      • 20代 女性들의 身體滿足度와 衣服 滿足度에 關하여

        The purpose of this study was to determine the body cathexis and clothing satisfaction of the 20-29 year old women. Body cathexis was measured by Second and Jourard's Body Cathexis Scale and clothing satisfaction was measured by Mclean's Clothing Satisfaction Scale. The questionnaires were administered to a sample of women (20-29 years old) in Kwangju from June 10 to 30, 1983. The data of 299 respondents were analyzed by descriptive data, correlation, and t-tests. The results were; 1. A non-significant relationship was found in body cathexis scores between the early 20 year old women (20-24 years old) and the advanced 20 year old women(25-29 years old). The mean score of body cathexis of the subjects was 131.01 (60.93)a. 2. “General”, “Fit”, “Appearance”, “Performance”, “Acquisition”, and “Clothing Satisfaction Total” were where non-significant relationships were found between the early 20 year old women and the advanced 20 year old women. The mean score of “General” was 38.02(69.13)a. “Fit” was 39.93(57.04)a, “Appearance” was 22.72(64.92)a, “Acquisition” was 19.60(56.00)a, and “Clothing Satisfaction Total” was 174.23(62.22)a. “Fabric” was the only category that a significant relationship was found between the early 20 year old women and the advanced 20 year old women. The early 20 year old women were more satisfied with fabric of garments than the advanced 20 year old women. 3. The six categories of clothing satisfaction and the clothing satisfaction total were highly related with body cathexis scores. 4. “Fit”, “Appearance”, and “General” were considered as the three most important aspects of clothing satisfaction by a majoriety of women in this study.         구성주의 교수법에 관한 동향연구 (유아교육을 중심으로)

        Even there has been many research about Constructivism, there is no overall research about them so far. Research subject are 173 graduate/master's/doctoral theses and academic essays which have been published by 2015. We assorted them into 4 kinds-the publication year, research theme, research subject and research type-and calculated frequency and percentage according to research theme by using SPSS21.0 program. The results were as follows: First, in the year of publication, the largest number of studies were conducted from 2006 to 2010. Second, research on science among teaching - learning methods was the main topic of research. This is due to the fact that the characteristics of infants of constructivist and the characteristics of science education coincide with each other. In addition, I analyzed the developmental psychology, teaching - learning methods, teacher education and professionalism, which were frequently found in research topics. The developmental psychology is the development of creativity, the teaching - learning method is scientific activity, the teacher education and professionalism is the study of teacher belief and practice. Third, in the research method, many experimental researches were conducted among the quantitative research focusing on the experimental research. Therefore, a lot of mixed studies should be done so that the constructivism can be understood and applied to the field in the future. Fourth, in the study subjects, there were a lot of researches on 5 - year - old infants among infants, followed by a lot of researches on in - service teachers. Through these results is to get the research trend done from constructive perspective and establish research direction to prepare chance of balanced and various research based on Constructivism Theory in Early childhood education field. 구성주의에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어졌음에도 불구하고 이를 종합적으로 살펴본 연구는 없었다. 이에 분석의 시발점을 찾았으며, 그에 따른 분석대상은 2015년까지 연구된 학위논문 및 학술논문 173편으로 발행연도, 연구주제, 연구대상, 연구유형으로 구분하여 살펴보았으며, SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 연구문제에 따라 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 그 결과는 첫째, 발행연도에서는 2006년에서부터 2010년도에 가장 많은 연구가 이루어졌으며, 둘째, 연구주제에서는 교수-학습 방법 중 과학에 관한 연구가 주를 이루었는데, 이는 구성주의에서 바라보는 유아의 특성과 과학교육의 특성이 맞아 떨어져 더 큰 효과를 볼 수 있기 때문인 것으로 풀이된다. 더불어 연구주제에 많이 나타난 발달심리, 교수-학습방법, 교사교육과 전문성에 대해 다시 분석을 하였으며, 발달심리에서는 창의성발달이, 교수-학습방법에서는 과학활동이, 교사교육과 전문성에서는 교사 신념 및 실제에 관한 연구가 많이 이루어졌다. 셋째, 연구방법에서는 실험연구를 중심으로 한 양적연구 중 실험연구가 많이 이루어졌는데, 앞으로 구성주의를 제대로 파악하여 현장에 적용할 수 있는 질적연구와 이를 보충할 양적연구가 함께 이루어지는 혼합연구가 많이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 넷째, 연구대상에서는 유아 중 만 5세 유아를 대상으로 한 연구가 많았고, 그 다음으로 현직교사를 대상으로 한 연구가 많이 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 구성주의 관점에서 이루어진 연구동향의 흐름을 파악하고 연구의 방향을 설정하여 유아교육현장에서 구성주의 이론을 기초로 한 연구가 균형 있고, 다양하게 이루어질 수 있도록 계기를 마련하고자 한다.

