장애인의 사회적자본 형성능력은 임금수준에 영향을 미치는가?: 성별(gender) 비교를 중심으로

Purpose: This study aims to find ways to form and support social capital that can affect stable employment of disabled people by focusing on gender differences on the impact of disabled people's ability to form social capital on wage levels. Method: The 8th Employment Panel for Persons with Disabilities was utilized, and the research hypothesis was verified by utilizing frequency analysis, technical analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. Furthermore, to analyze gender differences, AMOS 22.0 is utilized to conduct a multi-group path analysis of structural equation modeling. Results: The higher the ability of disabled people to form social capital, the higher the wage level, and it was found that there were differences depending on the group of men and women. In addition, in terms of wage levels, women with disabilities are more affected by their ability to form social capital than men with disabilities. Conclusion & Implications: In order to improve the wage level of the disabled, a social support system from perspective of disability is essential, and it is necessary to establish a network that reflects the gender perspective and to create an employment environment. Based on these results, follow-up studies on social capital and employment of persons with disabilities were proposed. 연구목적: 본 연구는 장애인의 사회적자본 형성능력이 임금수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 성별 차이를중심으로 살펴봄으로써 장애인의 안정된 고용에 영향을 줄 수 있는 사회적자본 형성 및 지원방안모색을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 제8차 장애인고용패널을 활용하였으며, SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술분석, 상관관계 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 또한 성별 차이를분석하기 위하여 AMOS 22.0을 활용하여 구조방정식 모델링의 다집단 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 장애인의 사회적자본 형성능력이 높을수록 임금수준이 높아진다고 나타났으며, 남녀 집단에 따라 차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 임금수준에 있어서는 여성장애인 집단이 남성장애인 집단에 비해사회적자본 형성능력에 더 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 시사점: 장애인 임금수준 향상을위해서는 장애 인지적 관점의 사회적 지지체계 구축, 성인지적 관점이 반영된 네트워크 구축, 사업주와 장애인 모두를 위한 고용환경 조성 등이 필요함을 제시하였고, 사회적자본을 보다 구체화하여 살펴보는 장애인 고용 관련 후속연구가 필요함을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of social capital on the overall working environment for Vietnamese youths. In particular, it was intended to examine how social capital affects the economic environment, social environment, and political environment, and further to seek ways to improve the working environment of youths. To this end, the job creation survey data, which was part of the "Demand Survey for Health Care, Climate Change, and Job Creation" education programs for the independence of the Vietnamese community. As a result, it was found that social capital had a positive effect on the working environment, and there was a difference according to the sub-variables of the working environment. Specifically, it was found that it had a positive effect on both the economic environment, the social environment, and the political environment, and among them, it had the greatest effect on the political environment. It was suggested that a long-term approach from a social structure perspective toward social capital accumulation, detailed and integrated analysis of the working environment, efforts to improve the perception of the political environment using networks, and the creation of social capital reflecting regional specificity are necessary. 본 연구는 베트남 청년을 대상으로 사회적자본이 노동 환경 전반에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것에 목적을 둔다. 특히 사회적자본이 경제적 환경, 사회적 환경, 정치적 환경에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 나아가 청년들의 노동 환경 개선 방안을 모색해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 「베트남 지역사회 자립을 위한 “보건의료·기후변화·일자리 창출” 교육 프로그램 수요조사」의 일자리 창출 조사 자료를 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 사회적자본은 노동 환경에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 노동 환경의 하위요인에 따라 차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 세부적으로 경제적 환경, 사회적 환경, 정치적 환경 모두에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 그중 정치적 환경에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이를 바탕으로 사회적자본 축적을 위한 사회구조적 관점에서의 장기적 접근, 노동 환경의 세부적·통합적 분석, 네트워크를 활용한 정치적 환경 인식 개선 노력, 지역의 특수성을 반영한 사회적자본 조성이 필요함을 제시하였다. 추가적으로 연구의 대상을 다양한 취업 취약계층으로 확대 적용할 것과 사회적자본을 구체화하여 노동 환경을 살펴보는 연구가 필요함을 제언하였다.

