일제하 항일운동 배경으로서의 단군의 위상

In addition, the background of the armed struggle of DAEJONGGYO, based on ‘敎學一如(the religion and school is one)’and to sustain the spirit of ‘軍敎一致(the military and religion is one)’, of course, from the background and activities of the Provisional Government,even the spirit of DANGUN had been in hiding. This DANGUN-faith oriented point of the philosophical attributes of love itself, ‘You and I’ and not ‘our’ life-oriented and effective, ‘a closed society’ beyond the ‘open society’ is to promote, ‘alone worth living’ and not ‘worth living together’and in that connection, I’ve found in the The people talk of the possibility of the world’s liberal interpretation would also remained open. 우리 민족사에 있어 단군은 민족 구난의 상징적 존재였다. 단군구국론이란 바로 이러한 의식을 통해 민족의 위난을 극복코자 했던 우리의 정서를 말한다. 단군이라는 정신가치가 우리 민족 현대사 미친영향은 크다. 정치ㆍ경제ㆍ사회ㆍ문화 등 민족사회 전반에 혁명적인변화를 가져왔기 때문이다. 물론 이와 같은 단기간의 혁명적 영향력의* (사)국학연구소 연구원132 仙道文化 제 10 권뒤에는, 대종교가 갑자기 만들어진 것이 아니라 우리 민족사의 바닥에 연면히 흘러온 단군신앙의 현대적 부활체로써, 당시대의 많은 지식인들이 대종교를 신앙 또는 국조숭배를 통한 국교적(國敎的) 정서로 인식했던 것과 관련이 있다. 단군정신의 항일투쟁 무력적인 측면이나 문화적인 측면, 그리고사상적 측면 등 다양하게 나타나지만, 그 정신적 배경은 역시 단군으로 일치된다. 즉 대종교의 중광을 통한 단군신앙의 부활은 민족의 성지인 배달국토를 되찾아야 한다는 주권적 명분과 함께, 배달국이상향 건설이라는 종교적 명분이 동시에 작용했던 것이다. 주시경 등으로 대표되는 한글운동의 배경이나, 김교헌 등의 민족주의사학의 바탕, 그리고 신규식 등의 활동으로 만들어지는 사상투쟁의 토대에는 단군이라는 정신적 배경이 굳게 자리하고 있었다. 또한 북로군정서 등의 대종교 무력투쟁의 배경에도 교학일여(敎學一如)를 통한 군교일치(軍敎一致)의 정신이 지탱하고 있었음은 물론, 임시정부 태동의 배경이나 활동에서도 단군의 정신 깊숙이 숨쉬고 있었다. 일제시기 민족운동의 정신적 배경으로 대종교를 일으킨 나철 등의지도층의 영향력은 실로 지대했다. 그것은 그들이 단군정신 상징하는 인물들로서, 수많은 교도들을 거느리고 그들 스스로가 개인의 영달과 명예를 뒤로한 채 멸사봉공(滅私奉公)을 통한 살신성인의 길을기꺼이 걸어갔기 때문이다. 특히 이러한 정신을 통한 항일투쟁의 과정에서 종교나 이념을 초월하여 단군정신으로 합심하였다는 것은, 우리 민족의 역사적 경험이 일깨우는 바와 같이, 우리에게 있어 단군의 상징적 의미가 무엇이라는 것을 분명히 가르쳐준 교훈이었다. 한편 투쟁의 질적(質的)인면에서도 단순한 증오와 구축을 위한 싸움이 아니라, 철학이 있는 싸움ㆍ정사(正邪)를 구별하는 싸움을 가능케 한 것도 바로 단군정신이다. 일제하 항일운동 배경으로서의 단군의 위상ㆍ김동환 133이것은 단군정신의 궁극적 지향점인 홍익인간이라는 철학적 속성자체가 ‘너와 나’가 아닌 ‘우리’를 지향하는 삶이요, ‘닫힌 사회’를 넘어 ‘열린 사회’를 도모하는 것이며, ‘끼리만 사는 가치’가 아닌 ‘더불어 사는 가치’와 연결된다는 점에서, 근자에 회자되는 민족에 대한세계주의적 해석의 가능성도 열어두었던 것이다.

