        터널 버력처리 공정의 시뮬레이션 적용성에 관한 연구

        시뮬레이션은 건설관리를 위한 도구로써 많은 잠재력을 가지고 있으나, 국내의 경우 대단히 제한된 범위에서 마이크로 프로세스의 공정 평가에 적용을 시도하고 있는 단계에 있다. 시뮬레이션을 건설 공정에 적용하기 위해서는 현장 특성을 반영한 입력 데이터 수집과 모델 구축에 상당한 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션 모델 구축을 위한 장비 운영 데이터 활용과 시뮬레이션 모델 구축 방법론을 소개하고, 현장 측정 데이터와의 검증을 수행하였다. 그리고 버력 처리 시스템의 전체 운행 주기(Cycle Times)를 결정하는 주요 요인을 분석하고 장비운영 계획을 수립하기 위한 시뮬레이션 활용 방안을 제시하였다. Simulation has considerable potential as the tool of construction management, but in the case of domestic, it is at an early stage applying simulation to micro-process assesment. For applying simulation to the construction process, much effort is needed to collect input data and to build the model including the characteristics of site. This study introduces the methodology to collect operation data of construction equipment and build the simulation model, then verifies the model with the operation data. In addition, this study identifies main factors to determine the cycle time of the muck hauling system so that it suggests the method of construction process planning through operation and combination of construction equipments.

        편석법에 의한 Al 정련시 불순물농도의 정량적계산에 관한 연구

        N/A The effect of forced convention on the solute redistribution of the Al ingot was studied quantitatively in an effort to fabricate high purity aluminum using a segregation method. Based on the experimental results, the solute concentration in the solid phase tended to decrease at the early state of solidification, and then increased gradually as solidification proceeded. Fe and Si concentrations decreased as growth rate decreased and as revolution speed increased. The solute redistribution obtained from the BPS model incorporated with the tangential flow component as well as the axial flow component within the melt, agreed well with the measurements.

      • 뇌경색 환자의 경동맥 초음파 검사와 한방 중풍 변증과의 관련성 연구

        ■ Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of The Korean Standard Pattern Identification for Stroke and Intima-Media Thickness of common carotid artery(CCA-IMT). ■ Methods 100 subjects with acute ischemic stroke were recruited from the patients admitted to DongEui Medical Center from the June 2011 to January 2014. We assessed 100 patient's Common Carotid Intima Media Thickness data by B Mode ultrasonography. We investigated pattern identification of all subjects based on Korean Standard Pattern Identification for Stroke-III. then, We analyzed their characteristics, risk factor, blood test result, life style. ■ Results We analyzed indicators of Korean Standard Pattern Identification for Stroke-III by Common Carotid Intima Media Thickness difference. As a result, pale complexion, look powerless, drowsiness like to lie, heat vexation and aversion to heat were significantly higher in the CCAIMT ≧ 1.0mm group then in the CCA-IMT < 1.0mm group. ■ Conclusion According to the analysis, the Relationship between Carotid Intima-Media Thickness and The Korean Standard Pattern Identification for Stroke in Ischemic Stroke Patients were founded. To acquire more concrete conclusion on this theme, we need more research.

        불안 관련 장애의 신경생물학적 이해

        Anxiety disorders are characterized by dysregulation of neuroendocrine, neurotransmitter and neuroanatomical functions. Substantial advances in research method offered new insights into the neurobiologic mechanisms in anxiety disorders. Advances in molecular biology have enabled illumination of hormone and neurotransmitters that have important roles in anxiety. The neuroanatomic circuits related to anxiety are also being elucidated by improvements in neuroimaging technology such as structural and functional magnetic resonance imaging. This article reviews the research data in relation to the neurobiology underlying fear and pathologic anxiety and discusses their implications for development of biological treatments for anxiety disorders.

        냉연 표면흠 검사 알고리듬 개발에 관한 연구

        In this paper we suggest a development of surface defect inspection algorithms for cold mill strip. The defects which exist in a surface of cold mill strip have a scattering or singular distribution. This paper consists of preprocessing, feature extraction and defect classification. By preprocessing, the binarized defect image is achieved. In this procedure, Top-hit transform, adaptive thresholding, thinning and noise rejection are used. Especially, Top-hit transform using local min/max operation diminishes the effect of bad lighting. In feature extraction, geometric, moment and co-occurrence matrix features are calculated. For the defect classification, multilayer neural network is used. The proposed algorithm showed 15% error rate.

