        고식미 갈색 팽이버섯 신품종 ‘흑향'의 육성 및 특성

        팽이버섯 신품종 ‘흑향'은 ‘갈뫼'와 수집 야생균주인 ‘CBMFV-10'으로부터 분리한 단포자를 교배함으로써 육성된 품종으로, 갓 색이 진한 갈색을 나타내며, 재배기간이 짧고, 식미감이 매우 우수하다. 병재배 시 배양 기간은 23일, 초발이 소요일수는 6일, 생육일수는 17일로 총재배기간이 46일이 소요되어 대조 품종 ‘갈뫼'에 비해 8일이 단축되었다. 갓 직경과 두께가 갈뫼에 비해 크거나 두꺼웠고, 갓 색은 진한 갈색을 나타냈다. 수량은 850 ml병 당 135 g으로 갈뫼 150 g 대비 10% 감소하였다. 하지만, 야생 팽이버섯처럼 식미감이 매우 우수하여, 차별화된 색과 맛으로 백색 팽이버섯 틈새시장 공략에 유리할 것으로 판단된다. ‘Heukhyang', a new variety with dark brown color, short cultivaltion period, and good taste in Flammulina velutipes, was bred by crossing between monokaryons isolated from ‘Garlmoe' and wild strain ‘CBMFV-10'. In bottle cultivation, the period of mycelial growth, primordia1 formation, and growth of fruit body was required 23 days, 6 days, and 17 days, respectively. Total culvivation period was 46 days, showing 8 days shorter than that of ‘Garlmoe'. Pileus diameter and thickness were greater than those of ‘Garlmoe', and pileus color showed dark brown. Fruit body production per 850 ml bottle was 135 g, which was 10% lower than that of ‘Garlmoe'. However, the overall acceptance was most excellent in sensory evaluation, and ‘Heukhyang' has an advantage to target a niche market of white ones due to differentiated color and taste.

        유해화학물질의 종합위해등급 알고리즘 개발에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 대상물질을 선정한 후 그에 따른 세 가지 기준 즉 독성,화재폭발,환경기준과 각각의 피해예측기법을 설정하고 이 기준들을 알고리즘을 통한 통합한 종합위해등급으로서 선정된 대상물질에 적용하였다. 특히, 환경기준은 포괄적인 개념으로서 USCG 및 MSDS의 환경기준 분류와 NFPA 건강위해 성(Nh) 중 환경관련 부분을 조합하여 환경지수 모델화를 하였다. 또한 각 기준에 따른 피해예측 기법을 선택하여 지역별 임의에 위치한 화학물질 관련업체에 사용 또는 저장 중인 유해화학물질에 대해 적용하여 사용물질에 대한 종합위해등급 설정(단일물질에 대한 가연성, 독성, 반응성, 환경성에 대한 Hazard level 및 표시 모델화) 및 그에 따른 사고시 피해예측 및 강도산정(CPQR직 IAEA, VZ eq), Risk contour를 구할 수 있었다. 이 결과 모든 화학공정 및 저장 등에서 발생할 수 있는 독성 누출,화재폭발의 잠재적 위험성산정을 통한 사전 안전성 평가의 Tool로 활용이 가능하다. In the study, three criteria(toxicity, fire & explosion, environment) and damage prediction method for each case was set up, and all these criteria were applied to the subject substance that was selected as hazardous level by integrating all criteria through Algorithm. Particularly, the environment criterion is a comprehensive concept, environment index modeling by combining USCG(United State Coast Guard) & MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet) environment criteria classifications and the environment part of NFPA's health hazardousness(Nh). And for damage prediction method of each criterion were adopted and they were applied to hazardous chemical substances in use or stored by chemical substance related enterprises located in each region that made possible to set up total hazard level of used substances(inflammability, poisonousness and counteraction on a unit substance, and hazard level & display modeling on environment) & damage prediction in case of accident & solidity setup(CPQRA : Chemical Process Quantitative Risk Assessment, IAEA : International Atomic Energy Agency; VZ eq : Vulnerable Zone) risk counter. Thus it is deemed that it can be applied to toxic substance leakage that can happen during any chemical processing & storage, application as a tool for prior safety evaluation through potential dangerousness computation of fire & explosio.

        오토캠핑의 재미요인이 여가몰입 및 여가만족에 미치는 영향

        The purposes of this study were to find out the fun and to investigate the effects of the fun on flow experience and satisfaction with leisure in camping activities, the new rising trend of leisure. This study was consisted with two parts : pilot survey to deduct announcements on fun from camping activity participants and main survey to verify the fun and to investigate the effects of it on flow experience and satisfaction of auto camping. And, through those process, the conclusions of the study were as follows. First, it was verified that the fun of auto camping were consisted with three factors : personal relationship, mental relaxation, and family affinity, unlike the fun of sport activity. Second, among factors of fun of camping activities, personal relationship and mental relaxation had positive effects on flow experience, significantly, but family affinity did not have. Third, among factors of fun of camping activities, personal relationship and mental relaxation had positive effects on all sub factors of satisfaction with leisure, but family affinity had only on mental, educational, and physiological factors. Forth, flow experience of camping activities had significant effects on all sub factors of satisfaction. Through above conclusions, it could be said that camping activity could be a good leisure with personal relationship, family affinity and relaxation. And, considering the new leisure trend of recreation and family centered, it could be thought that many follow-up studies with various approaches on camping activities as desirable leisure should be done.
