Here, A forty year old patient is presented, showing azoospermia following vasovasostomy. The bilateral testicular biopsies were performed to confirm whether ductal obstruction due to vasovasostomy or testicular failure existed. The finding of biopsy was spermatogenic arrest. After completion of medical testicular stimulation with clomiphene citrate and pentoxifilline for 3 months, repeat vasovasostomy was performed. Semenanaylsis revealed normal sperm parameters after operation. Necessity of testicular biopsy before deciding repeat vasovasostomy, accuracy of testicular biopsy, efficacy of testicular stimulation in the patient with spermatogenic arrest and effect of testicular biopsy on testicular fuction are discussed.

In this study, we made experiments the preparation of silver halide microcrystals, physical ripening, chemical ripening, spectral sensitivity, additives and coating in order to develop medical laser scanner film which has photographic characteristic suitable for exposure to He-Ne and Ar laser. In the practice of sensitometry, the photographic material is exposed to a known quantity and quality of radiant energy, developed under standard conditions, and the densities resulting from the various exposures are then measured. The results are usually expressed in graphic form as curves, and from these curves numerical values are derived which are used to specify the characteristics of the material.

Park Tae―soon's novel was overflowing with self―consciousness and confusion of the 4·19 generations, which were embedded in the daily lives of the petit bourgeois, and a willingness to criticize both the world of Korean reality and oneself. Park Tae―soon's novel persistently traces the divided inner side of young snobs in the 1960s who wanted to escape but were trapped in a daily order that could not escape. In particular, "The Fallen Theater" is a novel that remembers and reflects on the political implications it can have while describing the peak of confusion and disorder. Park Tae―soon talks about the revolutionary potential of unsublimated confusion and disorder that overflowed through reason, order, and norms. The persistent criticism of snobbery, the affirmation of disorder, and the impulse of hidden deviations that show their faces everywhere are, in a way, traces of a literary struggle to capture the memory of the "truth" of the collapsed theater in the middle of the devastation of the 1960s. The confusion and disorder of Park Tae―soon's novel is a symptom of the difficulties and hardships of the literary struggle, and on the other hand, it is a self―conscious positive product of the unsublimated disorder that distanced itself from the normative order or aesthetic refinement of the novels. 1960년대 박태순 소설의 배면에 있는 것은 국가 주도의 성장과 개발의 논리가 대중의 일상과 집단의식을 장악해가던 한국적 상황이다. 박태순의 소설은 소시민적 일상에 함몰된 4·19세대의 자의식과 혼란, 그리고 그런 한국적 현실의 세태와 자기 자신을 아울러 겨냥하는 비판의 의지로 넘치고 있었다. 박태순의 소설은 벗어나고 싶지만 벗어날 수 없는 소시민적 질서에 갇혀버린 1960년대 젊은 속물들의 분열된 내면을 집요하게 추적한다. 특히 박태순은 「무너진 극장」에서 이성과 질서와 규범을 뚫고 초과해 흘러넘쳤던, 승화되지 않은 혼란과 무질서가 갖는 혁명적 잠재성을 이야기한다. 소시민의식에 대한 집요한 (자기)비판과 무질서의 긍정, 곳곳에서 얼굴을 내비치는 숨은 일탈의 충동은 1960년대의 황폐 한가운데서 「무너진 극장」의 ‘나’가 파괴적 무질서의 현장에서 언뜻 엿보았던 ‘진실’의 기억을 어떻게든 붙잡으려는 문학적 분투의 흔적이다. 박태순 소설의 혼란과 무질서는 그 문학적 분투의 난경과 지난함을 보여주는 증상이면서, 다른 한편 소설의 규범적 질서나 미적 세련과 거리를 두는 승화되지 않은 무질서에 대한 자의식적인 긍정의 소산이다.

