보건의료용 모유수유 맞춤교육시스템 구축을 위한 웹사이트 제작 및 분석

인터넷을 이용한 건강정보의 제공이 일반화되면서 사용자의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 일관성 있고 표준화된 모유수유 교육정보의 필요성이 대두되었으며, 따라서 비용측면에서 효과적인 웹기반 보건의료용 모유수유 맞춤형 교육정보 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 동기 부여된 모유수유 교육을 통하여 학습자의 자율적인 선택과 대처를 촉진시키고, 교육 참여자가 주체가 되어 모유수유를 스스로 연속해갈 수 있는 능력을 고양하고, 그 결과 웹을 이용하여 모유수유 인식정도와 모유수유 지식정도를 향상하여 한국여성의 모유수유 증진은 물론 가족건강증진을 위한 건강교육 웹사이트를 제작하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구에서는 영유아 모유수유 웹기반 보건의료용 맞춤형 교육정보시스템을 제작하기 위해 웹상의 모유수유 교육정보를 조사하여 내용평가과정을 거쳐, 모유수유 인식, 모유수유 지식 및 모유수유 웹교육정보를 이메일을 통해 영유아 어머니 7,202명를 대상으로 자료수집 분석하였다. 연구결과로 모유수유 인식, 모유수유 지식 및 웹상의 모유수유 교육정보의 상관관계 분석을 근간으로 한 모유수유 관련 인식과 지식정도 요인분석을 포함한 모유수유실천방안과 모유수유 교육정보의 구체적인 결정요인 분석 등을 통해 모유수유 교육 웹사이트 내용설계 및 제작의 표준지침을 디자인 관점에 초점을 두고 제시하였으며, 웹상의 모유수유 교육정보를 조사하여 내용평가과정을 거쳐 실제 교육 시 요구되는 사항과 함께 취약한 정보와 교육내용을 파악하여 교육정보의 내용의 설계과정을 통해 제작하였다. As the service of health information from the internet is widely spread, the breastfeeding health-care manual needs to be properly developed to satisfy user`s needs. Therefore, the manual should be customized, cost-effective and web-based. The purposes of this study were to explore the information, practice and knowledge existing among mothers regarding breastfeeding. A cross-sectional internet web-mail survey was employed in this study. In particular, the mothers who delivered their last child and the child was under 24 month of age. The self-administered questionnaire consisted of three sections; Socio-demographic questions, the practice, problem and Knowledge Checklist of mothers toward breastfeeding. This results indicate that the improving the environment for breastfeeding on the job are important strategies to encourage Korean women to breastfeed. We conclude that Korean women breastfeeding promotion needs to proactively encourage a positive breastfeeding job environment and that may be useful in a working woman targeting interventions. As a result, according to correlation analysis of breastfeeding awareness, knowledge and educational information, the infant breastfeeding tailored educational information on the web is developed. The study tool took into consideration the website breastfeeding information criteria, to evaluate the Korean infant breastfeeding on the web-sites. 오늘날 수많은 웹사이트들 가운데서 사용자들의 시선을 집중시키고 효과적인 커뮤니케이션을 이루기 위해서는 기본적인 표현 뿐만이 아닌 창의적이고 차별화된 표현 전략을 통해 사용자들의 감성적인 부분까지 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 디자인이 필요하다. 이러한 관점에서 일러스트레이션은 차별화된 시각 요소로써 그 활용도가 높으며, 본 연구는 디지털 일러스트레이션의 웹사이트 인터페이스 디자인에서의 실무적인 활용 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 연구 수행 방법으로 먼저 기존 문헌 조사를 통해 전통적인 일러스트레이션과 디지털 일러스트레이션의 개념과 차이점, 그 특성에 관해 고찰하고 정보디자인의 관점에서 웹사이트에서의 일러스트레이션이 가지는 특성과 의미를 연구하여 실무적인 측면에서 웹사이트에서의 일러스트레이션 활용 시 유의해야 할 사항을 3가지로 도출하였다. 이를 토대로 실제 웹사이트 디자인 개발 시의 활용 사례를 제시함으로써 향후 웹사이트의 디자인 개발 과정에서 디자이너들의 일러스트레이션 활용에 본 연구 결과가 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Nowadays, a distinguished website design is required to attract user`s attention. In order to achieve this aim, a creative expression strategy is needed to satisfy users` emotional part. in this point of view, it could be stated that illustraion is a very useful method as a characteristic visual element. This paper aims to suggest the application of Illustraion for the website interface design. In order to achieve this purpose, this study firstly investigated existing literatures to examine the concept and the difference between traditional illustration and digital illustration. Secondly in the point of view of information design, the characteristic and meaning of Illustraion in website design was researched. Through the result, three noticeable findings were discovered. Based on the findings, this study suggested the cases of appication in website design development. It is expected that the result of this study is able to help the designers` use of illustrations in the development of website interface design.

