        패션내의류 시장의 포지셔닝 전략에 관한 연구

        This study is to develope positioning strategy of fashion underwear market through the perceptual map which can analyze the psychological positioning of the existing fashion underwear brand. A positive study has been made on 176 women in their teens and twenties who live in the Seoul area through questionaire. The collected data was analyzed with Multidimensional Scaling Method, Conjoint Analysis and Cluster Analysis and so on. The results of analyzing the competitive relationships for attributes and the ideal points are as follows: The consumers groups are divided into three market segments on the basis of the ideal points about fashion underwear attributes. 「Calvin Klein」evaluated excellent in design and color, brand and function attributes, and also appealed well to the segment market 2. 「Calvin Klein」 has good positioning at the fashion underwear market, and as well as the possibility of growth. 「Body Guard」 appealed well in segment market 1 which highly valued the material and price attributes and 「Body Guard」 competes with 「Benetton Undercolor」 in this market. 「Hunt Innerwear」 has possibilitiy to be appealed in segment market 3. Finally, it is necessary for each fashion underwear company to analyze and develope the segment market 3. Each company has to develope the brand that can appeal in the segment market 3 in which function was highly valued, and has better to make strategies that develope more functional products like sports underwear, bodysuit and bodywear and so on.

      • 장신구로서의 Hair Pipe에 관한 연구 : Plains 및 Woodland 인디언 부족을 중심으로

        The ornament of basic hollow cylindrical shape known as hair pipe of late colonial period was used by many Woodlands and Plains Indians. Hair Pipes were used in making earnings, necklaces, hair pendants, chokers and breast plates. Originally of native manufacture, hair pipes were made from shell, bone or stone. During the Indian Reservation Period, their culture was almost all destroyed, but plains tribes and other tribes continuously used hair pipes as ornament. Hair Pipes shows good example of unified art between different tribes and the fact that Hair pipes were commercialized and diffused between tribes not by Indians themselves but by whites should not be overlooked. The form of Hair Pipes developed a great deal into new types of ornaments and spread out rapidly but basic Hair Pipe used in making ornaments remained without a change.

        패션기업의 환경친화적 제품설계(DfE) 기법에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to understand thr characteristics and concepts behind Design for Environment(DfE) and Environmental Management System(EMS). This study highlights the success of domestics and foreign corporations that have utilized DfE and EMS as well as explored how DfE based EMS in being used in domestic corporations. Although corporations acknowledge that using environmentally conscious designs provide them with a competitive edge, only 53.6% of fashion corporations have established the environmental policies and use such tools. Furthermore, only 41% use DfE strategies for operating their corporations.

        페넬로피 : 여성 섹슈얼리티의 탈식민주의적 재현 Post-Colonial Representation of Woman's Sexuality

        "Penelope" comes after the novel's main story of seventeen chapters, in which Molly Bloom has been denied her language that could express her sexuality. As only an object of a male gaze, she has looked the way the men have wanted her to look. Yet in this last chapter she asserts her own desires as an active agent, turns other Irishmen into objects of her gaze, and even argues with her creator in her own language of flow and overflow. Her unpunctuated and unrepressed soliloquy of sexuality functions as a threatening subversive discourse associated with pre-oedipal attachment to the impulsions of an imaginary maternal figure. So her discourse can transgress the fixed boundaries of racial/sexual stereotypes imposed by patriarchy and imperialism. Molly's subversive strength stems from he ambiguous identity. Molly mingles sexual and racial differences within herself. So she can never be said to be 'pure' both sexually and racially in view of Irish nationalism's standard. Yet Joyce gives her the last word of Ulysses, from which we can infer some of Joyce's thought of what a postcolonial subject should be like. Joyce vests Molly, the most abject subaltern subject in the text, with the freedom to express herself. She shows not only the fullest horror of the effects of colonial power but also a sense that out of his abjection might come a consciousness that would lead these colonized people to independent thought and action. For Joyce, "the spiritual liberation" of Ireland and the creation of "the conscience of his race" involved getting out of the 'fictional' binary thought of patriarchy and imperialism, taking the responsibility for the present colonial condition, and from that position beginning a new start towards a new community.

