      • Kalman Filter에 의한 측정잡음 존재하의 D.C Motor 위치 제어에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 직류 전동기의 위치 제어를 함에 있어서 문제가 측정잡음이 있을 때의 제어출력의 개선에 대해 연구하였다. 제어기로는 Algorithm이 가장 간단하면서도 성능이 우수한 P.I Algorithm을 사용하였다. P.I 제어기는 원래가 출력궤환영 제어기인데 출력을 궤환시키기 위해서 측정을 할 때는 항상 측정잡음이 수반되어 정확한 제어가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 잡음의 영향을 억제하고 출력특성을 개선하기 위해 Kalman Filter를 사용하여 DㆍC motor의 위치제어에 적용하여 컴퓨터로 시뮬레이션 해 본 결과 아주 만족스러운 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

      • Gyro 시뮬레이터의 제어기 설계

        During the past decade, motion simulators have been effectively used for studying the vehicle interaction and developing vehicle system and components in highly controlled and repeatable test environment. Most of motion simulator use a six degree of freedom stewart platform driven hydraulically. Thanks to a high performance 3D graphic accelerator, the visual system generates high fidelity visual scenes, which are displayed on a monitor on the motion platform. But this type of motion simulator has a limited rotational motion. In this paper we designed a new type motion simulator for endless rotational motion and controller for it. This has four degrees of freedom, three rotational and one vertical motion. The real-time simulation system, based on a personal computer with a digital signal processor, supervises overall operation of the simulator.

      • 인공신경망에 의한 PID 제어기 구현에 관한 연구

        In this paper, a controller algorithm, which used Artificial Neural Network(ANN) for auto-tuning of the PID parameters to control unknown plants, was proposed. In the proposed algorithm, the parameters of the controller were adjusted to reduce the errors of the controlled plant. In this process, the sensitivity between input and output of the unkown plant was needed. So, in order to obtain this sensitivity, the ANN's learning ability was used. Computer simulation was performed to a regulation problem, and the result was compared with that of Ziegler-Nichols PID controller. As a result, it was shown that the proposed algorithm outperformed Ziegler-Nichols controller in rise time, overshoot, undershoot, and settling time.

        도시정비사업 기반시설 무상양도의 공법적 문제

        The institution adopted with the aim of using urban space efficiently, and the law adopted to maintain and renew the existing city is the urban development law. What emerged as an important issue as the law related with renewing urban areas is the problem of who will construct public facilities, namely, ‘urban infrastructure’, and who will operate it. In constructing a new city, It is easy to construct urban infrastructure and necessary buildings, using surplus land. But, when we try to renew or reconstruct existing urban area where private land, buildings, and public facilities like streets and parts are mixed, many complex problems take place. That is, the questions such as how existing private real estates and buildings, and basic facilities should be compartmentalized considering the quantities and qualities of new real estates, buildings, and infrastructures. What occurs as acute issues is equilibrium between private and public interests, harmony between developmental interests and public goods, and urban social consensus on improved environment, etc. This study dealt with the unfolding processes and major issues in administrative litigation, unconstitutionality suit, and civil suit, etc. related with contributed acceptance and unpaid reversion to the state of private properties, and gratuitous conveyance of public properties. In particular, this study limited the discussions on infrastructure stipulated in the Law on Plans and Use of National Land, and renewed infrastructure stipulated in the Urban and Housing Environment Renewal Law which can be changed, abolished, or constructed before and after an urban development project. Controversial legal items are Article 65 of the Urban and Housing Environment Renewal Law(conveyance of renewed infrastructure and land, etc.) and sub-article 2(contributed acceptance). This study analytically summarized legal issues, judicial cases and controversies in the central and local governments. Through such analyses, this study analyzed urban renewal projects and urban infrastructure construction from different perspectives such as legal judgement dimension, urban development and urban management dimension, and the dimension of administrative organizations and administrators, and examined different attitudes and positions depending on different dimensions, and suggested some ideas on how to revise related laws. 도시공간의 효율적 활용을 목적으로 도입된 제도가 도시계획제도이며 기존 도시의 관리 및 재정비를 위해 도입된 법이 도시정비법이다. 신도시를 개발하는 경우는 도시기반시설을 설치하고 잉여 토지를 활용하여 필요한 건축물을 축조하는 방식이나, 개인 토지 및 건축물, 도로 공원 등의 공공시설이 혼재되어 있는 기존시가지를 정비하는 경우는 좀 더 복잡한 문제들이 발생하게 된다. 즉, 기존에 개인이 소유한 토지 및 건축물 그리고 기반시설과 새로이 형성되는 토지와 건축물 그리고 기반시설의 양과 질을 고려하여 어떻게 획정할 것이냐 하는 문제가 발생하게 된다. 본 연구는 정비사업에서 나타나는 개인재산의 기부채납 및 무상귀속, 기존 기반시설 및 토지의 무상양도와 관련된 행정소송 및 민사소송의 핵심내용과 주요쟁점을 살펴보았다. 특히, 국토의계획및이용에관한법률에서 정한 기반시설과 도시및주거환경정비법에서 도시재개발사업을 시행할 때 사업 전・후에 폐지 또는 설치되는 정비기반시설을 대상으로 도시및주거환경정비법 제65조(정비기반시설 및 토지 등의 귀속) 및 제2항(무상양도)을 중심으로 법률적 쟁점을 살펴보았으며, 이를 통해 도시정비사업 및 도시계획법상 직면해 있는 도시기반시설 설치와 관련된 법률적 판단, 도시개발 및 도시관리 차원, 행정청 및 행정실무자 측면에서 기존의 문제를 보완할 수 있는 입법의 필요성과 개선방향을 제안하였다.

        친환경건축물 인증지표 및 인증사례 분석 연구

        The architectural domain also has considered these kinds of environmental issues and already set those up as design principles. These architectural actions are the natural result from considering the huge resources and energy consumed from construction to demolition of buildings. One of those trials is to lead and expedite the environmentally friendly architecture by evaluating and labeling officially through the standardized indicator. There are many cases that apply assessment indicators and certification programs of the environmentally friendly architecture in other countries. We also came to develop and apply our original assessment and labeling system for buildings. The environmentally friendly architecture, however, faces some critical opinions and requirements for upgrading due to several problems caused in designing the environmental friendly architecture. This study, therefore, aims to define problems that the assessment indicator and certification program of the environmentally friendly architecture have, and to analyze systematically those problems. The method of analysis is based on the phenomenological approach with making the analytical frame basically on the concept of the environmentally friendly architecture and primarily on the design content.In result, design points reflected the certification indicator tended to be skewed to some of the design range (Y value)). It could be said because the assessment indicators were organized not by the consideration that the use of building, contents and steps of plans, but by the grouping system to evaluate the environmental capability. And the composition of the assessment indicator was analyzed to be relatively reasonable.
