        피막과 팽윤을 이용한 고분자 기질에서의 약물의 조절방출

        약물의 열적 불안정성과 용매와의 반응성을 피하기 위하여 고분자 기질을 팽윤시켜 약물을 봉입하는 방법을 고안하여 고분자 기질로 된 약제를 제조하였다. 고분자 기질은 hydrogel인 p-HEMA로 제조하여 모델약물인 citidine diphosphate coline(중추신경제)의 방출기전을 연구하였다. 또한 고분자사슬에 이온을 갖지 않는 p-HEMA와 음이온을 갖는 polyacrylate에 대해 pH에 따른 약물 방출기전의 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 p-HEMA는 팽윤이 일어남으로써 약물 방출곡선에 분계점이 나타났으며 polyacrylate는 음이온을 가짐으로써 pH에 따라 팽윤도가 변하였고 pH가 높을수록 팽윤도와 약물의 방출속도가 증가하였다. HEMA와 methlmethacrylate의 공중합체에 생체분해성 고분자인 polylactide로 코팅 막을 형성한 제형을 제시하였으며 이 시스템에서의 약물 방출기전 및 고분자 기질의 두께에 따른 변화를 고찰하였다. 이 제형은 생체분해성 막이 초기의 약물 방출속도를 억제함으로써 sustained release pattern을 유도하였다. In order to avoid a thermal instability and a reaction of drug with solvents, a method was devised to load a drug in a polymer matrix by swelling. Using p-HEMA hydrogel as polymer matrix, the release mechanism of a model drug, citidine diphosphate coline (CNS stimulant), was studied. Also analyzed was the difference in the pH-related release mechanism of p-HEMA which has a non-ionic polymer chain and polyacrylate which has negative ions on the polymer side chain. For p-HEMA, its break-point on the drug release curve occured due to swelling and degree of swelling did not change pH. On the other hand, swelling polyacrylate differed pH: the higher the pH, the higher the degree of swelling and faster the release rate. A formulation with a bioerodible coating membrane of polylactide was introduced to the co-polymer of HEMA and methylmethacrylate. The difference in the drug release mechanism and changes relative to the polymer thickness in this system was observed. The formulation allows the bioerodible membrane to suppress the initial rate of drug release mechanism, which led to the sustained release pattern.

The central districts redevelopment project must accompany a spill-over effect as an important point of the governments policy for urban Renewall.

        체험관광객(트라이투어슈머:Trytoursumer)의 관광 소셜미디어 채널 중요도 분석 연구

        This study is focused on analyzing the tourism social media channel importance of Trytoursumer. On the basis of previous studies, the factors were divided into tourism communication, tourism cooperation, tourism contents sharing, tourism entertainment. As a result of the empirical analysis using AHP, Analytic Hierarchy Process, tourism communication relatively appeared as the most important factor. And order showed that the high importance of such tourism content sharing, tourism entertainment, tourism cooperation. Also, there was the highest priority of social networking in the area of tourism communication among 14 types of total evaluation factors regarding priority, followed by social news in the area of tourism cooperation, and micro-blog in the area of tourism communication. Analysis result, may contribute to the increase of social media channels effectiveness and strategy of application in social media channel of Trytoursumer. 본 연구는 체험관광객의 관광 소셜미디어 채널의 중요도를 분석하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 관광 소셜미디어 채널의 요인을 관광커뮤니케이션 모델, 관광협업모델, 관광콘텐츠공유모델, 관광엔터테인먼트모델 등으로 분류하였다. 계층적 의사결정 방법인 AHP를 이용하여 실증 분석한 결과, 중요도의 측정결과로서 관광커뮤니케이션모델이 상대적으로 가장 주요한 요인으로 도출되었으며, 관광콘텐츠공유모델, 관광협업모델, 관광엔터테인먼트모델 등의 순으로 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 관광 소셜미디어 채널의 유형 14개의 전체평가요소 우선순위에서 관광커뮤니케이션영역의 소셜네트워킹의 중요도가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음으로 관광협업영역의 소셜뉴스, 관광커뮤니케이션영역의 마이크로블로그 등의 순으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 통해 체험관광객의 소셜미디어 채널 효율성 증대 및 활용 전략에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

      • 河陽 出土 先史 遺物

        Prehistoric remains such as the plain course pottery and the stone tool have been collected in Hayang, North Kyongsang Province and the most noteworthy among them are grooved stone adzes. They have been called the grooved stone axe so far, which seems to be the mistaken Japanese-styled archaeological term. The adze with groove has been considered a tool only for digging in the ground. But the grooved adzes found in Hayang could not be thought to be just such a digging tool, because the grooves have too inadequit conditions to be conjoined with the shaft and because the backs on which the grooves were made were polished like whetstone. The standing archaeological evidence does not tell when and with which tools the grooved stone adzes were replaced and finally perished. It is hope, therefore, that as soon as possible the habitation sites of the late plain course pottery period, which have the grooved tools, are to be excavated and how they were used is to be found.

        地區單位計劃의 實態分析을 통한 制度 運營에 관한 硏究 -서울시 운영방안을 중심으로-

        District Units Plan is becoming the main system of urban management in Seoul and its possibilities are expanding more. However, people do not understand its contribution to urban environment and management and management situation. This study is to arrange the process and change of existing Urban design and District planning generally and investigate and analyze the management condition of these two systems. In addition, after systematical analysis of the planning factors by selecting the site, problems and the complementary contents and management plan will be prepared to use as District Units Plan. Focusing on these objects, it is possible to classify the results of investigation and analysis into the management characteristic of urban units plan, the contents of plan, urban units plan by the type, development density, incentive and penalty and its summary is as following.Finally, in the case of the current incentive, it shall be prepared the general operation system of every incentive factor for reasonable operation of district units plan because most cases are set to lighten standard of the floor area ratio and heights. In addition, to maximize the use of the inventive application, it is necessary to impose the minus incentive (penalty) at the same time for increasing effectiveness of the plan and apply the penalty ratio as much as the incentive one. Moreover, it is important to supplement establishment of the maximum lot size, communal building, the change of zoning and direction of district units plan according to residents participation to be more realistic and effective method.