極元哲學에 나타나는 韓國的 思惟

So systematic approach of the GEUKWON(極元)-Philosophy, the next task meaning in the Korean philosophy. 소래 김중건은 일제 식민지치하라는 역사가 만들어 낸 비운의 이상주의자다. 일찍이 한학을 익혀 서당을 운영했고, 신학문에 눈을 뜬후에는 국내와 만주를 무대로 수많은 학교를 세워 신교육에 헌신했다. 1909년 천도교에 입교하여 그의 사상적 포부를 바탕으로 조국독립을 꾀하려 했으나, 기존의 천도교단을 통한 독립운동에 크게 낙담을 했다. 그리고 고향으로 낙향한 뒤 독자적인 우주관을 정립하고 천도교 교단의 개혁을 촉구하는 등, 진보적 외침을 토해냈지만, 오히려이로 인해 출교를 당했다. 그 후 김중건은 잡지를 발행하여 사상계몽과 독립의식을 고취시키다 일제에 체포되는 등의 우여곡절을 겪었고, 북만주의 황무지 지역에 어복촌을 건설하여 공동 생산과 공동 분배가 이루어지는 이상적농촌공동체를 세우기도 했다. 이 어복촌의 공동체에서는 평소 교육과 군사 훈련이 동시에 이루어졌기 때문에, 만주사변 이후 부대를 일으켜 일본군과 전투를 벌이기도 했다. 이러한 역정에서 만들어진 철학이 극원철학이다. 주인이 주인 노릇을 할 때 사람이 곧 하늘이요하늘이 곧 사람이 된다고 외쳤던 그는, 한국적 사유관념이 녹아있는우주관·절대자관·인간관·세계관 등을 극원철학 속에 폭넓게 나타냈다. 우선 종교적인 교(敎)가 아닌 법(法)이나 도(道)를 강조하면서, 이론적·수리적 원종교(元宗敎)를 내세웠던 김중건의 자취에서 하느님관념이 확연 드러난다. 또한 그가 세운 원종교(元宗敎)의 원종(元宗)이 우리 전래의 종사상(倧思想)과도 밀접하다는 것도 확인할 수 있다. 한편 원·방·각 관념이 극원철학의 한 부분에 짙게 드러나고 있는데, 하늘·땅·사람에 연결시켜 설명한 김중건의 여러 내용에서그러한 사고가 그대로 투영된다. 더불어 그는 극원철학의 핵심 가운데 하나인 ‘원(元)’을 조물주의 개념으로 인식하였고, 하늘이란 땅과사람과 더불어 천·지·인 삼재(三才)의 권능으로 인식하였다. 또한인간의 문제 역시 3수의 논리로 파악했으며, 이러한 3의 수리가 곧‘1·3·3·1[一而分三 會三歸一]’의 원리로 운용됨을 피력했다.

