격한 증가 문제를 해결하기 위해 제안된 정보 중심 네트워크인 ICN(Information Centric Network)과 연결성이 보장되지 않는 환경에서 메시지를 효과적으로 전달할 수 있는 지연 감내 네트워크인 DTN(Delay Tolerant Network)을 결합한 ICN+DTN 연구가 재난 환경을 대상으로 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 재난 환경에서는 통신 인프라의 파괴로 인해 네트워크의 연결성이 보장되지 않는다. 따라서, 컨텐츠 이름 기반으로 기회적 접촉을 통한 메시지 전달을 수행하는 ICN+DTN 기술은 재난환경에서 노드 간 메시지 전송에 매우 효과적이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본고에서는 ICN 및 DTN 기술의 원리에 대해 간략히 알아보고 이를 결합한 ICN+DTN 기술 및 관련 프로젝트의 동향을 소개한다.
옥수수 유식물 신초에서 Brassinosteroid류의 동정 및 생합성 경로 추정

The potent biosynthetic precursors, 24$\alpha$-methylcholesterol and 24$\alpha$-methylcholestanol, and the endogenous brassinosteroids (BRs), castasterone (CS) and 6-deoxocastasterone (6-deoxoCS), were identified from shoots of maize seedlings. In addition, the presence for activities of several enzymes involved in the late C6-oxida-lion pathway from 24$\alpha$-methylcholestanol to CS was demonstrated in the plants. However, activity for brassinolide (BL) synthase which catalyze the conversion of CS to BL, the last step of the late C6-oxidation pathway, was not detected in the enzyme solution obtained from the maize shoots. Together with the fact that BL was not identified from the maize shoots, these results strongly suggested that BRs in the maize shoots are biosynthesized during seedling growth and the active BR in the shoots is not BL but CS. GC-MS/SIM를 통하여 옥수수 유식물 신초로부터 해 castasterone (CS)과 6-deoxocastasterone (6-deoxoCS)을 동정하였다. 또한 BRs의 생합성 전구물질인 24$\alpha$-methylcholesterol과 24$\alpha$-methylcholestanol이 동정하였다. 이들 BRs와 생합성 전구물질은 BRs의 생합성과정 중 후기 C6산화과정에 속하는 화합물로서, 옥수수 유식물 줄기에서는 BRs의 생합성 과정으로 후기 C6산화과정이 주된 생합성 과정임을 알 수 있었다. 다음으로 옥수수 유식물 줄기내의 BRs가 발아와 더불어 종자에서부터 이동해 온 것인지, 아니면 줄기 생장 시 줄기 자체가 생합성된 것인지를 조사하기 위하여 몇몇 중요한 후기 C6산화과정의 반응을 촉매하는 효소의 활성이 유식물 줄기에 존재하는지를 조사하였다. 그 결과 후기 C6산화과정에 포함되는 24$\alpha$-methylcholestanol에 서 6-deoxocathasterone (6-deoxoCT), 6-deoxoteasterone (6-deoxoTE) 에서 6-deoxo-3-dehydroteasterone (6-deoxo-3-DHT)을 거쳐 6-deoxotyphasterol (6-deoxoTY),그리고 6-deoxoCS에서 CS로의 과정을 촉매하는 24$\alpha$-methylcholestanol 22(R)-hydroxlyase, 6-deoxoTE dehydrogenase/6-deoxo-3-DHT reductase, 6-deoxoCS oxidase의 활성이 옥수수 유식물 줄기에 존재하고 있음이 확인되었다. 이는 유식물 줄기 생장 시 필요한 BRs가 발아종자로부터 이동되는 것이 아니라, 유식물 줄기 자체에서 생합성 될 가능성이 높음을 나타내는 결과라 할 수 있다. 또한 옥수수 유식물 줄기에서 CS를 brassinolide(BL)로 전환하는 BL synthase의 활성이 검출되지 않아, 옥수수 유식물 줄기에서의 활성형 BR은 BL이 아닌 CS임을 밝혔다.
cDNA Cloning and Developmental Expression of Hemolin in Bombyx mandarina

