제천의 의병장 이강년(李康秊)의 위정척사(衛正斥邪) 의식과 문학에 대한 연구

雲岡 李康秊[1858~1908]은 군사 운용과 전술의 전문가인 무관으로서 민비 시해 사건과 단발령을 계기로 倡義 擧兵한 의병장이다. 그는 경상북도 문경 태생이지만 제천으로 柳麟錫[1842~1915]을 찾아가 그의 문인이 되는 동시에 유인석 의병 부대의 유격대장으로 활약하였다. 또 李恒老[1792~1868]의 『華西集』 간행에도 적극 관여하는 등 학문 연찬에도 힘을 썼으니, 그의 강력한 무장 항쟁은 위정척사론의 이념적 토대 위에서 이루어진 것이다. 이강년은 의병장으로서는 보기 드물게 다수의 詩文을 남기고 있고 그것들의 상당수는 그의 투쟁과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 「聞國變世禍, 漸至板蕩, 不勝憤激, 仍賦一律.」은 거병 즈음의 근심과 두려움, 육체적 고통과 투쟁의 의지가 진솔하게 토로된 작품이다. 「被擒時口號」는 적에게 체포되는 절망적 상황에서도 의연한 결기를 보여준다. 또 「囚在日憲兵所口號」는 헌병소에 구금되어 있으면서 쓴 시로, 구차히 살아남지 않을 것이며 죽어서도 항쟁하겠다는 결연한 의지를 보여준다. 「告訣八域同志」는 옥중에서 전국의 동지들에게 영결을 고하는 글로, 거병의 계기, 무장 항쟁 기간, 戰績, 체포당한 경위, 사형에 직면한 심정, 투쟁의 이념을 기술하고 있다. 이 글에서 이강년은 반역자들이 충신과 선량한 사람들을 무고하게 살해하는 상황에서 양심의 격동을 참을 수 없었던 것이 거병의 원인이라고 밝혔다. 그리고 13년간 2차례 기병하였고 전투 횟수는 30여회, 전적은 왜적 100여명을 죽인 것이라고 하였다. 이강년은 인륜이 사라진 상황에 대하여 심각한 위기의식을 가지고 있었고, 양심에 격동되어 거병하였으며, 존화양이의 의리를 위해 殉死한다는 자부심을 가지고 있었으며, 남은 동지들에게 綱常을 돈독히 하라고 당부하였다. 이것이 이강년이 지닌 위정척사 의식이다. 『雲岡遺稿』에는 15편의 檄文類가 전한다. 그의 격문은 선명한 위정척사의 이념을 기반으로 삼고 있다. 그것들은 군사와 무기, 군자금 조달을 독려하는 격문, 伊藤博文을 통렬히 꾸짖는 격문, 일제의 앞잡이로 온갖 간악한 짓을 일삼는 一進會를 준엄히 꾸짖은 효유문, 각국의 영사관에 일제의 침탈을 고발하고 조국 해방의 타당성을 알리는 통고문, 군대의 기율을 알려 경계하는 글이다. 그중에서 募兵을 목적으로 하는 것이 격문으로서 전형성 갖는다. Ungang(雲岡) Lee Kang-nyeon(李康秊)[1858~1908] was an expert in military operations and tactics as a military officer and he was a the righteous Armies general who raised an army in the cause of justice for Queen Min’s assassination and the ordinance prohibiting topknots. Although he was born in Mungyeong, Gyeongsangbuk-do, he went to Jecheon to visit Yoo In-seok (柳麟錫)[1842~1915] to become his literary man and also served as a captain of Yoo In-seok’s righteous army. He also worked hard at study including being actively involved in the publication of Lee Hang-ro(李恒老)[1792~1868]’s 『Hwaseojib(華西集)』, so Lee Kang-nyeon’s strong armed resistance was based on the ideological basis of Wijung Chuksa(Protect Righteousness and Expel wickedness, 衛正斥邪). Lee Kang-nyeon leaves a large number of poetry and prose as a rare case for the righteous Armies general, and many of them are closely related to his struggle. 「He heard the nation change and the world dizzy, so gradually became confused, and he did not stand the enragement and wrote a poem(聞國變世禍, 漸至板蕩, 不勝憤激, 仍賦一律.)」 is a work in which worries, fears, physical pain and the will of struggle are truly expressed around the time of raising an army. 「Poetry when he was arrested by an enemy(被擒時口號)」 shows a resolute impetuousness even in the desperate situation of being arrested by an enemy. In addition, 「Poetry while he was imprisoned in Japanese military police station(囚在日憲兵所口號)」 is a poem written while in a military police station, it shows his determined will to struggle even if he dies and not to survive wretchedly. 「Tell all over the country comrades before his death(告訣八域同志)」 is written in the prison to bid his last farewell to comrades from all over the country, it describes the cause of raising an army, the period of armed struggle, the record of struggle, the arrested situation, the feeling faced by the death penalty, and the ideology of struggle. In this article, he said that the cause of raising an army was that he could not stand the turbulence of conscience at a time when traitors were killing faithful and good people for no reason. He also said that he raised an army twice in 13 years, fought about 30 times, and killed more than 100 Japanese invaders. Lee Kang-nyeon had a serious sense of crisis about the situation in which humanity had disappeared, and he raised an army by being turbulent of conscience. Also, he was proud of dying for his country for the loyalty of Johnhwa Yangi(Revere China and expel the foreigners, 尊華攘夷) and he asked the remaining comrades to strengthen moral principles. This is the his consciousness of Wijung Chuksa(Protect Righteousness and Expel wickedness, 衛正斥邪). In 『Ungang-yugo(雲岡遺稿)』, 15 manifestos are presented. His manifestos are based on clear ideology of Wijung Chuksa(Protect Righteousness and Expel wickedness, 衛正斥邪). They are the manifestos of encouraging military, weapons and military funds, of scolding Ito Hirobumi(伊藤博文) severely, the persuasion of criticizing sharply Iljinhoe(一進會) which had done all kinds of atrocities as informer of Japan, the notification of accusing Japanese invasion and informing the validity of liberation to consular offices of each country, and the article of informing the discipline of the army. Among them, for the purpose of recruiting the army has typicality as a manifesto.
IPv6기반의 UFID(지형지물유일식별자)통신시스템 설계