Warrant란 소유자에게 일변회사채의 권리에 일정한 기간내에 일정한 가격으로 정해진 수의 발행회사 주식을 매일할수 있는 권리인 신주인수권을 함계 부여한 사채로서 금융파생상품의 하나이다. Warrant는 콜옵션과 동일한 성격을 가지면서도 투자자가 아니라 기업을 의해서 발행된다는 점이 콜옵션과 상이하다. 이러한 Warrant의 특징은 특히 매당(dividend)을 지급하는 경우 블랙·숄즈 옵션가격 모형으로 평가하는데 문제가 있다. 또한 신주인수권의 행사는 발행주식의 수를 증가시킴으로써 기업의 자산과 이익이 희석화(dilutiom) 된다. 본 연구는 OPM 대신에, 다변량 분석기법중의 하나인 다중희귀 분석을 통하여 Warrant가격에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수를 분석함으로써 Warrant 가격결정 문제를 해겨라고자 한다, 이를 위하여 1995년과 1996년의 일본동경주식시장의 300여개 Warrant 자료를 토대로 실증분석 함으로써 Warrant 가격결정 주요변수와 Warrant 가격 예측 모형을 검토하였다. Warrants are often described as cal! potions written by firms on their own stock. Howerer, a call option is a pure side bet: he., none of the Cash flows associated with the call's sale or exercise involve's the firm. Issuing warrants on the other hand. can affect the firm's aggregate level of investment. composition of its capital structure. and the price of the stock on which warrant can be exercised. The problem of the warrant pricing can be solved by using of multivariate data analysis techniques, such as regression analysis or discriminant analysis, instead of OPM, The value of this approach is that we can evlauate the relative importance of each independent variable which affect a price of a warrant. This study empirically examines the Japanese warrant pricing by multiple regression analysis using a sample of 300 observations traded on Tokyo Stock Exchange during the periods between 1995 and 1996.

루터 칭의론의 재고찰 - ‘ Sola’라는 용어의 적합성을 중심으로

This essay is an attempt to pursue a different understanding from this evaluation concerning Luther. In other words, this essay assumes that Luther’s doctrine of justification is too much coloured by word of ‘sola’ and it must therefore be understood by more inclusive perspective. In this process, we can see that Luther’s doctrine of justification has nothing to do with ‘quietist,’ or ‘anti-moralist.’ For this, the present author would first of all like to pay attention to the development of Luther’s concept of faith. Luther’s faith was not fixed or static but developed continuously. His concept of faith which was decorated by the word of ‘sola’ and included a pessimistic tendency concerning human role in justification was also a process in the development, and it developed more comprehensively and more profoundly in his later period. Furthermore, the present author would try to reconstruct the meaning of Luther’s unique word of ‘sola’ by reviewing his concept of faith through the ‘coincidence of opposites.’ 루터의 이신칭의론은 새로운 것이 아니다. 바울-어거스틴-중세 가톨릭으로 이어지는 기독교 주류는 항상 ‘의인은 믿음으로 말미암는다’는 공식에서 벗어난 적이 없다. 이런 면에서 루터의 신학은 특별할 것이 없다. 그러나 그의 신학은 이전의 신학과 분명 구분되기도하는데, 그것은 바로 그 이전의 기독교 역사가 견지해 왔던 ‘믿음으로’(by faith)라는 용어에 ‘오직’(alone)이라는 수식어를 덧붙인 사실 때문이다. 라틴어의 ‘sola’에 해당되는 이 한 단어는 루터의 신학을 그이전의 신학과 구분짓는 결정적 방향타의 역할을 하고 있는 셈이다. 그러나 이 ‘오직’이라는 단어는 루터를 기존 기독교적 전통과 구분짓는 역할을 하는 동시에 이 단어 때문에 루터 자신의 신학은 상당한 오해를 피할 수 없게 된 것도 사실이다. 무엇보다도 ‘구원에 있어서 행위의 역할 문제’와 결부되면서 루터의 신학은 ‘탈행위주의’ ‘정숙주의’ 등의 비난에 직면하게 된다. 본고는 이런 루터의 평가에대해 다른 이해를 추구하기 위한 한 시도이다. 본 연구자는 루터의‘오직’이라는 수식적 언사는 ‘탈 행위주의’ ‘정숙주의’와 관계가 없다는 점, 그리고 그의 신학에는 풍부한 성화론이 내포되어 있으나 제대로 평가되고 있지 못하고 있다는 사실을 밝히려 한다. 이것은 루터의 ‘신앙’ 개념이 어떻게 변천해 왔는가, 그리고 이런 변천과정을해명할 수 있는 핵심적 키워드라 할 수 있는 그의 특징적인 신학적방법론을 살펴보는 과정을 통해 자연스럽게 이루어질 것이다.

