      • 企業發展을 위한 R&D(硏究開發) 戰略에 대한 硏究 : 특히 우리나라 電子工業을 中心으로 with emphasis on the Korean electro-industries

金鍾英 淑明女子大學校 1986 論文集 Vol.27 No.-

In general, R & D (Research and Development)divides its process into a few stages such as fundamental research, applied research, development, a pilot plant, installment for manufacturing plant and eliminating defects and unfolding marketing activities: however, practically, such divisions hardly have any meaning. The reason why is that a problem cccuring in one stage has the possibility of influencing anther stage before it. It is especially important for individual enterprises to check frequently the marketing possibility and what people want in the view of the marketing point at all stages without fundamental research in performing R & D activeities. R & D strategy for enterprise must be selected deliberately under the examining development of a new-product vs. aim for process-development, iundamental research vs. applied research, applied research vs. activities for product development, offensive R & D vs. defensive R & D, and R & D by external research institutes. This survey reflects the structural frailty of the Korean electro machinary parts industry that rate of production is higher than production for home-appliances or for industrial equipment as well as the small size of its industry. Also, organized activity for R & D is feeble and has a problem in acquiring highly skilled workers. It is still not sufficient to invest in the electro industry, the world-wide growing industry that gradually leads to the world's industry. The low marketing activities in the electro industry is due to the high rate of the partsproducing industry. In R & D strategies in marketing, seeking a new market takes up the most part, the next is enlarging the market the third is ensuring the already established market. To improve R & D activities, first of all, ensuring skilled workers must be fulfilled, the next is to overcome the shortage of money, technology and management's understanding. According to the low export rate in contrast to domestic demand, it is equally emphasized to develop core parts and electronic machines for industry so as to enlarge the electro industy as an export industry. Recently, even if export domains are largely diversified, the main countries are still the U.S.A. and Japan. In developing new products, large enterprises perform more investment than small and medium enterprises do. However, imitating the productions of othe enterprises are stressed on both sides. Because of the short history of the electro industry, there are little differences between large enterprises and small and medium size enterprises in answering the survey question-dires, and regular activities in marketing are still not unfolded. Also, this survey reveals that more than twice the number of enteprises are not supported by the government in contrast to enterprises which get something from the government in some way. Count ermeasures that develop the Korean electro industry and technology are as follows: First of all, it is necessary to educate the intellectuals and skilled workers so as to develop a long-term technology continuously. Secondly, it is enlargement of the introduction of new technology from advanced countries that we do not still have. Third, there must be a close co-operation system among industry, university and government in developing the R & D activities, and it must be avoided making double or wasting investment in one project research. Fourth, machine core parts, which still depend on export available, should be changed by self production. And to perform this, it needs governmental support. Fifth, to carry out the investment in R & D well, there must be the benefits of tax system and financial support. Especially, in case of the investment for research and introduction of new machines, there must be tax deduction. Last, it needs the information system to get and transfer information about new technology for engineering with quickness. Government and public institutions must make the system of technical support better to carry out this information system. Nowadays, R & D activities in the electro industry are important not only for the development of each enterprise, but also for the development of the nation's export and economy. R & D is not achieved only with simple investment, it can be achieved with supplying enough technologists as well as technicians. Elevating the technical level is not achieved in a day and is preceded by continuous studies and perseverance, and it requires the wise combination of conventional technology and introductory technology of advanced engineering from abroad. Then, it will obtain the achievement of technical elevation. When R & D of the Korean electro industry makes the innovation of marketing in the domestic and foreign market on the basis of high technical level, there will be not only the development of an enterprise, but also the enhancement of the nation's position as a technological level. The market of electro industry or ultramodern industry is huge and unlimited, and its future is prosperous. However, the more chances there are in market, the more risks there are in marketing. To manage the effective game between this chance and risk, enterprises, above all, must carry out positive R & D activities with creative marketing strategies that satisfy the consumer's need and expectation. Then it can promise the success of the electro industry.

      • 詩治療 過程에서 관찰되는 精神力動에 관한 考察

        金鍾柱,李京洙 圓光大學校 醫科學硏究所 1986 圓光醫科學 Vol.2 No.2

This study provides some interesting data on the dynamic and symptomatic changes of psychotic patients who were treated with the poetry therapy at the Neuro-psychiatric Hospital of Won Kwang University from April through October, 1986. In the study one patient’s psychodynamics is analysed and explained through his six poems in the order written during this period. In his first poem, symptomatically loquacity is shown, which is a characteristic feature of the manic state, and dynamically frustration of the dependent need is transformed into aggressive desire. The state of the increased psychomotor activity is presented in the second poem. Regression to the oral stage and repression of being regressed are also appeared here. In the third poem, he starts to show the superficial balance in the style and the wish to be healthy again. Even though he shows anxiety about the failure of the dependent interrelationship, he is able to restrict the use of pathological mental mechanisms in this poem. He particularly describes his feelings about the two pathologic states, mania and depression which both occur in himself periodically. In the fourth poem, he describes his future life, and shows the possibility to be mature from being in the narcissistic and dependent state. In the fifth poem, he shows the ability “to give”. This indicates that he has realized the object ‘to give’, but not remained in the narcissistic state. He also shows universalization and the strong desire to pursue the active relationship with the real object. In the sixth poem, he finally explains his own psychodynamics and gets emotional insight. Besides, his object has been confirmed in the concrete reality. The functions of repression and suppression are also seen dynamically in this last poem which is considered as a successful case of the poetry therapy.