『蜻蛉日記』下巻の記事の乱れについての一考察

The third volume of The Kagerou Nikki documents the state of affairs from 973 to 974 but it has inconsistency between the description of incidents and that of their dates, namely the text “After that incident, that person did not visit my place, and the year ended.” (late September, 973) and the text “November had started. December has also gone.” (New Year’s Day, 974). In the present article, I explore reasons for this inconsistent description and propose a modified, consistent perspective from which the narrative story can be more coherently portrayed. Previous studies have presented the “omission of sentences” hypothesis, the “incorrect pagination” hypothesis, the “entering by mistake” hypothesis, the “stoppage of diary writing” hypothesis, and so on. In this article, I presume that it was brought about by copying error concerning the phrase hodoni ‘during,’ and propose to reorganize the texts, relocating the part “November had started. December has also gone.” after hodoni in the text (5) and then relocating the part “the time for deed has gone” after “in a pilgrimage to Kamo Shrine” (New Year’s Day, 974). The upshot is that the appropriate order of the events described in the diary is as follows. She gave birth at her “father’s place” in November 973; while they were celebrating it, the time flied, as in “November had started. December has also gone.”; after a pilgrimage to Kamo Shrine, she caught cold, and while she was taking a rest in a bed, “the period of the early-year Buddhist service had gone.” 『蜻蛉日記』下巻の天延元(973)年の年末から天延二(974)年の年初にか けての記録は、暦の上の月日の推移と、本文の記事が一致しない個所が存在する。それは、天延元年九月下旬に「そののち、夢の通ひ路たえて、年暮れはてぬ」という本文と、天延二年正月の「霜月にもなりぬ。師走もすぎにけり」とう本文である。本稿では當該本文の乱れが発生した原因について考察し、正しい本文整定案を提示することを目的とする。 従来の先行研究では、現存する古写本の特質から本文の脱文説・錯簡説・竄入説・日記擱筆説などが提出されている。しかし、本稿では「程に」という語句に起因する目移りによる誤写であると推測し、出産祝いの贈答歌が記されている本文(5)の「程に」の次に「霜月にもなりぬ。師走もすぎにけり」という本文を位置させ、本文(5)の次にあった「行ひのほどもすぎぬ」という本文は天延二年正月の「賀茂詣で」の次に位置させる本文整定案を試みた。 すなわち、ありたい本文の順序としては、天延元年十一月に「県ありき のところ」で出産があり、その祝いをする間に「十一月にもなって、十二月も過ぎ」、天延二年正月の賀茂神社に詣でた後、風邪を引き、寝込んでいるうちに「年頭の仏事の期間も過ぎた」という本文の順序になるのである。

밤 삽피의 페놀산 조성과 항산화 활성

밤 삽피의 천연 항산화제로서의 이용 가능성을 검토하기 위하여 밤 삽피로부터 유리형(EPA), 에스데르형(EPA), 결합형(BPA) 페놀산 획분을 분리하였다. 각 획분의 수율은 유리형 0.794%, 에스테르형 1.236%,결합형이 1.937%였으며 이중 페놀성 화합물의 함량은 에스테르형이 65.19%로 가장 높았다. Gas chromatography로 각 획분의 페놀산의 조성과 함량을 조사한 결과 유리형 획분에서 gallic acid(4.63%), ellagic acid(3.49%), salicylic acid(3.19%), gentisic acid(1.5%)가, 에스테르형 획분에서 gallic acid(13.4%), ellagic acid(11.6), protocatechuic acid(0.9%)가 주요 페놀산으로 확인 되었으며,결합형 획분에서는 gallic acid는 확인되지 않고 다른 획분에 비하여 sinapic acid(1.33%)가 높은 함량을 보였다. 이들 획분의 항산화성을 DPPH 라디칼 소거능, hydroxyl radical 소거능, 지질과산화물 생성 억제 시험으로 조사한 결과 유리형, 에스데르형, 결합형 획분의 순으로 항산화 활성이 우수한 것으로 조사되었다. Free, soluble esterified and insoluble bounded phenolic acids were separated from Eungi chestnut endoderm. The composition and contents of phenolic acid were analyzed by gas chromatography, and their antioxidant activity was examined by DPPH assay, 2-deoxyribose oxidation, and ferric thiocyanate method. Gallic, ellagic, salicylic, and gentisic acids in free phenolic acid fraction, gallic, ellagic, and protocatechuic acids in soluble esterified fraction, sianpic and gentisic acids were the major phenolic acids in insoluble bounded fraction. Marked differences were observed in the phenolic acid composition and contents among the fractions. Free phenolic acid fraction showed the strongest antioxidant activity. Results revealed chestnut endoderm could be a potential antioxidant source containing gallic and ellagic acids.
