Dielectric properties and conduction mechanism of BST thin film with a thickness 50 nm deposited by r.f. sputter were investigated. The crystal structure of thin film was cubic perovskite, and the BST film did not have any preferred orientations. Microstructure of the BST thin film was a well-known columnar grain structure. The dielectric constant was increased after post annealing up to 284 at 550℃. It was mainly due to the improvement of crystallinity of BST film. According to current-voltage(I-V) characteristics, I-V of BST was varied with deposition methods of top electrode and annealing temperatures. The activation energies in the range of low and high applied voltage were 0.2∼0.3 eV and 0.6∼0.9 eV, respectively. We could not consider that these energies were barrier heights between Pt and BST, and trap energies existing in BST film. Therefore, the conduction of BST film couldn't be explained the simple Schottky emission and/or Poole-Frenkel emission process.

This paper proposes a non-iterative implicit integration method for real-time analysis of multibody systems. Although the implicit Euler integrator is widely used for real-time simulations, we use a HHT-α integrator to improve the accuracy of the solution. For a noniterative procedure, the HHT-α integral formula was reformed and applied to the linearized equations of motion for multibody systems. A stability analysis of the HHT-α integrator was carried out to determine whether the proposed integrator has absolute stability. Numerical simulations with stiff linear systems that represent a highly damped system and a highly oscillatory system were also carried out to evaluate the performance of the proposed integrator. For non-linear multibody systems, the performance of the proposed integrator was also evaluated with a double pendulum example. Through the double pendulum multibody simulations, we confirmed the accuracy and stability characteristics of the proposed integration method by comparison of the conventional HHT-α integrator with the iterative method and the implicit Euler integrator, which is widely used in real-time applications.

Economic Studies of the housing market have taken many forms.There have been those which concentrate on macro-behaviour through the formulation and economic estimation of aggregate demand and supply relationships.Other studies have been more concentrated with the operation of particular local markets.Through those, the micro aspect of housing market behaviour, especially its spatial dimension tends to receive special attention.Those which have looked at residential location (for example, Alonso, Muth, and Evans), the filtering Process (Grigsby), and the determination of relative house prices (Wilkinson), all fall into this category. Housing Stock adjustment models can also be used to analyse the dynamic behaviour within particular housing submarkets when the dwellings and other housing circumstances (tenure categories, location, etc.) are reasonably homogeneous.They are not, however, ideally designed to focus attention on the micro price determining process.For this purpose, it is necessary to concentrate on the way in which individual buyers and seller interact through market transactions.This level of analysis becomes particularly important when there is a heterogeneous housing stock.In such cases it is of interest to examine the way individual houses are allocated and their relative prices (implicit prices) determined, and to analyse the links between individual houses or, a slightly more aggregate level, between different submarkets.Those micro-theories suggested above have been developed because of the heterogeneities of the houses. Traditionally, this central role in spatial analysis has been held by a subset of all amenities pertaining to the houses, especially access to CBD.But the analysis of market must consider all the housing characteristics, that is, heterogeneity, fixed location, durability indivisibility.Therefore, it is necessary that more general approach, "Hedonic Pricing Approach," that is.The determination of relative house prices is applied to the regression of house prices. The success of hedonic estimation lies in the appropriateness of the data base and the correctness of the equation specification.In these aspects, it seems that there are many problems to be developed.

A new paradigm for the construction of web systems is presented in this paper in which the architectural design is described as a formal design document, and the corresponding web pages are synthesized automatically from the hierarchy information among elements of the design document. The proposed paradigm helps the web system developers author inter-related web pages easily compared to the traditional manual method of connecting pages arbitrarily, and the navigators reach desired pages with little effort. XML, a new standard for markup langauges is used extensively an exclusively for the description of both architecture and content of web systems.

This paper presents a new programming technique facilitating incremental extension of message protocols for languages considering the validity of message sending as part of their static type system. The proposed technique gives programmers the freedom of extending message protocols by interpreting messages as data consumed by a specially designed procedure called handlers. Message handlers can simulate all the aspects of object-oriented programming faithfully. They also provide useful idioms like message broadcasting and cascading.
