Abdominal computed tomography (CT) is widely used as a diagnostic tool in emergency medicine (EM) to accurately diagnose abdominal pain. EM residents must be able to offer preliminary interpretations of CT imaging. In this study, we evaluated the preliminary interpretation ability of a sample of emergency residents presented with adult abdominal CT images, and compared their results with those of radiology residents. We conducted a prospective observational study from November 16, 2008 to June 30, 2009. During this time, we gathered preliminary interpretations of consecutive abdominal CT made by emergency and radiology residents. We assessed the discrepancy rates of both samples by comparing their findings to the final reports from attending radiologists. A total of 884cases were enrolled in the present study. The discrepancy rates of emergency and radiology residents were 16.7% and 12.2%, respectively. When female genital organs, peritoneum,adrenal glands, or the musculoskeletal system were abnormal, we found that emergency residents’ preliminary interpretations of CT images were insufficient compared to those of radiology residents. Therefore more formal education is needed to emergency residents. If possible, the preliminary interpretations of radiology attending physicians are ideal until improving the ability of interpretations of emergency residents in abdomen CT.
이미지 검색을 위한 관심영역의 요소추출과 데이터 변환 연구

In this paper we designed the content-based image system. It discovers the characteristic value of color area for the existing image, when any user establishes the special interesting region for the question images. And we designed the system to be able to search the similar image of the interesting region, compared with the table that saved the characteristic value of moment which is unchangeable for the size and the rotation of form. In this paper, we suggest the image search model based on neural network. This is able to seek for the aimed image through the feedback to search the nonlinear relations by the method of searching content-based image using SOM neural network. We make use of the Precision and the Recall that are used for the system evaluation using the similar matching method in general. As a result of the evaluation of the content-based image system, we can reduce the time and memory to find out the feature value of the image that is meaningless in the general images.
정신지체 학생의 성, 학교급, 장애유형에 따른 기본운동형태에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 정신지체 학생의 성, 학교급, 장애유형에 따른 걷기, 달리기, 점핑, 받기, 던지기등의 운동형태 단계를 규명하고 차이를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 서울 및 인천, 경기지역 소재의 정신지체 학교 재학중인 중ㆍ고등부 학생 240명을 대상으로 하였다. qs 연구의 측정은 O'Brein(1988)이 개발한 기본운동형태 평가지(Fundamental Movement pattern Check Lists : FMP)를 사용하여, 걷기, 달리기, 점핑, 받기, 던지기를 평가지에 체크하였다. 각 기본운동의 성, 학교급, 장애유형들 간의 차이를 규명하기 위하여 유의수준 .05수준에서 삼원변량분석(three-way ANOVA)을 실시하였으며, 유의한 평균차이에 대한 사후검증은 Student-newman-Keuls를 실시하여 비교ㆍ분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 기본 운동형태가 정신지체 학생의 성, 학교급, 장애유형에 따른 차이는 1) 기본운동형태는 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.01). 2) 기본운동형태는 학교급별에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다.(p<.01) 3) 기본운동형태는 장애유형별에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.01). 4) 기본운동형태는 성×장애유형별에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05).

It has been proven that safety and efficiency of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA)patients is transported to specialized hospitals that have the capability of performingtherapeutic hypothermia (TH). However, the outcome of the patients who have beentransferred after return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) has not been well evaluated. Weconducted a retrospective observational study between January 2010 to March 2012. Therewere primary outcomes as good neurofunctional status at 1 month and the secondaryoutcomes as the survivals at 1 month between Samsung Medical Center (SMC) group andtransferred group. A total of 91 patients were enrolled this study. There was no statisticaldifference between good neurologic outcomes between both groups (38% transferredgroup vs. 40.6% SMC group, P = 0.908). There was no statistical difference in 1 monthsurvival between the 2 groups (66% transferred group vs. 75.6% SMC group, P = 0.318). In the univariate and multivariate models, the ROSC to induction time and the inductiontime had no association with good neurologic outcomes. The good neurologic outcomeand survival at 1 month had no significant differences between the 2 groups. This findingsuggests the possibility of integrated post-cardiac arrest care for OHCA patients who aretransferred from other hospitals after ROSC in the cardiac arrest center.