본 논문에서는 국가 통합 지리정보시스템(GIS)용 데이터 모델과 인터넷 주소정보를 지리정보로 결합하여 인터넷상에서 원하는 위치정보를 찾을 수 있는 지형지물유일식별자(UFID, Unique Feature Identification)와 발생지리정보체계(GIS)를 연결하는 UFID의 개념을 무선통신에 활용하기 위한 새로운 IPv6기반의 인터넷 주소체계 구축과 관리방안을 연구한다. 본 연구의 결과로 전국의 1,500,000여개의 건물에 대한지형지물을 표시하기 위해 IPv6의 주소관리체계는 6바이트의 코드구성으로, UFID에 의한 지형지물식별체계에서 IPv6의 128비트로 URI(Uniform Resource Identifier)식별체계를 제안하였으며, 권역/광역/기초/건물위치/건물정보의 식별체 계법과 DNS관리방안과 UFID사용 환경을 고려한 UFID 통신시스템 설계방안을 제안한다. In this paper, the design of URL structures and managements for UFID(Unique feature Identification) based wireless communications is presented with the combination of GIS and URL address informations. As a result of IPv6 based UFID wireless communications, new methods for URI(Uniform Resource Identifier) informations and UFID communication systems are proposed with a 6byte coded 128-bit IPv6 DNS system for the presentation of 1,500,000 korean buildings.
저수지 취수시설의 공기관을 통한 공기연행에 대한 실험적 연구