정부의 사회적기업 재정지원이 임파워먼트, 직무성과, 사회적자본에 미치는 영향: 서울시 사회적기업을 중심으로

It is the government's financial support that has had a great influence on the quantitative growth of domestic social enterprises. However, the issue of this continues to be raised, and discussions for the continuous growth of social enterprises are also being conducted steadily. This study goes one step further from existing studies that have remained in the impact of financial support on the economic and social performance of social enterprises, and examines whether the government's financial support affects the individual, organization, and ecosystem capabilities of social enterprises. To this end, the government's financial support is divided into four financial support projects and government financial support combined with policy funds and other government subsidies to examine the impact of each total on individuals (empowerment), organizations (job performance), and ecosystems (social capital). Therefore, this paper conducted a study on the effect of financial support of social enterprises on empowerment, job performance, and social capital by using Seoul-based certification commitments, job performance, and preliminary social enterprises' survey responses and published business reports. As a result of the study, government financial support had significant results in empowerment and social capital, but the four financial support projects did not have significant results in all variables. 국내 사회적기업의 양적 성장에 지대한 영향력을 미친 것이 바로 정부의 재정지원이다. 그러나 이에 대한 문제제기는 계속되고 있으며, 사회적기업의 지속적인 성장을 위한 논의 또한 꾸준히 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 재정지원이 사회적기업의 경제적·사회적 성과에 미치는 영향에 머물렀던 기존의 연구들에서 한 단계 더 나아가 자원의존이론 관점을 바탕으로 정부의 재정지원이 사회적기업의 임파워먼트, 직무성과, 사회적자본에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 정부의 재정지원을 네 개의 재정지원사업과 정책자금과 기타 정부지원금을 합한 정부재정지원으로 나누어 각각의 총액이 임파워먼트, 직무성과, 사회적자본에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 이에 본 논문은 서울시 소재 인증과 예비사회적기업의 설문응답과 공시된 사업보고서 등을 활용하여 사회적기업의 재정지원이 임파워먼트, 직무성과, 사회적자본에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 정부재정지원은 임파워먼트와 사회적자본에 유의미한 결과를 가져왔으나 네 개의 재정지원사업은 모든 변수에 유의미한 결과가 나오지 않았다.

This study aims to explore the causal relationship between social capital and career exploration activities and the interactive effect of poverty. To achieve the research goal, this study conducted a hierarchical regression analysis using data from the <Needs Assessment of Educational Programs of Health Care, Climate Change, and Job Creation for Community Capacity Building in Vietnam>, which was a research conducted in 2021 by the authors at Ewha Womans University with support from the National Research Foundation of Korea. Based on a unique dataset of 247, first, this study performed multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of social capital perceived by Vietnamese youth, focusing on trust, network, and social norms, on career exploration. Second, this study further employed a hierarchical regression to test whether poverty moderates the causal effects of social capital factors on career exploration. The results of this study, first, present a positive relationship between social capital and career exploration activities of Vietnamese youth. Second, trust, network, and social norms, all of which are sub-factors of social capital, were found to have positive effects on career exploration activities. Third, this study identified a negative moderating effect of poverty on the effects of social capital and its sub-factors, trust, and network, on career exploration activities. In short, It was found that the more poor people are, the more the social capital, trust, and networks have a negative effect on career search activities. Based on the findings, this study suggests the need to accumulate social capital in the Vietnamese community, job search based on trust and network, support for differentiated career search activities according to income, rigorous identification of causes of youth poverty considering theVietnam context, and environmental improvement.

