        It is fun to play a game, But we sometimes make it mistakes to draw up list of matches, to cause troubles owing to approaching the different ways of drawing up matches in each athletic organization. Accordingly, it is quite reasonable that, if we make sure to understand the way of drawing up the list of matches and to show it coherently, all events would proceed impartially, and the social athletics as Well as school athletics would be benefited. The followings sre summed up among the important parts described above: 1. On playing the games, the formula of counting the number of all games is “the number of game = N-1” in tournament, and “the number of game = N(N-1)/2” league maches. 2. The list of matchs in tournament should be based on the same number of both teams in case of odd number. 3. when the number of participating team is not equal to the involution of to in case of diagramming tournament, the unearned win will be resulted, and the number of team of the unearned win is “2^(n)-N”, the team corresponding to the unearned win is as the equal number of seed as the same number of team f the unearned win. In this case, the unearned win is allowed only in the first game. 4. The winner will be as much high score as the involution of two tournament. 5. The total sum of seed number of playing the maches should be equal to number of “2^(n)-1” 6. As the preventive measures of the drop-out of powerful teams in the first game which is on of the most defective in tournament, “the seed system” or “repechage” can be introduced.

        Every year in a summer season, at least one hundred persons only in Chunnam areas and one thousand through the country loose in the people for about two months, the number of the victims will be reduced to a remarkable rate, and the water sports will be also engaged in a pleasant and safe way. 1. At home parents should teach their children so as to keep the water safe rules thoroughly. 2. The administrative authorities should the swimming in the swimming forbidden areas strictly, and permit the opening of swimming pools furnished with various rescue eqipments as well. 3. Educational institutions should do their bast to equip the facilities of swimming pools so as to compete the swimming educational course involved, and supervise not to take place the dead accident from drowing. 4. The service association of safe instructors of the korean Red cross should prompt the spread of the swimming educational as well as train the water safe instructor and rescue persons. 5. Mass-media such as newspapers and TV should guide to let the people know and abide by the water sate rules, and do their bast to enhance the warn-ing to the scene of it the people as well as by showing vividly the scene of the people as well as by analysing the cause of it.

        과산화지질 , 항산화효소 활성도에 대한 지속적 및 인터벌 운동 트레이닝의 효과

        과산화지질, 항산화효소 활성도에 대한 지속적 및 인터벌 운동 트레이닝의 효과. 운동과학, 제9권 제2호, 325-337, 2000. 본 연구는 비만여학생의 과산화지질, 항산화효소 활성도에 대한 지속적(Continuous) 및 인터벌(Interval)운동 트레이닝에 대한 효과를 검증 하였다. 피험자는 체지방율이 30%에 이르는 여학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 지속적 + 인터벌 트레이닝 집단(Continuous and Interval training group; CIG, n=10) 및 통제집단(Sedentary control group; SCG, n=10)으로 구분 하였다. 본 연구에서 이용된 트레이닝 프로그램은 지속적 및 인터벌 운동을 포함하여 8주동안 주당 3회, 1일 60분을 수행하였다. CIG의 LPO 농도는 트레이닝 초기 수준에 비해 트레이닝 8주경과시 유의하게 증가된 수준(p<.001)을 나타내었으며, 트레이닝 4주 vs. 8주(p<.001)간에 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. SCG는 실험처치의 기간경과에 따라 유의한 차이는 없었다. 이러한 결과로서 CIG 와 SCG 간에 트레이닝 4주(p<.05)와 8주(p<.05)에서 각각 집단간 차이를 나타내었다. CIG의 SOD 활성도는 트레이닝 초기 수준에 비해 트레이닝 4주(p<.001) 와 8주(p<.001)에서 유의하게 증가 되었으나 SCG에서 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았으며, 집단간 차이 검증에서도 트레이닝 초기수준(p<.004)을 제외한 트레이닝 4주와 8주에서 유의한 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. CAT 활성도는 CIG에서 트레이닝 초기 수준에 비해 트레이닝 8주(p<.001)에서 유의한 차이를 나타내었으나 SCG에서 유의한 차이는 보이지 않았으며, 집단간 차이 검증에서도 트레이닝 8주(p<.05)에서만 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과로서 본 연구에서 인터벌 운동이 포함된 고강도 신체적 트레이닝은 비만 여학생들의 과산화지질 농도를 유의하게 증가시키지만 항산화 방어체계로서 SOD와 CAT 활성도에 유의한 개선을 유도할수 있는 중요한 트레이닝 방법으로 제안될 수 있으며, 또다른 측면으로 규칙적인 신체적 트레이닝을 수행하는 경우, 비훈련된 사람들에 비해 낮은 과산화지질 반응을 유도할 수 있다는 것을 제안하는 것이다. The purpose of the present investigation was to examine the effects of continuous and interval combination training on blood lipid peroxides (LPO) concentration, superoxide dismutase (SCD) and catalase (CAT) activities in obese female high school students. Twenty obese female was selected as subjects of this study. At the training initial periods, subjects was randomly divided into two group continuous + interval training group (CIG, n=10) and sedentary control group (SCG, n=10). GG trained on continuous and interval combination exercise with 60min/day, 3days/week for 8weeks. Training sessions performed with 40min main-exercise, a 10min warm-up and 10min cool-down. Blood samples was collected in forearm vein before, at 4wks, and 8wks, training. Serum LPO, SOD and CAT activity analyses determined by the spectrophotometer methods. LPO concentration of CIG was shown a significantly increased levels (p<.001) in 8wks training compared to initial training levels, but no significant difference in SCG. There was statistical difference in 4wks training (p<.006) and 8wks training (p<.05) between CIG and SCG. SOD activity of GIG was significantly increased in 4wks (p<.001) and 8wks (p<.001) training compared with before training, but no significant difference in SCG. Also, it was not significant difference between CIG and SCG, except to initial training levels (p<.05). CAT activity of CIG was significant difference in 8wks training (p<000), but no significant difference in SCG. Also, it was significant difference only 8wks training between CIG and SCG (p<.05) These data suggest that high intensity physical training included interval exercise can results in a significantly increase as indicated by LPO concentration in obese female students, but it can results in a significant improvement on SOD and CAT activity as anti-dxidant defense system on the other hand. It was suggest that regular physical training can results in a reduction in lipid peroxidation responses in trained individual compared with untrained individual.