        상관계수와 하프변환을 이용한 차량번호판 자동인식

        This paper presents the automatic recognition algorithm of the license number in on vehicle image. The proposed algorithm uses the correlation coefficient and Hough transform to detect license plate. The m/n ratio reduction is performed to save time and memory. By the correlation coefficient between the standard pattern and the target pattern, licence plate area is roughly extracted. On the extracted local area, preprocessing and binarization is performed. The Hough transform is applied to find the extract outline of the plate. If the detection fails, a smaller or a larger standard pattern is used to compute the correlation coefficient. Through this process, the license plate of different size can be extracted. Two algorithms to each separate number are proposed. One segments each number with projection-histogram, and the other segments each number with the label. After each character is separated, it is recognized by the neural network. This research overlomes the problems in conventional methods, such as the time requirement or failure in extraction of outlines which are due to the processing of the entire image, and by processing in real time, the practical application is possible.

        나비모양 망막이상증의 빛간섭단층촬영 소견 1예

        Purpose: The butterfly-shaped pigment dystrophy is an extremely rare autosomal dominant retinal disorder. The authors present a case of butterfly-shaped pigment dsytrophy not reported previously in Korea. Case summary: A 45-year-old man had bilateral blurred vision for 2 years. His visual acuity was 0.2 in the right eye, and 0.3 in the left and was uncorrected. Funduscopically, yellow pigment deposits were present at the level of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) in the central macula of both eyes. Fluorescein angiography (FA) revealed a central, dark, butterfly- shaped lesion surrounded by a region of hyperfluorescence, Spectral domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) showed thick elevation of the RPE with hyperreflectivity and disruption of the inner and outer segment (IS/OS) interface of the photoreceptors. The patient had normal color vision, visual field and electroretinograms and reduced electrooculograms. Conclusions: In general, butterfly-shaped pigment dystrophy is known to have good visual prognosis. However, in some cases the disease can be a chronic progressive disorder with secondary involvement of the photoreceptors, as exemplified this patient. The authors anticipate more detail regarding the natural course of this disease will be obtained through spectral domain OCT.

        초기 성 학대 경험이 있는 여성 공황장애 환자의 임상적 특성

        Objectives The objective of this study is to investigate differences of clinical characteristics between a healthy female control group and female panic disorder (PD) patients with early sexual abuse history (PD+S) and without early sexual abuse history (PD-S). Methods We examined data from 83 patients diagnosed with PD and 20 healthy control subjects. We divided the patients with PD into PD+S (32 patients) and PD-S (51 patients) to compare demographic and clinical characteristics. The following instruments were applied: the Stress coping strategies, the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), the Panic Disorder Severity Scale, the Anxiety Sensitivity Index-Revised (ASI-R), the Albany Panic and Phobia Questionnaire (APPQ) and the NEO-neuroticism. Results Compared to the PD-S, the PD+S group showed higher scores in neuroticism and the APPQ. And, in the PD+S group, the scores of neuroticism were correlated with the ASI-R and APPQ subscale scores and the APPQ total scores were associated with the scores of BDI. Conclusions This study shows that female PD+S patients have higher scores in neuroticism and the APPQ than the PD-S group, and these factors are associated with the panic-related symptoms severity. It emphasizes the need of specific strategies considering the childhood abuse history such as early sexual abuse in clinical approach among patients with PD.

        안과적 이상을 동반한 DiGeorge 증후군 1예

        Purpose: DiGeorge syndrome (chromosome 22q11.2 deletion syndrome) is a syndrome of multiple congenital anomalies characterized by hypoplasia or aplasia of the thymus and parathyroid, cardiovascular malformation, immune deficiency, cleft palate, characteristic facial features, and hypocalcemia. Ocular findings of DiGeorge syndrome are posterior embryotoxon, retinal vascular tortuosity, strabismus, ptosis, amblyopia and tilted optic disc. The authors present a case of DiGeorge syndrome with ocular manifestation not reported previously in Korea. Case summary: A six-year old female diagnosed with DiGeorge syndrome was referred to the authors’ department within the hospital. The chief complaint was blurring vision in both eyes. Best corrected visual acuity of the right eye was 0.5 and of the left eye was 0.63. Cycloplegic refraction revealed high hyperopia and astigmatism in both eyes (OD: +7.25 Dsph; -2.5 Dcyl axis 180°, OS: +6.25 Dsph; -3.75 Dcyl axis 180°). In addition, hypertelorism, ptosis and tortuous retinal vessels during fundus examination were noted. Conclusions: Upon the initial diagnosis of DiGeorge syndrome in children, a comprehensive ocular examination is necessary because other ocular conditions may exist which can affect the visual development of the patient.
