Fabrication of a high-resolution shadow mask, or called nanostencil, is presented. This high-resolution shadowmask is fabricated by a combination of MEMS processes and focused ion beam (FIB) milling. 500 ㎚ thick and 2x2 mm large membranes are made on a silicon wafer by micro-fabrication processes of LPCVD, photolithography, ICP etching and bulk silicon etching. Subsequent FIB milling enabled local membrane thinning and aperture making into the thinned silicon nitride membrane. Due to high resolution of FIB milling process, nanoscale apertures down to 70 ㎚ could be made into the membrane.
Magnetocapacitance in a Metal-Oxide-Metal Junction System

We investigated the eects of the bandwidth change on the magnetocapacitance (MC) of a metal- oxide-metal junction. The bandwidth change is induced by an electron-electron interaction on the metallic side of the capacitance system. We employed a generalized Hamiltonian incorporating the on-site and the inter-site Coulomb interactions, the exchange interaction, and pair-hopping and obtained a quadratic dependence of the MC on the magnetic .eld. We also found that the eects of the bandwidth change could be substantial near the phase boundary between the paramagnetic and the ferromagnetic phases.民?;
PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용한 계통연계형 태양광발전시스템의 MPPT제어를 위한 Double Fuzzy 제어기 설계에 관한 연구

This paper proposes a method of maximum power point tracking (MPPT) using fuzzy logic control for grid-connected photovoltaic systems (PV). First, for the purpose of comparison, because of its proven and good performances, the incremental conductance (IncCond) technique is briefly introduced. A double fuzzy logic controller (DFLC) based MPPT is then proposed which has shown better performances compared to the IncCond MPPT based approach. Modeling and Simulation in grid-connected PV system results are provided for both controllers under same atmospheric condition based PSCAD/EMTDC. The double fuzzy logic MPPT controller is then simulated and evaluated, which has shown better performances.