본 연구에서는 저수지 취수탑에 연결된 방류관의 게이트 직하류에서 발생하는 공기연행현상에 영향을 미치는 인자들을 수리모형실험을 통해서 파악하였다. 또한 측정자료의 $\frac{Q_a}{Q_w}$와 $Fr_g-1$ 관계를 이용하여 공기관의 연행공기량 추정식을 개발하였다. 측정된 자료는 게이트 하류 흐름에 따라 구분되었으며, 개발된 실험식은 만관 흐름인 경우에 $\frac{Q_a}{Q_w}=0.0304(Fr_g-1)^{1.0622}$, 자유수면 흐름인 경우에 $\frac{Q_a}{Q_w}=0.0271(Fr_g-1)^{1.8205}$이었다. 측정 자료와 기존 연구결과들의 비교를 통해서 측정 자료가 기존 실험식의 추정 결과와 유사한 분포를 나타내고 측정 자료의 신뢰성이 확보된 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 공기관 부근에서 발생하는 공기연행현상은 게이트 하류에서 발생하는 사류 특성으로부터 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 최종적으로 하류 만관 흐름 조건에 대한 실험식은 공기관 설계에 적용이 가능한 것으로 사료된다. In this study, factors that affect the air entrainment within a closed conduit by air drawn in through an air vent are investigated using a hydraulic scale model, which represents a gated circular conduit system connected to the intake tower of an irrigation reservoir. In addition, using data obtained during the hydraulic experiments, experimental equations are developed to estimate the amount of air drawn in through the air vent. In case of pressurized flow conditions downstream of hydraulic jumps, the relationships between $\frac{Q_a}{Q_w}$ and $Fr_g-1$ of the data form a experimental equation, $\frac{Q_a}{Q_w}=0.0304(Fr_g-1)^{1.0622}$; in case of free surface flow conditions, $\frac{Q_a}{Q_w}=0.0271(Fr_g-1)^{1.8205}$. Comparing two data sets observed under the two flow regimes with the results of previous researchers, patterns of the data sets are similar to the results estimated using the equations presented previously, and this indicates that the quality of the data obtained during the hydraulic experiments is ensured. In addition, it is revealed that air entrainment phenomena in the regions close to air vents are affected by the characteristics of supercritical flows downstream of gates. Finally, it is concluded that the equation developed for pressurized flow conditions can be applied to design of air vents.
WEPP 모형을 이용한 밭포장과 밭유역의 토양 유실량 추정

The paper presents the results from the applications of the Water Erosion Prediction Project (WEPP) model to a single plot, and also a small watershed in the Mid Korean Peninsula which is comprised of hillslopes and channels along the water courses. Field monitoring was carried out to obtain total runoff, peak runoff and sediment yield data from research sites. For the plot of 0.63 ha in size, cultivated with com, the relative error of the simulated total runoff, peak runoff rates, and sediment yields using WEPP ranged from -16.6 to 22%, from -15.6 to 6.0%, and from 23.9 to 356.4% compared to the observed data, respectively. The relative errors for the upland watershed of 5.1 ha ranged from -0.7 to 11.1 % for the total runoff, from -6.6 to 35.0 % for the sediment yields. The simulation results seem to justify that WEPP is applicable to the Korean dry croplands if the parameters are correctly defined. The results from WEPP applications showed that the major source areas contributing sediment yield most are downstream parts of the watershed where runoff concentrated. It was suggested that cultural practice be managed in such a way that the soil surface could be fully covered by crop during rainy season to minimize sediment yield. And also, best management practices were recommended based on WEPP simulations.