        섬유제품 수출입 수요의 예측에 관한 연구

        This study concerns the export-import demands for Korean textile, textile products and clothing products. The result from the practice of study is as follows; it predicts the constant increase as a result of prediction in the nation's total amount of export-import including the export-import amount of textile, textile-product, and clothing product. It is estimated that nation's textile trade balance will be about U$13 billion of trade surplus in every year from 2000 to 2003. Other hand, the trade balance of textile product is predicted about U$1.39 billion surplus, so is clothing product about U$3.29 billion surplus. Textile ratio is presumed to gradually decrease in aspect of export. Also, the portion of textile export in our national total export is predicted to reduce to 11.61% in the 2003. On the other hand, Textile import ratio will be constantly increased and the portion of textile import in out national total import is prtdected to reach to 3.92% in 2003. Textile-product ratio is also estimated to increase in the area of export & import, consequently, textile-product ratio in textile will be increased to 40.88% & 33.12% in 2003. Clothing product ratio is also estimated to increase annually. What with increasing ratio of clothing-product export in textile-product export reaching to total 0.87% within for 4 years(62.96% in 2000, 63.83% in 2003) and what with increasing ratio of clothing-product import in textile-product import reaching to total 6.42%(83.89% in 2000, 90.31% in 2003), it can be said that increase of its import will be much higher than that of export.

        베링(Bering)해협 연안 지역의 복식의 동질성에 관한 연구- Alaska 서북 지역과 Siberia 동북지역을 중심으로 -

        Deprivation of means to study the cultures and history of the natilres of Bering Strait in their own lands, gives us and especially U.S. A. and Russia - where the objective regions of this study is pertained to - the great suffering of intellectual and aesthetic losses. Throughout 20th century, as political and economic forces prevailed, it became increasingly difficult for both Natives and outsiders to see this region as having common past. In such difficult circumstances, United Nations Council for Environmental Development held at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil in June, 1992 started out to give obligations to present environmental future. With such trend getting stronger and being in demand, this study is also focussed on harmonizing with the environment. Thus cultures and civilization of Bering Strait region coincides with such environmental matters and differs from man centered western civilization which ruled the environment rather than to harmonize with it. Through the studies of fashions and cultural materials of this region, it was able to identify the great similarities between Northwestern Alaska and Northeastern Siberia. Especially in the clothing materials of this region's toy dolls, it was possible to confirm that both side of Bering Strait possessed similar culture. Although both side had similar environment, in the past its peoples began to be seen as separate and alienated aligned only with their current political state-Russia and U.S.A. Through this study, it was able to see diversity of the peoples and thin languages but also close cultural and historical ties that link them very closely together. This study verified such similarities and common characteristics through close examination of Native clothing and decorations and other traditions o( Siberian Natives such as Yupik. Chukchi, Koryak, Even, Amur River peoples and Nivkh ; and Alaskan Natives such as Inupiag. Yupik, Alutiig, Aleut, Athapaskan, and Tlingit

        할인점의 패션제품 유통현황과 발전방향

        The purposes of this study are as follows. First it is to review the features of discount stores that are expected to grew rapidly and continuously due to their low price, new costs bulk purchase, and multiple shops, and to pinpoint problems arising from the establishment and position of the stores. Second, it is to analyze relevant issues in regard to the present status of fashion good distribution in discount stores by studying the situation, structure and problems of domestic fashion distribution long with the present status of the distribution in discount stores, and to suggest directions for the development of fashion distribution and discount stores. A positive study was carried but on the buyers of big domestic discount stores through one-to-one interviews focusing on the distribution of fashion products within Seoul and the Metropolitan area. The following is the directions far the development of clothing distribution and discount stores; 1.The relative importance of fashion goods in a discount store will be increased with the tendency of fashionable and differentiated shops; 2.The GMS or category killers will be established from around 2003 when the market is expected to become saturated wish a great deal of discount stores. 3.The distribution channel of the manufacture-supplier-distributor line will become more definite due to the direct purchase of goods by discount store goods. 4.Discount stores will change and reform without being restricted to a certain existing industry or business condition and distribution channels will diversify over the border. The demand and supply system will be balanced based on a global marketing which will be adjusted on the international level.