In this study, we describe the Bombyx mandarina hemolin cDNA. A sequence analysis of cDNA revealed a single open reading frame (ORF) of 1233 nucleotides. The deduced 410 amino acid sequence of B. mandarina hemolin contains 4 imunoglobulin (Ig) C-2 type domains. B. mandarina hemolin cDNA showed the highest sequence homology to known those of B. mori.The developmental profile in terms of expression level of hemolin mRNA was determined in the absence of a bacterial challenge. Hemolin mRNA was detected only in mid-gut, but not in hemocytes, fat body, testis, and silkglands. Hemolin mRNA in mid-gut was not detected until the spinning stage of the last instar larva, however,it dramatically increased at the beginning of spinning and gradually decreased until pupal stage.
지도자 대상 FGI를 통한 학교스포츠클럽 정책 평가: ‘공부하는 선수, 운동하는 학생’ 가치 비판적 접근

The purpose of this study was analyzed the school physical education policy through the value critical approach to 'the player studying, the student exercising' which is the motto of the school sports club policy and explored the perception of the athletic coach. the research was conducted to explore the perceptions of the athletic coach about the school sports clubs policy and to search for the problems and development plans of the policies. It is expected that provide a strategy for responding to the reduction of professional athletes and a practical plan for revitalizing physical education. Study method are as follow, data were collected through a focus-group interview from a badminton sports club coach. and so research participants are currently working at elementary, middle, and high schools in Seoul-si, Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do and Jeolla-do Province. According to the results of the study, first, the purpose and the pursuit value of the school sports club policy recognized by the coach were positive such as the physical advancement model. Second, the perception of the coach and the values pursued by the school sports club policy showed a conflict between the improvement of the performance and the professional physical education.

This study analyzes field cases of compulsory survival swimming education that has been expanded to all elementary school students after 2022 and leads discussions on ways to revitalize and develop survival swimming education from a practical perspective based on successful cases of compulsory survival swimming education in elementary schools. Survival swimming education was expanded and practiced for all grades for approximately one month, from June 12 to July 14, 2023, at P Elementary School in P City, Gyeonggi-do. In order to run survival swimming classes for students in all grades, the school installed its portable swimming pool in the school playground and hired an instructor. In order to find out how survival swimming in elementary schools is becoming established in the field as compulsory education for all grades, we investigated the case through direct participant observation and in-depth interviews. The research results are as follows. First, an environment for survival swimming education was created by installing a portable swimming pool in an elementary school. Second, the goal of survival swimming education was faithfully achieved in the portable swimming pool environment installed on campus. Third, using facilities such as portable swimming pools positively affected continuing and establishing compulsory survival swimming education in elementary schools. By combining the above research contents, the significance of the research can be explored as a policy basis and essential data for the stable establishment of compulsory survival swimming education in elementary schools.

Purpose: The emergency department is prone to medical errors due to the patients’acuity and complexity. Collection and monitoring of data on medical errors are essential for setting priorities and improving patient safety. Methods: Emergency physicians report medical errors voluntarily with an intranet-based error reporting system. The system is confidential and anonymous. Data on medical errors was collected at the emergency department of a tertiary teaching hospital with approximately 76,000 annual visits, during a nine-month period from April to December 2008. The collected data was analyzed prospectively. Results: Of the 238 reports collected, 204 errors were analyzed. 90.6% of the errors were related to doctors and 21%were related to nurses. Error types were classified into clinical errors (57%), medication errors (7%) and administrative errors (35%). The levels of impact on patients caused by these errors were classified as near-miss in 28 (13%), no harm in 93 (45%), mild harm in 66 (32%), lethal in 5 (2%)and death in 2 (1%) cases. Errors that occurred in the elderly group (over 60 years of age) had more harmful impact than in other age groups (p=0.0003). The causes of these errors were human in 147 (72%), systems in 23(11%) and both human and systems in 34 (17%). Most of these errors were preventable (99%). Conclusion: Data collected by the intranet-based medical error reporting system is useful to classify and analyze medical errors, and is also essential in the implementation of a patient safety system.