        A Long Road for Stem Cells to Cure Sick Hearts: Update on Recent Clinical Trials

        The contribution of stem cells to cure damaged hearts has finally been unraveled. A large number of preclinical and clinical studies have showed beneficial outcomes after myocardial infarction. In this review, the current understanding of stem cell therapy in preclinical and clinical experiences is summarized. Stem cells from bone marrow have shown a potential to improve cardiac performance after myocardial infarction in animal and early clinical studies. Clinical trials from all over the world have provided safety assessments of stem cell therapy with marginal improvement of clinical outcomes. Thus, further investigations should be encouraged to resolve the discrepancies between studies,clinical issues, and unclear translational findings. This review provides information and commentary on key trials for stem cell-based treatment of cardiovascular disease.

        내방가사에서 나타난 여성의 결혼에 대한 의미

        Naebang-kasa, mostly made after Kap-O Reform Movement of 1854, is a form of women literature created by the women of Yangban, the upper class in Chosoˇn Dynasty. They were suppressed by the strict Confucian disciplines under the family system of feudalism. If their husbands were dead, they could not marry again and had to keep alone their boudoirs with perseverance. If they were not able to produce a son, they were rejected from their families. From the age of seven, the couldn't go out of the house freely and restricted in their social activities. They learned from their mothers how to serve their husbands and families because the education of women was prohibited. They were obliged to obey, to depend upon their fathers, and after getting married, to their husbands and sons. So in Naebang-kasa, they tried to purify their suffering and sorrow resulted from women's duties to maintain their chastity and the fame of their family, expressed strongly the women's revolt against this Confucian society. The marriage of daughter means a connection between two families. Her value as human being is far from human happiness. Among the themes presented in six hundreds of Naebang-kasa, women's position as daughter-in-law is treated the most. "Man resides outside of the house and woman keeps inside. He should not talk to his wife the things that happened outside, and she cannot talk to her husband what happened inside." To preserve their home life, women shouldn't reveal their self-consciousness, had to lead their families. Thai is to say, woman as wife or as a daughter-in-law was only an instrument for maintenance of family. In the purpose of making the feudal system stable, the monogamy of Chosoˇn Dynasty is one form of practical application of Chongja-rules, which means that the eldest son is to be inherited. Chosoˇn Dynasty adopted it for its social ethic from China, Sung at the period of establishment of Choˇson. This rule deprived women of the fundamental right as human being. In the late Chosoˇn Dynasty, women's role was stressed, not as an independent individual, but as a tool to maintain the feudal system. This study investigates the linguistic expressions in Naebang-kasa concerning these statements mentioned above, and presents the social institutions and the lamentation of women in ancient times.

      • 朝鮮朝後期 地方 官衙의 服飾 : 國文學 作品을 中心으로 With Korean Literary Works in Mind

        The article has made investigation of the official costumes that were worn at the regional government office level during the latter period lf the Yi Dynasty. This was enabled by referring to the works of Korean literature written during the period. Among the popular novels written during that period. we cannot find any definite descriptions of the costumes; however, we do find panoramic scenes describing lively aspects of the Yi Dynasty quite realistically in the pansori of the clowns. This may be because of the fact that the pansori, a solo song having an epic structure, is a literary work, and that the real expressions of the time can be found as they were. It is in this sense that the songs could serve as a history of life at the time. The research in costumes are required also for the dramatization of the pansori that is, staging the pansori. The researcher, first of all, extracted the sources portrayed in the panosr. Then I made a comparison of these sources with the paintings called Mu-Yun-do Done by Dan-Won, the well-known painter of the time. The Comparison proved true. Thus, realness appearing in the pansori was proved, since it maches these portrayed in the paintings. The research ascertains not only the valididties of the pansori but also serves as valuavle sources for the study of the costumes of the period. Based upon these sources, the various positions of the government officials, such as 1) Governor and County Chief, 2)Military Officers, 3) Petty Town Officials, 4) Servants including Messengers, 5)Singing Girls, 6) others were investigated in an orderly manner. This analysis of the costumes will surely contribute to staging these literary works. Simultaneously, this research will eventually help make revisions of the costumes already constructed and used on stages.