Purpose: Microsurgical exercise has been performed with rat femoral vessels. But, it needs animal laboratory, anesthesia and its keeping facilities. Materials and Methods: Ten human placentas were studied for suitability in a microvascular exercise. The size and useful length of vessels were measured, and various microvascular anastomoses were performed. Result: The human placenta has many vessels traversing its fetal surface. A variety of sizes are available down to vessels of diameter 1 mm and up to vessels of diameter 6.5 mm (1.0<artery<5.3 mm, 2.4<vein<6.5 mm). Selection of suitable vessels can provide a vessel that can be satisfactorily used for microsurgical practice. The size of the placenta vessels compared well with reported sizes of digital vessels. Conclusion: We suggest the use of human placenta as complemetary to experimental animals in microvascular training. Where other preparations are not available, the human placenta appears to offer a reasonable, cheep and readily available alternative.
DEMS(Diethoxymethylsilane) precursor를 이용한 PECVD 저유전물질 박막증착연구

We studied deposition of low-k SiOCH dielectric film by PECVD. DEMS(diethoxymethlysilane) precursor, which has two ethoxy groups along with one methyl group attached to the silicon atoms, was used as precursor. The SiOCH film was deposited as a function of oxygen flow rates ranging from 0 to 100sccm. The deposition rate($\AA$/min) of SiOCH film was increased due to the increase of oxygen radical as a function of $O_2$ flow rates. The dielectric constant was decreased from 3.0 to 2.77, as the film was annealed at $450^{\circ}C$ for 30 min. So, it could account that the dielectric constant changes sensitively with $O_2$ flow rates. Also, the leakage current of the annealed film exhibited stable curve than that of asdeposited. These results were caused by the increase of Si-O-Si group and decrease of Si-CH group and OH group within the film by annealing.

치주질환은 치주지지 조직의 상실로 특징 지워지는 감염성 질환으로, 지주조직의 세포외 기질(특히 교원질)이 주요 degradation target이 된다. 현재로서는 MMP family가 주역을 담당하고 있음이 밝혀졌는데, 구강 조직에서 가장 광범위하게 분포하는 것이 MMP-2, MMP-8 이다. 치주조직에서 MMP-2는 주로 결합조직내 섬유아세포와 육아조직에서, 발현되며 , basement membrane의 integrity와 접합상피 부착에 영향을 줄 수 있고, MMP-8은 neutrophils에서 발현되어 다양한 염증세포와 염증진행에 영향을 주는 것으로 알려져 있다. 치주질환에서 MMP-2, MMP-9의 발현 증가는 이미 치은 열구액을 분석한 여러 연구에서 보고 되어 그 발현 수준이 치주질환 진단의 좋은 indicator가 될 수 있음이 시사되었다. 치주질환에서 MMP-2, MMP-8의 발현이 증가하는 것은 주로 P. gingivalis, IL-1과 연계되어 그 기전이 추정되어 왔는데, 이는 2형 당뇨병이 치주 질환의 심도에 영향을 미치는 기전과 많은 부분을 공유한다. 따라서 본 실험에서는 2형 당뇨병 환자와 비당뇨자에서 만성 치주염 부위의 치은, 건강한 치은에서 염증 매개체 중 하나인 MMP-2, MMP-8의 발현에 대해 비교 분석함으로써 염증, 혈당이 미치는 영향을 밝히고 2형 당뇨환자의 만성치주염 치은조직에서 치주조직 파괴의 기전을 연구하고자 하였다. 경북대 병원 치주과 내원 환자중 2형 당뇨병 환자와 비당뇨 환자를 대상으로 여러 가지 환자요소, 임상 치주 상태를 기록하고, 비당뇨 환자의 만성 치주염 부위(n=8, group 1), 비당뇨 환자의 건강한 부위(n=8, group 2), 2형 당뇨병 환자의 만성 치주염 부위(n=8, group 3)에서 각각 변연 치은을 채득하고, 액화 질소에 급속 동결하였다. Western blotting을 이용하여 각 조직 내 MMP-2, MMP-8의 발현을 관찰, densitometer를 이용하여, 상대적 발현을 정량, 각 조직의 ${\beta}-actin$을 이용하여 표준화하여여 실험군들과 대조군들의 평균치를 비교하였다. 그 결과 정상군에 비해 치주 환자군에서 채득된 시편에서 MMP-2, MMP-8의 발현이 증가하였으며, 염증군의 당뇨군과 비당뇨군 사이에서는 2형 당뇨병을 동반한 치주 환자군에서 가장 높게 나타났지만, 통계학적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내지는 않았다(P<0.05). 결론적으로 본 연구에서 2형 당뇨병을 동반한 치주 환자군의 치은 조직에서 정상군과 비당뇨 치주 환자군보다 MMP-2, MMP-8의 발현이 다소 증가하는 양상을 보였다. The purpose of this study was to quantify and compare the level of MMP-2, MMP-8 in the healthy, inflammed gingival tissue and inflammed gingival tissue associated with type 2 DM. We investigate whether expression of MMP-2, MMP-8 is increased by chronic periodontitis associated with type 2 DM. Gingival tissue samples were obtained during periodontal surgery or tooth extraction. Based on patient's systemic condition & clinical criteria of gingiva, each gingival samples were divided into three groups. Group l(n=8) is clinically healthy gingiva without bleeding and no evidence of bone resorption or periodontal pockets, obtained from 8 systemically healthy patients. Group 2(n=8) is inflammed gingiva from patients with chronic periodontitis. Group 3(n=8) is inflammed gingiva from type 2 diabetic patients with chronic periodontitis. Tissue samples were prepared and analyzed by Western blotting. The quantification of MMP-2, MMP-8 was performed using a densitometer and statistically analyzed by ANOVA. MMP-2, MMP-8 was expressed in all samples including healthy gingiva and increased in group 3 compared to group 1 and 2, and showed that significant variation was observed between group 1 & 3 in MMP-8 results. In conclusion, this study demonstrated that human gingival tissue with chronic periodontitis associated to type 2 diabetes showed slightly elevated MMP-2, MMP-8 levels compared to healthy gingiva and non-diabetic inflamed gingiva.

