운동성능을 고려한 부유식 해상 풍력 발전기 설계에 관한 연구

자원고갈과 지구 환경문제에 관한 관심으로 풍력 에너지는 상용화에 주목받는 신재생에너지로 평가된다. 이에 대응하여 풍력 발전기의 시장규모는 급격하게 성장할 것으로 예상된다. 최근 풍력 발전기는 점점 대형화 되고 있으며 장소의 제약과 소음 문제 때문에 해상으로 옮겨지고 있는 추세다. 본 연구에서는 서해안 칠발도의 파랑과 풍속을 분석하여 5MW급 TLP형식 해상 풍력 발전기의 하부구조물에 대한 설계 대안을 설정하였다. 그리고 설정한 대안에 대해 운동성능 해석을 하여 파레토 최적화를 통해 최적의 설계 대안을 선택했다.
Antioxidant effect of Lonicera Caerulea on heat stress-treated male mice

Lonicera caerulea (Honey berry, HB) has been used in medical treatment in Russia, Japan, China and Korea. It has high level of vitamin C and polyphenolics. Polyphenolics can improve anti-inflammatory effect and prevent cancer, diabetes mellitus type 2. Also, Vitamin C is a representative anti-oxidant. however, it is still unknown what effect it will have on the oxidation stress of the reproductive system. In previous studies, ROS can be produced when it is exposed to heat stress and has negative effect on sperm’s maturation, capacitation, hyperactivation, acrosome reaction and fusion of egg and sperm. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the antioxidant effects of L. Caerulea on the sperm and mice. At first, it conducted using ICR mouse (n = 20) for 4 weeks. There are four groups of mice (n = 5 per group). Also, L. Caerulea was taken by oral gavage. Group I (control) kept at 23℃-27℃ and administer D.W (0.5 mL/day), Likewise, Group II (HB) kept at room temperature but gave HB (250 mg/kg, 0.5 mL/day), Group III (HB + HS) received heat stress (40℃) using hyperthermia induction chamber and gave HB at same dose. and Group IV (HS) exposed heat stress only. Mainly, we showed degree of gene expression using Western blot in SOD, HSP 70, 17β-HSD and Real-time PCR. It can find correlation between intracellular activity like steroid hormone, apoptosis under ROS and antioxidant activity of L. Caerulea.
나노재료 기반 페인트형 발열코팅 기술의 동절기 철도현장 적용성 평가

The snow ice that is generated at around entrances of railway vehicle in winter season can be caused malfunction of entrances, which can occur difficulties of railway operation. Even though fundamental methods are needed to overcome the problems, conventional manual methods depended on manpower are still used. So, in order to fundamentally overcome the problems generated by snow ice, paint-type surface exothermic coating technology which has advantages such as self-heating and application to large-scale area structures has been developed in this study. However, for effective application of the technology to railway site, it needs to be evaluated on effects of temperature environment in winter season, external impact damages, waterlogged condition, de-icing and snow removal performance and so on considering characteristics of practical environments on site. Thus, exothermic performance of specimen based on exothermic coating has been investigated in external impact as well as waterlogged conditions. From the test results, defects on surface of specimen from external impact has limited effect on exothermic performance of specimen, and it is not affected even in waterlogged condition. Additionally, from the evaluation of de-icing and snow removal performance considering environment of practical sites, it has verified that the developed exothermic coating technology can be effectively applied for removing the snow and ice. 동절기 철도 차량 출입문 주변에 생성되는 설빙은 출입문의 오작동을 유발하여 철도 운용의 어려움으로작용하고 있다. 하지만, 이에 대한 근본적인 해결방안이 없어 현재 인력 의존적인 방법으로 문제에대처하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 설빙에 의한 문제를 근본적으로 해결하기 위해 자체발열이 가능하고 대면적으로 적용할 수 있는 페인트형 면상발열코팅 기술을 개발하였다. 하지만, 본기술의 철도 현장 적용을 위해서는 실 적용 환경 특성을 고려하여 동절기 온도 환경, 외부 충격에 의한손상, 침수 환경, 제빙 및 제설 성능 등에 대한 영향 평가가 필요하다. 이를 위해, 본 연구에서는 발열코팅이적용된 시편을 이용하여 동절기 온도 환경, 외부 충격, 침수 환경에서 시편의 발열 특성을 평가하였다. 실험 결과, 외부 충격에 의해 생성된 발열면 손상이 전체적인 발열 성능에는 제한적인 영향을 주었으며침수 환경에서도 발열 코팅의 발열 성능은 영향을 받지 않음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 실 적용 환경을고려한 제설 및 제빙 성능 평가를 통해 본 연구에서 개발한 발열코팅 기술이 눈과 얼음 제거에 매우효율적으로 적용 가능함을 확인하였다.

A 66-year-old woman was referred for treatment of incidental detection of two intracranial aneurysms. Time-of-flight MR angiography (TOF MRA) revealed two aneurysms at the M1 segment of the right middle cerebral artery, and clinoid segment of left internal carotid artery, respectively. On digital subtraction angiography, there was a saccular aneurysm on the left internal carotid artery, but the other aneurysm was not detected on the right middle cerebral artery. Based on comprehensive review of imaging findings, organized thrombosed aneurysm was judged as the most likely diagnosis. In the presented report, magnetization transfer (MT) pulse to TOF MRA was used, to differentiate aneurysm-mimicking lesion on TOF MRA. We report that MT technique could be effective in differentiating true aneurysm, from possible T1 high signal artifact on TOF MRA.
수소연료전지 하이브리드 철도차량용 DC/DC 컨버터를 위한 부스트 컨버터 토폴로지 비교 및 분석

In this paper, two types of DC/DC converters in a hydrogen fuel cell hybrid railway vehicle system, which serve to charge high-voltage battery and supply power to an inverter for driving a driving motor, were compared and analyzed. A two-level interleaving boost converter and a three-level boost converter were compared and analyzed, and a theoretical design method was proposed to have an efficiency characteristic of over 95%. In addition, a digital controller design method considering the digital phase delay component of DSP (TMS320F28335) is presented. Finally, the validity of the theoretical design of the converter with 20kW power was verified through static and dynamic experiments respectively.

For recanalization of emergent large vessel occlusions (ELVOs), endovascular therapy (EVT) using newer devices, such as a stent retriever and large-bore catheter, has shown better patient outcomes compared with intravenous recombinant tissue plasminogen activator only. Intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis (ICAS) is a major cause of acute ischemic stroke, the incidence of which is rising worldwide. Thus, it is not rare to encounter underlying ICAS during EVT procedures, particularly in Asian countries. ELVO due to underlying ICAS is often related to EVT procedure failure or complications, which can lead to poor functional recovery. However, information regarding EVT for this type of stroke is lacking because large clinical trials have been largely based on Western populations. In this review, we discuss the unique pathologic basis of ELVO with underlying ICAS, which may complicate EVT procedures. Moreover, we review EVT data for patients with ELVO due to underlying ICAS and suggest an optimal endovascular recanalization strategy based on the existing literature. Finally, we present future perspectives on this subject.