金鍾植 광주대학교 1987 광주개방대학 논문집 Vol.4 No.-

All mankind has used needed frame materials by made of it for use metals since many years ago. Also, in Korea, since early times, delicate metal goods have been Produced. Such as copper sword, etc, as frame of nearly basic construction meterials was founded as remains of Bronze Age starting from around age between BC 700 and 600 that concluded development decription of manufacturing techniques at the age. We should keep well these remains following by ancestor, and further, metal Crafts should be found in direction of existance of nationality to spread be found in direction of existance of nationality to spread education in order to make students know how to Contrast harmoney well between old traditional metal Crafts and modern metal crafts. In this point of View, we will have to study metal inlay technique which is the typical technique of metal craft and master the technique, and then uphold and develop our metal craft.

      • Four Quartets에 나타난 Eliot의 歷史觀

金鍾允 경북대학교 교육대학원 1979 논문집 Vol.11 No.-

T.S. Eliot denies the cyclic view of history and the doctrine of progress which finds in history an upward development chiefly through the metaphor of the sea in 'The Dry Salvages'. In 'The Dry Salvages' the sea which is the time of history is a meaningless perpetual flux, a repetition without pattern. And also in 'East Coker' the doctrine of progress is denied through the symbol of the natural phenomena. But he finds a meaning in the sea. The sea is not only the time of history but the time beyond history. The history as a meaningless perpetual flux is conquered only through time. "Only through the time time is conquered." In 'Burnt Norton' and 'Little Gidding' which are the place in history, Eliot experiences the "sudden illumination", the moment beyond history, the moment of eternity. "Quick now, here, now, always-." To sum up, T.S. Eliot's view of history is that of eschatology.

      • 生乳에서 分離한 大腸菌群의 藥濟耐性 및 R Plasmids

        金鍾冕,宋熹鐘 全北大學校 1978 論文集 Vol.20 No.-

Recent reports confirm that R factors against Enterobacteriaceae isolated from various sources is widespread in Korea. However, few reports have been made concerning the incidence of transferable drug resistance of bacteria contained in milk. A total of 114 strains of coliform bacteria were isolated from raw milk, and classified 32 strains as Escherichia coli, 18 strains as Citrobacter freundii, 64 strains as Klebsiella-Enterobacter group by IMViC system. After that, they were examined for drug resistance and distribution of R plasmids. Among 32 strains of E. coli isolated, 78.1% (25 strains) were resistance to antibacterial agents such as streptomycin(SM), chloramphenicol(CP), gentamicin(GM), ampicillin(AP), kanamycin(KM), tetracycline(TC), and nalidixic acid(NA), singly or in combination. Whereas all strains of Citrobacter freundii and Klebsiella-Enterobacter group were resistant to one or more drugs used. Among 25 resistant strains of E. coli isolated, the rate of multiple resistant strains(60%) was higher than that of singly resistant strains (40%) and 15 different drug resistant patterns were observed. The most frequently encountered patterns were AP, followed by SM and AP KM. Among 18 resistant strains of Citrobacter freundii isolated, the rate of multiple resistant strains(66.7%) was higher than that of singly resistant strains(33.3%) and 5 different drug resistant patterns were observed. Meanwhile, the most frequently encountered patterns were NA, followed by SM CP AP and SM CP AP TC. Among 64 resistant strains of Klebsiella-Enterobacter group isolated, the rate of multiple resistant strains(71.9%) was higher than that of singly resistant strains(28.1%) and 21 different drug resistant patterns were encountered. Among the 18 singly resistant strains, AP pattern (11 strains) was the commonest. While among the 46 multiple resistant strains, SM AP TC, SM AP, SM AP KM TC, and SM CP AP KM TC patterns were frequently observed. Each one strain of E. coli and Citrobacter freundii carried R plasmids, determining AP, and CP TC, respectively. Whereas 8 strains of Klebsiella-Enterobacter group carried R plasmids determining TC, AP, CP, CP TC, CP AT TC, and SM AP TC. The transfer frequency rate of AP in E. coli was 4.2×10 exp (-4)%. In Citrobacter freundii the transfer frequency rate of CP was 7×10 exp (-5)%, and that of TC was 5×10 exp (-5)%. In Klebsiella-Enterobacter group the transfer frequency rate of SM was 2×10 exp (-5)%, that of CP ranged from 1.1×10 exp (-4) to 6.7×10 exp (-4)%, that of AP 2×10 exp (-5) to 1.6×10 exp (-4)%, and that of TC 2×10 exp (-5) to 1.02×10 exp (-3)%.