Realistic Content-based SNS, where social activities are conducted based on VR and AR technology, is gaining popularity with Gen Z. With the development of new media, the content format for social activities has expanded from text to realistic content, and is gradually shifting to the era of social VR. In order to understand the characteristics of Realistic Content-based SNS preferred by Generation Z, this study aims to present the SNS usage behavior and user types of Generation Z. First, through literature and case studies, the usage behavior of Gen Z was identified, and 5 major usage behaviors were identified by conducting user interviews. After that, a survey was conducted according to usage behavior to find out the type of user. As a result, it was divided into Communication intensive type, Self-presentation type, Self-expression type, and confirmed that this is classified based on the purpose of use and how the content is used. This study can serve as a reference for establishing service strategies for Realistic Content-based SNS in the future through the user types of Gen Z, which are the main users of Realistic Content-based SNS. 최근 가상·증강현실 기술 기반으로 소셜 활동이 이루어지는 ‘실감콘텐츠 기반 SNS’가 Z세대들에게 인기를 얻고 있다. 뉴미디어의 발전에 따라 소셜 활동을 위한 콘텐츠 형식은 텍스트에서 실감콘텐츠로 확장되었고, 점차 소셜 VR 시대로 이행되고 있다. Z세대가 선호하는 실감콘텐츠 기반 SNS의 특성을 이해하기 위해 본 연구에서는 Z세대의 실감콘텐츠 기반 SNS 사용 행태 및 사용자 유형을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 문헌 및 사례조사를 통해 Z세대들의 사용 행태를 파악하였고, 사용자 인터뷰를 진행하여 주요한 사용 행태 5가지를 발굴하였다. 이후 사용자 유형을 알아보기 위해 사용 행태에 따라 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석한 결과, 자기표현형, 소통집중형, 다목적활용형으로 구분할 수 있었으며, 사용 목적과 콘텐츠 활용 방법을 기준으로 분류된다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 실감콘텐츠 기반 SNS의 주요 사용층인 Z세대의 사용자 유형을 제시함으로써, 향후 실감콘텐츠 기반 SNS의 효과적인 서비스 전략 수립에 참고자료가 될 수 있다는 것에 의의가 있다.

초파리의 4가지 계통을 그 발생전 시기를 통하여 NaCl 배지에서 사육하였을때 우화율 SD 작용의 변동을 조사 검토하기 위하여 6가지 농도의 NaCl 사육배지를 만들어 실험한 결과는 아래와 같다. 1. 우화율 SD의 4계통간에는 유의한 차가 없으나 NaCl 농도에 따르는 차이는 매우 유의하다. 2. 우화율은 NaCl 농도가 커질수록 낮아지는 경향이 있으며 0.0M(표준배지)에서 0.3M 농도까지는 NaCl 에 대한 저항성이 강한 편이나 0.5M 이상의 농도에서는 저항성이 급격히 약해진다. 3. 1.0M 이상의 NaCl농도에 대해서는 알이 전혀 부화하지 못하는데 이것은 1.0M 이상의 NaCl 농도에 대한 저항성은 전연 없다고 볼수 있다. 4. SD의 작용 즉 k 값은 SD 계통간이나 NaCl 농도간이나 다 같이 유의한 차를 볼수 없는데 이것은 NaCl배지이더라고 일단 우화만하면 SD작용에는 변동이 없음을 말해 주는 것이다. The present paper deals with the results of the experiments, in which the resistibility to NaCl in whole develomental stages is examined by the emergence rate and the effects of NaCl on the SD action in Drosophila melanogaster. The four SD strains and one mutant strain(cn bw)are used and NaCl media are prepared y adding NaCl at a concentration of 1.0M, 0.7M, 0.5M, 0.3M, 0.1M, and 0.0M to the standard media for the present investigations. The results are given below. 1. The emergence rate (resistibility to NaCl) is not significantly different among strains but strikingly different among concentrations of NaCl. 2. The emergence rate decreases as the concentration of NaCl increases; the four SD strains are considerably resistible to the NaCl from a concentration of 0.0M to 0.3M but are susceptible from 0.5M or higher concentrations of NaCl. 3. No eggs are hatched from the culture media containing a concentration of 1.0M NaCl. This suggests that the SD strains are not resistible to NaCl at a concentrations of 1.0M or higher. 4. The difference in k values is not signficant among strains and also among concentrations of NaCl. Thus the SD action is not affected as far as once emerged from the culture media whether containing NaCl or not.
