正常人 血淸中 豚 , 人 인플루엔자 바이러스型의 혈구응집 (血球凝集) 억제항체에 (抑制抗體) 관한 혈청학적 (血淸學的) 연구 (硏究)

One hundred and eighteen normal human sera were tested for hemagglutination-inhibition(H.I) antibodies against human influenza virus A type (H3 N2) and swine influenza virus A type (Hsw INI). The results obtained were as follows: 1) Out of the 118 human sera. 16.1% was reacted as H. I. Antibody positive (>1: 20) against influenza A/Mayo clinic/74 (Hsw INI) virus, 6.8% was positive against swine influenza A virus, 17.8% was positive against influenza A/Port charm,/73 (H3 N2) virus, and 57.6% was positive against influenza A/ Hong Kong/68 (H3 N2) virus. 2) The positive rates of H. I, antibody to swine influenza (Hsw INI) type virus by age groups, were found as 72.9% for 51 years old or over, 5.9% for 41 to 50 years of age groups and to virus of influenza A/Port charm./73 (H3 N2) typewere shownas 30.0% in 1 to 10 years of age groups, 22.2% for 21 to 30 years age groups, 12.9% for 31 to 40 years age groups, 41.2% for 41 to 50 years age groups, 8.0% for 51 years and over, and 5.9% in the unknown age-group. As for the influenza A/Hong Kong/68 (H3 N2) virus type, 40.0% for 1 to 10 years age groups, 44.4% for 21 to 30 years, 41.9% for 31 to 40 years, 52.9% for 41 to 50 years, 84.0% in 51 years and over, and 76.4% in the unknown age-group. 3) Maximum titres found in sera of the H. I. Positive case, were whown as 1.7% in 1: 80 against influenza A/Mayo dinic/74 (Hsw INI) viius type. It was known that maximum tirer rate of the A/Port charm. /73 (H3 N2) virus type, showed as 0.9% in 1: 80, and the A/Hong Kong/68 (H3 N2) virus type, 7.6% in 1: 320 4) In Korean, positive rates of H. I. Antibodies against virus of swine influenza A/Mayo clinic/74(Hsw Inl) type were shown as 72.0% at level of 1: 20 or greater in about 51 years of age and over. It is noted that these positive rates were very much correlated with the reports from the WHO International Influenza centre. 5) As stated above, it is presumed that their antibodies were naturally acquired by the virus of swine influenza virus (Hsw INI) type which occurred in about the year of 1918 to1930.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to provide basic data that helps prepare and decide on their career and increase physical therapy student`s major satisfaction to examine student`s vocational personality types that evaluated by Holland and according to this types find out the difference of major satisfaction and accomplishment. Methods: The researcher surveyed a total of 384 students majoring physical therapy in 189 students who were third and fourth grade from 2 four-year universities and 195 students who were second and third grade from 2 three-year colleges located in Pusan with using a structured questionnaire. Results: First, Major accomplishments of all students belonging to Enterprise type were investigated by the highest. second, Major accomplishments of men belonging to Investigative type and women belonging to Enterprise type were investigated by the highest each other. third, After examining correlations among the aptitude, interests and characteristics factors to determine the vocational personality types, the correlations was shown to insignificant among the aptitude, interests, characteristics factors and major satisfaction for men but only in characteristics factors negative correlation appears significantly with major accomplishment. And for women, the correlations was shown to insignificant among the aptitude, interests, characteristics factors and major satisfaction but only in characteristics factors positive correlation appears significantly with major accomplishment. Conclusion: It is necessary to consider students factor of choosing major affected the present employment and to increase competitive power of universities related with employment and to develop a education reflected interest and aptitude of students.

성형폭약의 조절발파 효과를 확인하기 위하여 정밀폭약에 금속라이너의 재질과 두께를 달리하여 상대적으로 폭속이 작은 암석 절단용 성형폭약을 제작하였다. 성형폭약이 암반 내부에서 기폭될 때 방향성 절단을 유도하기 위하여 폭약 양쪽으로 금속라이너를 부착하였다. 또한 콘크리트 부재 실험을 통하여 성형폭약의 성능을 확인하였고 성형폭약과 공벽과의 적정 이격거리를 유지하기 위한 센터 가이더를 제작하였다. 실험결과 0.8 mm 두께의 Fe 라이너가 장착된 성형폭약을 사용할 때 가장 깊은 노치가 형성되었고, 콘크리트 부재의 방향성 절단을 확인할 수 있었다. The shaped charge were made for identifying the effect of controled blasting using relatively low VOD explosive for cutting rock mass with changing quality and thickness of metal liner. The metal liner was attached on both sides of a charge for directional cutting, when the shaped charge exploded in rock mass. Also, a efficiency of shaped charge was identified by concrete member experiment. And a center guide used for maintaining stand-off between shaped charge and hole wall. A case of Fe liner of thickness 0.8mm formed the deepest notch of experiments and the directional cutting of concrete member was identified.
티타늄 실리카라이트 1 촉매상에서 Cyclohexanone 의 Ammoximation 반응

티타늄 실리카라이트 1 (TS-1) 촉매를 수열합성하고 X선 회절분석, 적외선 분광분석 및 주사전자현미경 관찰을 수행하여, 촉매의 구조 및 형상과 제올라이트 구조내로 티타늄이 치환된 정도를 검토하였다. TS-1 촉매상에서 cyclohexanone의 ammoximation 반응을 수행하여 촉매반응에 미치는 제반 인자들의 영향을 살펴보았다. TS-1 촉매의 활성은 결정크기, 티타늄 함량, 반응온도, 반응시간, 과산화수소의 주입방법에 의존하였고, 제올라이트 구조내로 도입된 티타늄이 cyclohexanone의 ammoximation 반응에 활성종임을 알 수 있었다. Titanium-silicalite 1 (TS-1) catalyst was prepared using the hydrothermal method. The structure of catalyst, morphology, and the extent of titanium incorporation into the zeolite framework were examined by XRD, FT-IR, and SEM analysis. The influence of the various reaction parameters on cyclohexanone ammoximation over TS-1 catalyst was investigated. The ammoximation activities of TS-1 catalysts were found to be dependent on the crystal size, titanium content, reaction temperature, reaction time, and the method of hydrogen peroxide addition. Furthermore, titanium in the zeolite framework was found to be the active site for the cyclohexanone ammoximation.

Multiple symmetrical lipomatosis (MSL), also called Madelung`s disease, is a rare disorder of unknown etiology and characterized by abnormal accumulation of large subcutaneous fatty masses in neck, shoulder, and upper trunk. MSL has known to predominantly affect middle-aged men with a history of alcoholism. Although the clinical course of MSL is considered to be slowly progressive, in advanced stage, fatty masses in the neck may compress the upper aerodigestive tract, resulting in dyspnea and dysphagia. The treatment of MSL is surgical resection, but radical excision is very difficult and recurrence after surgery is frequent. We report the case of 55-year-old man with long lasting MSL, which caused severe airway obstruction. This patient was admitted with progressive dyspnea and massive accumulation of fat around the vocal cord that was detected on a neck CT scan. This abnormal fatty infiltration in supraglottic region caused upper airway obstruction.
