        EBPR 공정내 저장 미생물을 이용한 유입수 분율 분석능 평가

        In conventional activated sludge process, COD fractions in wastewater are important parameters, significantly. Depending on characteristics of influent COD fractionation, activated sludge process requires a major change of a process operation to ensure meeting a stricter standards. In order to validate and evaluate the accuracy of the traditional COD fractionation methodologies, readily and slowly biodegradable COD was mixed using glucose and peptone as a sole carbon source in a synthetic wastewater, respectively. In this research, prediction of the COD fraction was made using the OUR(Oxygen Utilization Rate) and the NUR(Nitrate Utilization Rate) experiments. The result showed that COD fractions calculated by OUR experiment were similar to the composition of synthetic wastewater. On the other hand, it was found that an error was generated during the NUR experiment. This error was due to the intracellular storage period for storage microorganisms such as PAOs, and the error in COD fraction was observed about 8-14 % in terms of Total COD. 일반 활성슬러지 공정에서 유입수의 COD 분율은 매우 중요한 인자이다. 강화된 수질기준의 준수를 위해서는 유입수내 COD 분율화에 기초한 활성슬러지 공정의 주요 운영조건 변화가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 이분해성 COD와 천천히 분해되는 COD의 대표 구성물질로써 글루코스와 펩톤을 이용하여 기지농도의 합성폐수를 조제하였으며, 산소이용율(OUR)과 질산성질소 이용율(NUR)을 이용하여 기지의 농도로 제조된 합성폐수에 대해 기존 COD 분율화 방법활용시 결과예측의 정확성 검증과 평가에 관한 실험을 수행하였다. OUR 실험의 경우, 기지의 농도로 제조된 합성폐수와 일치되는 결과를 얻을 수 있었으나 NUR 실험의 경우, 유입수 분율화에 오차가 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 오차는 인축적 미생물(PAOs)와 같은 저장 미생물의 내부저장기작에 의한 결과로써 유입수 분율화에 최대 8-14 %의 오차를 유발하는 것으로 나타났다.

        Korean society is rapidly changing into the multicultural society. Especially, due to explosive increase of the international marriage, multicultural families are on the rise as a big social issue. Korean society need to accept the married immigrant women and their children as new Korean citizens in order to prevent future possible conflicts and make Korean society more dynamic and creative society. Multicultural families members are confronted with many kinds of difficulties such as communication, education, economic situation, getting a jop etc. Among them, the ability of Korean language is crucial and indispensible for their legal status and their life in Korean society. However, Korean language service should not be abused as a way to force them to throw up their culture and assimilate them into Korean traditional culture. As they should learn Korean language, we need to try to understand their culture and cultural diversity should be respected. Recently, the Korean language programs focuses on the immigrant wives rather than foreign workers. However, the Korean language programs have many limitations in terms of quality and quantity. The intensive and systematic programs such as specialized textbook, development of Korean language curriculum according to the countries of immigrants, are necessary.

        The educational activities in the whole field of the fine arts in primary school are hampered by the teachers' lack of understanding, their arbitrary instruction, their lack of elementary techniques, the unpreparedness of educational instruments, and the general tendency of giving the first consideration to learning know-how. Primary school children should cultivate the ability to envision and embody their own ideas of art objects and theability to appreciate the works of art, and should be active in their class of the fine arts. But as the reality is just the opposite, school children fail to develop their own aesthetic emotion and creative talent. Accordingly their feel little or no interest in making or improving an aesthetic atmosphere in their daily life. The points at issue are summarized as follows: 1. The teachers in active service are in want of the understanding of and the enthusiaasm for the fine arts. 2. The teachers go astray from the guiding lines of every field of the fine arts and give their own arbitrary instruction. 3. The school children are wanting in the elementary techniques because they have never been given the moulding lesson since they entered school. 4. The facilities are not enough for the educational activities in every field of the fine arts. 5. The tendency of giving the first consideration to knowledge and good marks is prevailing. 6. The special aspects of the fine arts being forth the difficulties in the art teaching method. 7. The teachers do not fnlly understand the school children's moulding impulse and the stages of their mental development. 8. The school children do not have the opprtunities for creative expression because they continue to copy a model work of art. 9. A bad influence arises from the special instruction for some selected children with a view to achieve good results for external publicity. 10. The children are in want of the instruments for learning the fine arts. The ability to express one's idea creatively with confidence, the interest in moulding, and the appreciation of art should be improved through training in daily life the interesting, fundamental, and easy techniques, and appreciating actively many works of art.
