        A Study on Determining the Exponents for a Constitutive Equation in Laser Assisted Machining

        LAM (Laser-assisted machining) was proposed to increase machinability by using laser preheating. Before machining, the workpiece is preheated by laser to decrease strength of material. In this reason, cutting force and tool wear is decreased when machining by LAM. The purpose of this study is to propose a constitutive equation for LAM. The constitutive equation is a relation between physical quantities such as shear stress and strain. These quantities can be predicted by using the constitutive equation in any conditions. Before conducting experiment, FEA(Finite element analysis) is carried out to obtain the laser power to sustain a certain preheating temperature. The experiments are conducted by varying the laser power, feed rate and spindle speed. And a constitutive equation for LAM is proposed using Merchant’s cutting theory and cutting force measured by a dynamometer in the experiments.

        魅力型领导对员工行为影响关系中: 以感情承诺及领导-成员交换关系为中心的研究

        Today’s fast developed corporate environment requires highly professional employees, and organizational structure becomes simplified and horizontal. So, individuals’ change-oriented organizational citizen behavior(C-OCB) and innovative work behavior(IWB) are considered as important factors to improve the organizational achievement. The charismatic leadership in organization becomes very necessary. The study showed the charismatic leadership, affective commitment can make organization members achieve the performance and innovation beyond the expection, and which effectively to reform the circumstance in the corporate and increase the effectiveness of the organization and its members. In addition, this research is to empirically investigate the impacts of charismatic leadership on change-oriented organizational citizen behavior and innovative work behavior. Moreover, the mediating role of affective commitment is also measured in present research. The relationship of variances were tested using SPSS, AMOS, and Bootstrapping. In conclusion, the results of the study have indicated that the charismatic leadership as an independent variable have significantly influence on both innovative work behavior and change-oriented organizational citizen behavior which as dependent variable. Also, based on the recent research, the affective commitment plays a mediated role in the relationship between the charismatic leadership and change-oriented organizational citizen, innovative work behavior. Finally, according to the results, some practical recommendations to develop the innovative work behavior for Chinese organizational members were suggested.

