Electric Nail Grinder 후 국소 항진균제로 치료한조갑진균증 2예

True fungal infection of the nail plate is known as onychomycosis. Systemic therapy of onychomycosis is more likely to be effetive than topical treatment. However, the potential for adverse reactions and for interaction with the metabolism of other medication can preclude their use. Furthermore, some people do not want to take oral medicine for treatment of onychomycosis. Because of this, the prospect of effective topical therapy is a welcome alternative. To provide better delivery of drug to bed and nail plate, we trimmed with electric nail grinder (KHP 3000 Frees, Germany), and then applied nail lacquer (Amorolfine HCl, Loceryl, Galderma korea). The potential for synergism of electric nail grinder with topical antifungal agent is expected. [Kor J Med Mycol 2007; 12(4): 198-202]
양극산화 조건에 따른 이산화티타늄 나노튜브의 광촉매 및 광전기화학적 특성

Nanosized TiO2 has been widely investigated in photoelectrochemical or photocatalytic applications due to their intrinsic properties such as suitable band position, high photocorrosion resistance, and surface area. In this study, to achieve the high efficiency in photoelectrochemical and photocatalytic performance, TiO2 nanotubular structures were formed by anodization at various temperatures and times. The morphological and crystal structure of the anodized TiO2 nanotubes (NTs) were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The photoelectrochemical (PEC) properties and incident photon-to-current conversion efficiency (IPCE) of the TiO2 NTs were studied with different lengths and morphologies. From the detailed investigations, the optimum thickness of TiO2 nanotubes was 3 ㎛. Moreover, we found that the optimum photocatalytic pollutant removal efficiency of TiO2 nanotubes for photodegradation of Rhodamine B (RhB) under simulated solar light was 5.34 μm of tube length.

Xenopus nodal-related (Xnr) proteins and FGF play crucial roles during mesoderm induction in amphibian Xenopus laevis embryos. The endogenous and ectopic Xnr-induced expression of mesodermal genes, including VegT, requires FGF signaling such that their expression is abolished when FGF signaling is inhibited. However, the molecular mechanism for the interaction between the two signaling pathways is largely unknown. In order to understand their interaction, we isolated a 2.2 kb-long DNA fragment immediately upstream of Xenopus laevis VegT transcription start site and identified a 274 bp-long fragment that requires both Xnr and FGF signaling for transcriptional activation. From this sequence we identified two regulatory elements; one was necessary for Xnr1-induced activation and the other for FGF-induced activation. Our results suggest that the expression of VegT is regulated, at least in part, by two distinct transcription factors which mediate Xnr and FGF signaling, respectively.

포트폴리오 활용에 기초가 되는 것은 올바른 교육과정의 운영이 선행되어야 한다. 올바른 교육과정을 실천하고 수업의 질을 높이기 위해서는 교사의 자질이 요구된다. 따라서 교사의 발달을 위한 다양한 지원체제가 교육현장에 실시되어야 하며, 그 중 하나로 교사자율장학을 예로 들 수 있다. 교사들을 지원해주는 프로그램에 대한 최근 연구들은 다음과 같은 결과를 보고하고 있다. 「협의회를 해 본 경험이 교사들의 자기 효능감을 촉진시키고, 개인적인 걱정을 줄여주며, 유아들의 학습과 발달에 상당한 관심을 가지도록 해준다」장학,협의회라는 단어가 자칫 어려운 과제로, 다가올 수 있지만 실제 유치원에서도 지도교가를 중심으로 교사들의 활동계획안을 평가하고,수업참관을 하면서 교사의 역할을 분석하고 재조명해주는 자율 장학을 실시하고 있다. 여기에서는 정해진 시간과 계획에 관계없이 편안한 대화 형식으로 이루어지는 기존의 방법이외에 교사의 요청 또는 지도교사의 요구에 따라 조금은 형식적으로 행해지는 사전/사후 협의회를 소개하고자 한다.