지역사회 지원환경은 사회적경제조직의 성과에 영향을 미치는가?: 네트워크와 협력거버넌스의 이중매개 효과를 중심으로

· Research topics: The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of the support environment of the local community on the performance of the social economy organization, and how the network and cooperative governance affect the performance of the social economy organization. · Research background: The purpose of this study is to determine the linkage between the support environment according to the government support policy and the actual growth of the local community network and governance, which in turn affects the performance of the social economy organization. · Differences from prior research: In the meantime, if the impact on social economic organizational performance on some factors among support environment, network, and governance has been partially analyzed, this study expanded from the previous study to identify the above factors in one model. · Research method: Structural equation model analysis using AMOS 28.0 programs to analyze the causal relationship between the effect of the support environment on social economy performance and whether the support environment affects social economy performance through the double mediation of network and cooperative governance. · Research results: First, it was found that each of the support environment, network, and cooperative governance had a positive (+) effect on the performance of social economy organizations. Second, it was found that network and cooperative governance each had mediating effects in the relationship between support environment and social economy organization performance. Third, it was found that network and cooperative governance had a double mediating effect in the relationship between support environment and social economy organization performance. · Contribution points and expected effects: The theoretical domain was expanded by verifying the influence of the support environment on the performance of social economic organizations and the dual mediating effect of network and cooperative governance. 사회적기업(Social Enterprise)은 사회적 목적 실현과 동시에 수익을 창출해야 하는 기업이라는 특성을 지니고 있어 보다 높은 비용 구조를 감당해야 하는 등 지속가능성에 어려움을 겪는다. 따라서 정부의 재정지원은 사회적기업에 최소한의 경제적 안전망으로 작용하여 자원을 마련하고 안정화를 실현할 수 있는 토대를 마련해줄 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 정부의 재정지원사업의 효과를 실증분석하여 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 연구 질문은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재정지원사업 참여 여부에 따라 경제적 성과 및 사회적 성과에 차이가 있는가? 둘째, 재정지원사업 참여 개수에 따라 경제적 성과 및 사회적 성과에 차이가 있는가? 본 연구의 대상은 2020년 12월 기준 서울시 소재 인증 및 예비 사회적기업 838개소로, 전수조사를 실시하여 회수된 176개의 설문응답과 공시된 사업보고서 등을 활용하여 양적 연구를 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 재정지원 사업에 참여한 사회적기업이 미참여 기업보다 사회적 성과 인식이 높게 나타났다. 세부사업별 참여 여부에 따른 성과에서는 일자리창출사업 참여를 제외하고 모두 경제적 성과 또는 사회적 성과에서 유의한 차이를 보이고 있었으며, 참여한 재정지원사업의 개수가 많을수록 경제적 성과 인식이 높게 나타났다.

지역주민의 삶의 질 영향요인: 사회혁신, 사회적경제 가치, 지역경제발전의 관계를 중심으로

This study examined the impact of social innovation, social economy, and regional economic development on individual quality of life. A structural equation model analysis was conducted using data from <Regional Resource Survey for Creation of Social Economy Regional Ecosystem> with 31,519 respondents. The results showed that regional economic development had a positive (+) effect on the quality of life. Second, social innovation and social economy values had a positive (+) effect on the quality of life. Third, social innovation and social economy values had a positive (+) effect on regional economic development. Fourth, regional economic development mediated the effects of social innovation and social economy values on quality of life. Based on these results, suggestions were made to establish regional economic development policies, vitalize the social economy, create a quality living environment in consideration of social and economic factors, and encourage innovative business activities. 본 연구는 사회혁신, 사회적경제, 지역경제발전이 개인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향과 지역경제발전의 간접효과를 살펴보고, 삶의 질 향상 방안을 모색하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 <사회적경제 지역생태계 구축을 위한 지역자원조사>의설문자료 31,519부를 활용하여 구조방정식모델 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 지역경제발전은 삶의 질에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회혁신, 사회적경제 가치와 같은 사회적 요인이 삶의 질에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회혁신, 사회적경제 가치가 지역경제발전에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지역경제발전은 사회혁신과 사회적경제 가치가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 지역경제발전을 위한 정책방안 수립, 사회혁신 정책 및 사회적경제 활성화, 사회적 요소와 경제적 요소를 동시에 고려한 양질의 생활환경 조성, 혁신적 기업활동 장려 등을 제언하였다.