체육수업 팀 정체성 척도 개발 및 타당화

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a measure of team identity in physical education class. Method: To develop a measure of team identity in physical education class, the research was conducted by dividing it into the scale development stage and the validity stage. In the scale development stage the results to review domestic and international group identity measurements showed that Cameron (2004)’s Three-Factor Model of Social Identity is best suited for physical education classes. Therefore, The scale of Cameron (2004) was modified to suit the team activities of the physical education class. In addition, 14 additional questions considering the characteristics of physical education classes were developed, and a preliminary measure of three factors of 30 questions was developed. The final preliminary measures were conducted by receiving responses from 1,269 middle and high school students to analyze the validity of the scale. Results: The validity of the developed scale was studied by dividing it into internal structure analysis and external relationship analysis. As a result of conducting an exploratory factor analysis on the preliminary measures, 16 questions of the three factors were confirmed. A confirmatory factor analysis resulted in satisfactory. RMSEA, TLI and AVE of team sports activities were significantly higher than those of individual sports and other activities after school. The higher the team entitativity was, the higher the score of team tie, team affection, & team centrality was. The results showed that team tie and team centrality significantly predicted team entitativity. These results indicated that Team Identity Scale for the Physical Education Class (TISPEC) developed in this study was valid. The selection and interpretation of the lower factors in scale development, the utilization of methods, and expected effects for future research as an educational meaning were discussed. Conclusion: Team identity scale for physical education class developed in this study is the validity.

○ 산지유통정책은 유통시설지원, 산지유통조직지원, 브랜드지원 등 세 가지 지원시책으로 되어 있으나, 산지유통시설(APC)은 가동률이 낮아 적자를 면치 못하고, 산지유통조직은 전문경영체가 되지 못한 채 형식적 모양에 그치고, 브랜드는 소비자에게 가치를 인정받지 못하고 있는 경우가 많다. ○ 농협은 지역조합의 공동판매조직인 「연합마케팅사업」과 공동출자 유통법인인 「조합공동사업법인」 육성사업을 추진하고 있으나 아직 사업모델이 정립되지 못하여 중앙회의 적자보전에 의존하는 경우가 많다. ○ 이 같은 문제는 첫째, 세 가지 시책의 연관관계가 불명확한 채 각각의 계획에 따라 추진되는데 있으므로 세 가지 시책을 통합하여 유통시설지원사업과 브랜드육성사업은 산지유통조직육성 사업의 일환으로 추진되도록 해야 한다. ○ 원물을 조달할 수 있는 조직이 없는 시설투자는 가동률이 낮을 수밖에 없고, 품질관리를 할 수 있는 체계가 갖추어지지 않은 브랜드는 소비자 가치를 발휘할 수 없다. ○ 따라서 유통조직육성이 선행되어 유통전문조직에 의해 시설투자가 이루어지고 브랜드화가 추진되도록 일관성 있게 지원하여 신지유통조직이 시설과 브랜드의 주체가 되도록 해야 한다. ○ 또한 수급안정사업자금과 유통활성화자금을 통합하여 가격하락으로 계약재배에서 손실을 보는 유통조직에 손실을 보전함으로서 조직화와 계약재배의 유인이 되도록 해야 한다. ○ 둘째, 조합원의 출자액과 출하실적에 따라 의결권을 차등화 하고, 유통시설투자에 참여한 회원에게만 출하권을 부여할 뿐만 아니라 엄격한 출하계약을 체결하고 이행을 강제토록 해야 한다. ○ 또한 조합공동사업법인도 참여 조합의 출자액과 이용량에 따라 의결권에 차등을 두도록 지배구조를 개선하고 전문경영인의 결정권을 확대하는 방향으로 개편되어야 한다.