This study was carried out to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of quercetin ($Kocetin^{TM}$, QR) on antioxidative activity and meat quality of beef cattle (Holstein-Friesian). Beef cattle were divided into 3 groups; dietary supplementation of QR at 21 (n=4) and 42 ppm (n=3), and non-supplemented control (n=4). The QR comprised of 10% of quercetin. After slaughtering the beef cattle, loins were obtained and analyzed. Dietary supplementation of QR at 42 ppm showed significantly higher final pH of loin but did not affect the water holding capacity, drip loss, cooking loss, surface color, total phenolics content, 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity. Dietary QR showed no difference in both 2-thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and volatile basic nitrogen values. Textural characteristic results also showed no difference, except for cohesiveness. Cohesiveness was significantly higher in loin from beef cattle treated by dietary QR at 42 ppm when compared to control. Results suggest that dietary QR, which has only 10% of quercetin is not sufficient to have positive biochemical effects on beef meat quality.
실리콘 이종 접합 태양 전지 특성에 대한 ZnO:Al과 비정질 실리콘 계면 반응의 영향

Silicon heterojunction solar cells have been studied by many research groups. In this work, silicon heterojunction solar cells having a simple structure of Ag/ZnO:Al/n type a-Si:H/p type c-Si/Al were fabricated. Samples were fabricated to investigate the effect of transparent conductive oxide growth conditions on the interface between ZnO:Al layer and a-Si:H layer. One sample was deposited by ZnO:Al at low working pressure. The other sample was deposited by ZnO:Al at alternating high working pressure and low working pressure. Electrical properties and chemical properties were investigated by light I-V characteristics and AES method, respectively. The light I-V characteristics showed better efficiency on sample deposited by ZnO:Al by alternating high working pressure and low working pressure. Atomic concentrations and relative oxidation states of Si, O, and Zn were analyzed by AES method. For poor efficiency samples, Si was diffused into ZnO:Al layer and O was diffused at the interface of ZnO:Al and Si. Differentiated O KLL spectra, Zn LMM spectra, and Si KLL spectra were used for interface reaction and oxidation state. According to AES spectra, sample deposited by high working pressure was effective at reducing the interface reaction and the Si diffusion. Consequently, the efficiency was improved by suppressing the SiOx formation at the interface.
