Metschnikowia persimmonesis (KIOM G15050 strain) KCTC 12991BP을 이용한 한약자원식물 방제기술 개발

Industrial applications using natural microorganism resources are being attempted in various industries. One of the most useful microorganisms is the Metschnikowia persimmonesis KCTC 12991BP which is from Calyx of Diospyros kaki. This strain is a highly anti-bacterial yeast that has recently been separated by a Korean research team for the first time. In this study, antimicrobial activity of the strain against plant-contaminated microorganisms was tested. Microorganisms that can occur in the strain and plants were cultured by pure isolation and then competition tests of them were done. As a result, these tests were established that the Metschnikowia persimmonesis KCTC 12991BP has antimicrobial activity against not only Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium oxysporum which were already been reported before, but also Fungal endophyte, Paecilomyces inflatus, Colletoirichum higginsianum, Sclerotinia sclerotiourm, and Alternaria alternata. Based on the mycostasis effects of this strain, it can be used as natural preservatives which is much more safer than chemical preservatives. Doing so will ensure the nation’s safety and furthermore, it is believed that it will be served as a first mover in the global herbal medicine market by establishing medicinal values from microorganisms separated from herbal medicine resources.
보건계열 대학생이 지각하는 인터넷 윤리의식과 인터넷 중독성향과 관계에서 자기 통제력의 매개효과

본 연구는 보건계열 대학생을 대상으로 인터넷 중독성향, 인터넷 윤리의식 및 자기 통제력의 정도를 파악하고 자기 통제력의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 서술적 조사 연구로써 D시에 소재한 5개 대학교의 보건계열 재학생으로서, 인터넷 채팅으로 하루 평균 1시간 이상을 소요하고 있는 대학생 236명을 대상으로 2016년 3월 5일 부터 4월 30일 까지 설문지를 이용하여 자료 수집하였고, SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율평균과 표준 편차 등의 기술 통계, 피어슨 상관계수 (Pearson's correlation coefficient), Baron과 Kenny (1986)의 매개 효과 검증 절차 및 소벨 검정(Sobel test)로 통계 처리하였다. 연구 결과, 보건계열 대학생의 인터넷 중독성향과 인터넷 윤리의식 관계에서 자기 통제력이 매개효과를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 이에 보건계열 대학생의 인터넷 중독성향으로 인해 낮아진 인터넷 윤리의식을 높이기 위해서는 인터넷 중독성향을 감소시키거나 예방하는 것이 필요하며, 인터넷 중독성향과 인터넷 윤리의식의 관계에서 매개효과를 보이는 자기 통제력이 인터넷 윤리의식을 높이기 위한 중요한 예측요인으로 다루어져야 함을 시사하였다. This research aims to investigate how healthcare professionals can control their behaviors in the internet and the status of their Internet addiction, thus emphasizing appropriate internet ethics awareness of students majoring in healthcare-related field, the future healthcare professionals. The goal of this research is to verify the mediating effect of self-control between the status of internet addiction of healthcare-related college students and their internet ethical awareness. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 236 students majoring in healthcare-related fields in 5 universities located in D city from March to April, 2016. The result of analyzing correlation of Internet addiction, internet ethics awareness, and self-control shows that self-control is negatively correlated with internet addiction but positively correlated with internet ethics awareness. The result of research suggests that self-control does have partial mediation effect on internet addiction and internet ethical awareness. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop mediator program that enhances self-control in order to improve internet ethical awareness of healthcare-related college students and develops measures to prevent addition to the internet, one of the primary cause of decline in internet ethics awareness.

The purpose of this study is to consider the symbolic messages that the director Wes Anderson strives to express through the color yellow, by analyzing the main works by this director and then drawing the images of yellow color shown in each film and the director’s characteristic methods to express the color yellow. The images of yellow color shown in his films included meanings such as ability and confidence, curiosity and exploration, trust, falsehood, purity, wealth, decline, and resistance. The director’s characteristic expression of yellow color included the use of a sequence with yellow-colored titles for the delivery of genre, utilization of a yellow-colored arrangement suggesting the emotions and situations of characters, use of yellow-colored props for the presentation of background, and the utilization of yellow color for films’ endings meaning the warm conclusion. Thus, director Wes Anderson was delivering a common message in which the characters would find the maturity and stability within their family and colleagues after overcoming their own deficiencies and going through adventure and challenges. This study could be effectively used for understanding the meanings of colors expressed in films as visual arts and also for interpreting the director’s messages.
자기결정교수학습모델을 적용한 진로와 직업 교과 수업이 고등학교 특수교육대상학생의 수업참여행동과 목표도달정도에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 SDLMI를 특수학급 진로와 직업 교과 시간에 적용하였을 때 장애학생의 수업시간 중 행동 변화와 목표도달정도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 고등학교에 재학하고 있는 특수교육대상학생 5명을 대상으로 대상자간 중다 간헐 기초선 설계 방법을 사용하였다. 연구의 결과로는 첫째, 5명의 연구참여자 모두 바람직한 수업참여행동인 주의 집중하기와 질문에 대답하기 행동이 기초선보다 상승하였고, 이는 유지 기간에도 지속되었다. 둘째, 연구학생 모두의 수업 시간 학습목표도달정도(GAS)가 기초선에 비해 중재 기간에 긍정적으로 변화하였다. 본 연구는 특수교육대상학생이 자기결정교수학습모델을 사용하여 학생들의 수업참여행동 및 목표도달정도의 향상을 가져왔음에 의의가 있다. 이와 같은 연구 결과에 대한 논의 및 제언을 제시하였다. Self-determination is described as dispositional characteristics of acting as a causal agent in one s life. To increase student s self-determination, we employed the Self-Determining Learning Model of Instruction(SDLMI) on the class. This study was conducted for five high school students with disabilities in career vocational class. The study was conducted over 27 weeks from March 19 to September 20, and used the multiple probe design across subjects. SDLMI s three-step process was used in one class and stu-dents had to complete the SDLMI worksheet. As a result of applying SDLMI in career and vocational class, the effects of students on class participation behaviors and the goal attainment levels were examined. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of applying SDLMI in career and vocational class, participation behaviors of five partic-ipants have changed positively in the class. Second, as a result of applying SDLMI in career and vocational class, the goal achievement levels obtained from the five partic-ipants’ objectives were improved at the intervention compared to the baseline. Therefore, applying SDLMI had positive effects on the class participation behaviors and goal attainment levels. This study demonstrated that SDLMI improved students’ school participation behaviors and goal achievement levels.