인터넷상의 웹사이트들은 성교육 정보를 얻을 수 있는 탁월한 정보의 제공원이다. 웹 상에서 제공하는 성교육정보의 잠재적인 효용가치는 매우 크지만, 또한 공공의 사용자들에 대한 부정적인 효과도 야기할 수 있다. 웹 상에서 제공하는 성교육정보들은 그 질적인 수준이 같지 않으며 그 질을 평가하기가 쉽지 않다. 미국을 비롯한 정보선진국에서는 성교육 정보를 제공하는 웹사이트들에 대한 다양한 평가기준이 제시되었으나, 한국의 성교육정보관련 웹사이트들에 대한 명확한 평가기준은 마련되어 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 웹에서 제공하는 성교육정보의 질을 평가하기 위하여 15개의 평가 항목을 점검하였으며, 가장 중요한 15개의 항목을 신뢰도(3항목), 내용(6항목), 목적(2항목), 디자인 및 기술(4항목)로 구별하여, 한국의 성교육정보관련 웹사이트들을 평가할 수 있는 수단으로 사용하도록 하였으며, 이 기준을 이용하여 국내의 성교육 사이트들을 평가하였다.

보드게임을 통한 대학생의 저출산 문제에 대한 태도 변화의 효과

본 연구는 저출산 문제에 대한 태도 변화에 대해 보드 게임의 효과성을 검증하고자 실시하였다. 본 연구는 크게 3부분으로 나누어서 분석이 이루어졌다. 첫째, 대학생 177명을 대상으로 결혼 후, 자녀 계획에 대해, 인구정책과 관련하여 대학생의 인식 개선 프로그램의 필요성 둘째, 사전 조사자 177명 중 37명을 대상으로 보드 게임을 실시하고 난 후, 자녀 계획에 대한 인구정책과 관련하여 대학생의 인식 개선 프로그램의 필요성에 대하여 자녀 저출산 문제에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들에 대해 평가하도록 하였으며, 저출산에 대한 성향 및 태도에 대해 분석하였다. 셋째, 보드 게임의 효과성을 살펴보기 위해 저출산에 대한 성향 및 태도에서 보드 게임을 실시한 집단과 실시하지 않은 집단 간에 항목 평균간 차이가 있는지의 여부를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 보드 게임에 대해 긍정적인 평가가 이루어졌으며, 보드 게임이 저출산과 다자녀 가구에 대한 태도 변화를 유발할 수 있는 유용한 정보를 제공하고 있음을 잘 보여주었다. 보드 게임의 효과성을 살펴보기 위한 t-검증 결과, 보드 게임이 결혼과 자녀의 필요성에 대해 보다 더 긍정적인 변화를 유발하였으며, 저출산으로 인한 사회적 문제점들이 잘 전달되고 있음을 나타냈다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the university students` attitudes toward childbirth as well as the effectiveness of the board game which was devised for the participants to encourage the willingness of childbirth. During the workshop held in December, 2010 we collected 177 questionnaires turned in by university students. They were classified into two groups, 37 participants to the board game and 140 non-participants. The t-test was employed to compare the differences in their attitudes toward childbirth between these groups. This study suggests that the determinants affecting low fertility and planning two or more children of each individual student have changed after playing the board game. As a result, the board game has the positive significant effect on planning to have many children. These findings point out that it is possible to raise the fertility rates for family having children and make planning on childbirth without the anxiety of pregnancy and child care by an interesting education program like a board game
