This paper describes evaluation and monitoring methods of machining characteristics for developed micro grooving machine. Experiments were conducted under various process conditions such as spindle revolution speed, feed rates and depth of groove V and U shape of blade and STD11 were used in this experiment. The status of grooving was evaluated through analysis of the Acoustic emission (AE) signal resulted in each process condition. Based on the analysis, this paper examined the possibility of monitoring adapting fuzzy logic. In conclusion, this paper presented the possibility of monitoring in process adapting AE technology and appropriate micro grooving condition.

Purpose: Blepharoptosis can result from either congenital or acquired causes. Blow out fracture or facial bone fracture including blow out fracture can be one of the causes. Authors experienced 3 cases of severe blepharoptosis after blow out fracture treated only with observation after reduction of associated fracture. Methods: Reconstruction of orbital wall was conducted on all cases diagnosed as blow out fracture using 3 dimensional computed tomography, and conservative treatment was done on accompanying severe blepharoptosis. Results: At the time of injury, all cases showed severe blepharoptosis requiring frontalis muscle transfer for correction. But blepharoptosis was recovered in an average of 18 weeks without any surgical procedure except reconstruction of orbital wall. Conclusion: Once Blepharoptosis occurred after blow out fracture, thorough evaluation must be done at first. If definitive cause of blepahroptisis cannot be found as authors' cases, injury of oculomotor nerve may result in blepharoptosis. So, as for blepharoptosis after blow out fracture, conservative treatment following reconstruction of fractured orbital wall can be one of good management.

This paper presents a implementation of digital motion control system for mduction motor vector drives using the 16M DSP TMS320F240. The DSP controller enable enhanced real time algorithm and cost-effective design of intelligent controllers for induction motors which can be Yield enhanced operation, fewer system components, lower system cost, Increased efficiency and high performance. The system presented are speed and current sensing, sine look-up table and generated SVPWM by fully integrated control software. The developed system in a Implementation are shown a good speed response characteristics results and high performance features The system can be adapted variform motor drive system.

This paper presents an implementation of digital motion control system of Induction Motor(IM) vector drives with a direct torque control(DTC) using the 32bit DSP TMS320C31 The DSP controller enable enhanced real time algorithm and cost-effective design of intelligent control for motors which can be yield enhanced operation, fewer system components, lower system cost, increased efficiency and high performance. The system presented are stator flux and torque observer of stator flux feedback model that inputs are current and voltage sensing of motor terminal and rotor angle for a low speed operating area, two hysteresis band controllers, an optimal switching look-up table, and IGBT voltage source inverter by using fully integrated control software. The developed control system are shown a good speed control response characteristic results and high performance features in general purposed 2.2[kW] machine. The system can be adapted variform motor drive system.

본 연구에서는 경사진 출구부를 가진 유체진동기의 새로운 형상을 제안하였다. 이 진동기의 우수성을 입증하기 위해 진동수, 분사각, 최대 속도비 및 압력 강하 등의 성능을 수치적으로 평가하였다. 성능 평가를 위하여 진동기의 출구 높이와 출구부의 경사가 시작되는 위치를 변수로 하여 매개변수 연구를 수행하였다. 유동해석은 3차원 비정상 레이놀즈 평균 Navier-Stokes 방정식과 SST 난류 모델을 사용하여 수행하였다. 연구 결과 모든 경우에서 경사진 출구부는 유체진동기의 성능을 큰 압력강하의 증가 없이 전반적으로 향상시켰으며, 출구 노즐 높이가 작아지고 경사가 일찍 시작될수록 성능이 향상되었으나 출구 높이가 성능에 보다 더 민감한 영향을 미쳤다. This study proposes a novel fluidic oscillator shape with a tapered outlet. To prove the performance of the proposed oscillator, the performance parameters, such as jet frequency, jetting angle, peak velocity ratio, and pressure drop, were numerically evaluated. For the performance evaluation, a parametric study using the height of the outlet nozzle and the location where the taper starts was performed. The flow analysis was conducted using three-dimensional unsteady Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations with SST turbulence model. The results showed that the tapered outlet improved overall overall performance of the fluidic oscillator without a large increase in the pressure drop. As the height of the outlet nozzle or the taper location decreased, the performance improved, but the performance showed higher sensitivity to the height.
