하악골 골절 환자의 악간고정기간에 따른 하악운동에 관한 임상적 연구 : 과두골절을 중심으로

The incidence of oral and maxillofacial injuries has been increased. Mandible fracture is one of the common facial injuries and its proper treatment is not simple. Improperly treated mandible fractures might result in severe complications such as opening restriction, masticatory problems, malocclusion.... etc. Especially mandibular condyle fractures might evoke many complicated problems in relation to mandibular movement. So, many authorities have studied condylar trauma from various aspects of view. This study was done for the clarification of the mandibular movement after mandible fractures according to intermaxillary fixation periods. I studied 30 condyle fractured patients and 30 noncondyle fractured patients in whom some time(6months-2years) have passed since operation. "Sirognathograph" was used for the registration of the post-operative mandibular movement. The obtained results were as follows ; 1. Non-condyle fractured patients had better results than condyle fractured patients in post-trauamtic mandibular movement. 2. Intermaxillary fixation periods do not have significant influence for the post-traumatic mandibular movement.

We have studied the effect of the hydrogen ion doping on the free surface of back channel etched a Si:H TFTs. The hydrogen ion doping on the back channel etched TFT reduces the off-state photo leakage current by one order of magnitude. The reduction of the photo-leakage current is due to the creation of defect states at the free surface by hydrogen ion doping. After hydrogen ion doping on the free surface, the field effect mobility change little, but the threshold voltage increases, which is due to the state creation in a-Si:H by ionized H ions. Furthermore, the off-state leakage current under frontlight illumination can be reduced by 2 orders magnitude by hydrogen ion doping on the back channel of a Si:H TFT.

Electronic commerce (EC) is now the preeminent driver of economic growth and social change. Information technologies such as the Internet and telecommunication are one of the major enablers in the shaping process of global electronic commerce. That is, current electronic commerce technologies provide effective searches, payment, security and privacy, increasing networkability between products, services and processes, reducing transaction costs, interacting with a global range of customers and business partners, and increasing competitiveness.* Professor, Division of Information Management, Tongmyung University of Information Technology The objective of this study is to develop a model for classifying electronic commerce technologies and to analyze the level of each EC technology that is closely related to e-business. That is, a classification model for EC technologies consists of three categories: basic technology, base technology, and application technology. This can play a role as a model in comparing the relative importance of each electronic commerce technology, and in classifying EC technologies into three hierarchical categories. Based on the EC technology classification model, we have analyzed the technology life-cycle, the technology level of Korea, the applicability of EC technology, economic efficiency of the technology, the urgency level of the technology development, and the development strategy of EC technologies. This study is the first attempt to classify electronic commerce technologies and analyze them according to the technology life cycle. Thus, this research will act as a trigger in facilitating the diffusion of electronic commerce in Korea. The results of this paper can be used as basic materials in establishing EC technology policy at the national level. A business firm can consider research findings of this study in planning for EC technology adoption and development. Sterilization is an important factor in reprocessing of drained nutrient solution (RDN). To evaluate the suitabilityof ozone microbubble for RDN in protected horticulture and plant factory, strong fungicidal activity of ozoneand microbubble were applied. This experiment was taken advantage of ozonated water (OW) and ozone gas (OG). The Fusarium oxysporum (FO), Phytophthora capsici (PC) and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (CG) were treatedwith OW 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 ppm and OG 3.0 g·h−1 for 0, 30, 60, 120 and 180 sec. Results of this experiment can besummed up as follows : In the OW, FO was sterilized by 0.5 ppm in 60 sec and PC was sterilized by 2.0 ppm in30 sec. In the OG, FO and PC both of them were sterilized in 180 sec. However, CG was not sterilized using OWand OG. Overall, ozone microbubble showed possibility of sterilization in RDN. However, CG is required to moreozone concentration and processing time. 본 연구는 살균 소독제로 오존을 이용하고. 살균효과를 극대화 할 수 있는 방식으로 마이크로버블 장치에오존을 공급하여 배양액 재처리 기술을 위한 오존 마이크로버블의 살균효과를 구명하고자 실시하였으며 결과를요약하면 다음과 같다. 마이크로버블 장치의 성능에서 압력 3.5kgf·cm−2에서평균입경은 27.42μm로 측정되었고 마이크로버블의 발생량은 당 평균 12만개로 나타났으며, 적정 오존 발생량은3g·h−1일 때 오존농도는 2ppm, 배출 오존농도는0.06ppm에 도달하는 것으로 나타났다. 병원균 살균효과는 오존수의 경우 FO, PC 와 CG 모두 오존농도 0.5ppm, 처리시간 30초만으로도 현저한 감소를 보였다. FO는 오존농도 0.5ppm, 처리시간 60초 이내에서 멸균되었고, PC는 오존농도 2.0ppm, 처리시간30초 이내에서 멸균되었으나, CG의 경우 2.0ppm 이상의 오존수를 처리하여야 할 것으로 판단되었다. 오존가스의 경우 처리시간 120초 이내에서 현저한 감소를 보였으며, FO와 PC는 처리시간 180초 이내에서 멸균되었고, CG의 경우 180초 이상 오존가스를 처리하여야 할것으로 판단되었다.