        삽목번식 시 가습과 차광 처리에 따른 ‘매향’ 딸기의 생육

        This study was conducted to examine the effect of humidification and shading during cutting propagation on growth and development of strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duch.) ‘Maehyang’ plants at a propagation stage. The runner cuttings were stuck on Nov. 23, 2017 in propagation benches set in a Venlo-type glasshouse. Four shading treatments, no shading (control, C), 55% shading with white lawn (W55), 55% black shading net (B55), or 100% black plastic film (B100) with either an intermittent fog system (H) or without fog system. The shading and fog systems were removed 2 weeks after sticking of strawberry cuttings. A nutrient solution for strawberry, which was developed by Yamazaki, was supplied once a day with electrical conductivity (EC) 1.6 dS·m-1 and pH 5.8. Growth parameters such as plant height, longest root, crown diameter, leaf chlorophyll, leaf area and fresh and dry weight were measured at 7 days and 26 days after sticking. There was no significant difference in growth of above-aerial part of strawberry. The overall growth of the strawberry roots was better grew by providing fog than that not provide fog. The root fresh weight and root dry weight after 26 days after sticking of strawberry cutting was the best in the treatment that provided fog system without shading (CH). The longest root after 26 days after sticking of strawberry cutting was the best in the treatments that provided fog system with either 55% white lawn (W55H) and 55% black shading net (B55H). These results suggest that morphogenesis of these plants were affected by humidification and shading types. In a broader perspective, these results can be used to optimize studies of other crops grown from cuttings. 본 연구는 ‘매향’ 딸기 런너의 삽목번식시 차광 및 가 습에 따른 효과를 확인하기 위하여 수행하였다. 런너 삽수 를 2017년 11월 23일에 삽목한 후 대조구(무가습+무차광, C), 무가습+흰색 한랭사 차광 55%(W55), 무가습+검은색 차광막 55%(B55), 무가습+멀칭비닐 차광 100%(B100), 가 습+무차광(CH), 가습+흰색 한랭사 차광 55%(W55H), 가습+검은색 차광막 55%(B55H) 및 가습+멀칭비닐 차 광 100%(B100H)를 처리하였다. 대조구(무가습+무차광, Control), 무가습+멀칭비닐 100% 차광(Shading), 가습+ 무차광(Fogging)의 처리를 두고 육묘하였다. 지상부의 생육은 처리간 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 전반적인 지하 부의 생육에 있어 가습 처리가 무가습 처리에 비해 우 수하였다. 삽목 26일 후 지하부의 생체중과 건물중의 경 우 가습+무차광 처리에서 가장 우수하였다. 삽목 26일 후 근장의 경우 가습+흰색 한랭사 차광 55% 처리구 및 가습+검은색 차광막 55% 처리구에서 가장 우수하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면 딸기 ‘매향’의 삽목 번식시 가 습 및 차광 유무에 따라 삽목묘의 형태형성에 영향을 주는 것으로 판단된다. 또한 이러한 결과는 삽목번식 방 법을 수행하는 다른 작물에도 응용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        本研究是通过实证分析来验证魅力型领导对组织成员的创新性行为及变化指向型组织公民行 为的影响关系,及其这个影响过程中感情承诺的中介效果和领导-成员交换关系的调节效果。民营 电子公司需要面对激烈的外部竞争,企业为了进一步适应外部环境的变化及提升公司业绩,对于领导风格,员工的创新行为,对公司的认同等行为的变化和改进非常重视。为了验证研究模型和假 设,我们把北京,天津,青岛这三个城市的5家民营电子公司的192名员工作为调查对象,共收集到 有效问卷175份,通过统计分析软件SPSS,AMOS及其Bootstrapping分析方法,对收集到的问卷进行 研究分析。研究结果如下:1,魅力型领导对员工创新工作行为及变化指向型组织公民行为有积极 的的影响。2,感情承诺在魅力型领导对员工创新工作行为及变化指向型组织公民行为影响关系中 有明显的中介效果。3,领导-成员交换关系在魅力型领导对感情承诺的影响中没有调节效果。通过 上述研究成果得知:如果想提升员工的创新工作行为和变化指向型组织公民行为,增强领导的魅力 型领导能力和创造有利于强化员工的感情承诺的环境十分必要。 Today’s fast developed corporate environment requires highly professional employees, and organizational structure becomes simplified and horizontal.         在大学支持对创业意图,危险承受力,自我效能感影响关系中: 导师制度中介效果研究

        The purpose of this study is to investigate empirically the impact of university support on entrepreneurial intention. self-efficacy and risk tolerance of university students in China. In this research the university support is conceptualized as three dimensional construct: business development support, concept development, education development. The questionnaire survey was administered to graduates in Chinese universities. The results showed that first, university support has a positive relationship to the mentoring. Second, mentoring also has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intention,risk tolerance and self-efficacy. Third, mentoring mediates the relationship between university support and entrepreneurial intention. self-efficacy, risk tolerance. Finally, some practical recommendations for developing university support, formal mentoring and entrepreneurial intention for the graduates who want to create business are suggested. 최근 중국의 대학들에서도 창업에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 그러한 배경에는 심화되고 있는 대학생의 취업난도 하나의 이유로 작용하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구는 중국 남경심계대학교, 서북대학교, 황산대학교,남경항공대학교 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 대학의 창업관련 지원이 중국대학생들의 창업 관련된 태도나 행위 즉 창업의도, 위험회피, 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 실증연구를 통해서 구명하려는 목적을 지니고 있다. 대학의 창업 지원이 창업의지, 워럼감수성향, 자기효능감에 미치는 과정에서 멘토링의 매개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 실증조사의 결과는 첫째, 대학의 창업지원(비스니스 개발 지원,컨셉트 개발 지원,교육지원 )은 멘토링과 상관관계 관련되었다. 둘째, 멘토링은 창업지원과 창업의지,위험감수성향, 자기 효능감간의 관계를 매개하였다. 본 연구결과는 중국 대학생의 창업을 촉진하기 위해서 대학생의 창업지원의 개선이중요 하다는 점을 시사해주고 있다. 멘토링제도의 정립과 효과적 운용이 필수적이라는 실천적 시사점을 제공하고 있다.
