As the application ranges of computer are extended gradually, a programming environment is needed to be easy design for common users. It means that the existing textual natural languages environments is being changed into the visual environments using computer graphics. In this study, examines the visual programming environments and discusses the cognitive aspect of visual languages, the way of measurement the nature of software written in visual languages and software metric analysers.

Organizational members' ability to maintain a positive attitude and effectively utilize their capabilities is highly dependent on the seamless alignment of individual skills and characteristics with job requirements. The purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating role of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) in the relationship between person-job fit and job attitudes (turnover intention, job engagement, organizational commitment). Conducting a self-administered survey with employees from 226 small and medium-sized enterprises in the Jeollabuk-do region, hypothesis testing utilized hierarchical regression analysis through SPSS 27. significantly negatively influences the turnover intention and positively influences job engagement and organizational commitment (Hypotheses 1, 2, 3 accepted). Strategic Human Resource Management was confirmed not to moderate the relationship between individual-job fit and turnover intention (Hypothesis 4 rejected). However, SHRM positively moderates the relationship between person-job fit and job engagement (Hypothesis 5 accepted). the moderating effect of SHRM on the relationship between person-job fit and organizational commitment was not supported (Hypothesis 6 rejected). Ultimately, this study can serve as a foundation for future efforts by CEOs and HR/training managers in small and medium-sized enterprises to understand human resources as a source of organizational competitiveness. The study suggests leveraging individual-job fit and strategic human resource management to develop effective strategies for securing and maintaining competitive advantages.
간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사를 위한 가상현실 활용 낙상예방 교육프로그램 개발과 효과
본 연구는 간호간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 낙상예방활동의 증진을 위해 가상현실을 활용한 낙상예방 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 적용 효과를 검증하기 위함이다. 간호간병통합서비스 병동은 보호자에게는 간병부담 및 경제적 부담이 완화되는 긍정적 효과가 있으나, 간호사는 환자안전관련 책임이 더 많이 요구되며, 특히 낙상 등 환자안전에 대한 부담은 더욱 가중되고 있어 간호사의 낙상예방활동에 대한 근거기반 실질적 교육이 필요하다. 따라서 간호간병통합서비스 병동 간호사가 낙상에 대하여 충분히 이해함으로써 낙상예방활동을 증가시킬 수 있는 프로그램이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Carayon 등(2006)의 The Systems Engineering Initiative for Patient Safety(SEIPS) model을 이론적 기틀로 가상현실을 활용한 낙상예방 교육프로그램을 개발하여, 간호간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 낙상예방에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 교육내용과 방법은 선행연구 분석, 교육요구도 조사와 면담을 활용하였으며, 전문가 집단을 통하여 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 가상현실 낙상예방교육은 사전학습 후 시나리오를 진행하고, 그 후에 디브리핑을 하는 순으로 진행하였으며, 개별 교육 운영시간은 120분이었다. 본 연구설계는 비동등성 대조군 사전사후 설계를 적용한 유사 실험 연구이며 2023년 3월 3일부터 2023년 4월 14일까지 D 광역시의 일개 D병원에서 수행하였다. 간호간병통합서비스 병동 6개월 이상 경력 간호사를 대상으로 실험군 20명과 대조군 20명을 최종 분석대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료의 처리는 SPSS/WIN 27.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성은 실수와 백분율, 평균과 표준 편차의 기술통계로 분석하였으며, 두 집단의 일반적 특성에 대한 동질성 검정은 2-test, Fisher’s exact test, Independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test로 분석하였다. 정규성 검정은 Shapiro-Wilk test로 분석하였다. 가설검정은 generalized estimating equations, Repeated measures ANOVA, Mann-Whitney U test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. ‘가상현실 활용 낙상예방 교육프로그램 중재 후 실험군은 낙상예방 교육동영상으로 제공 받은 대조군보다 낙상예방 지식이 유의하게 높을 것이다’의 가설은 시기와 집단 간 상호작용에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있어 지지되었다(2=6.06, p=.048). 2. ‘가상현실 활용 낙상예방 교육프로그램 중재 후 실험군은 낙상예방 교육동영상으로 제공 받은 대조군보다 낙상예방 태도가 유의하게 높을 것이다’의 가설은 시기와 집단 간 상호작용에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없어 기각되었다(F=0.78, p=.462). 3. ‘가상현실 활용 낙상예방 교육프로그램 중재 후 실험군은 낙상예방 교육동영상으로 제공 받은 대조군보다 낙상예방 자기효능감이 유의하게 높을 것이다’의 가설은 시기와 집단 간 상호작용에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있어 지지되었다(2=22.89, p<.001). 4. ‘가상현실 활용 낙상예방 교육프로그램 중재 후 실험군은 낙상예방 교육동영상으로 제공 받은 대조군보다 낙상예방활동이 유의하게 높을 것이다’의 가설은 시기와 집단 간 상호작용에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있어 지지되었다(F=3.29, p=.043). 5. ‘가상현실 활용 낙상예방 교육프로그램 중재 후 실험군은 낙상예방 교육동영상으로 제공 받은 대조군에 비해 교육만족도가 유의하게 높을 것이다’의 가설은 두 군간의 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있어 지지되었다(Z=-3.03, p=.004). 이상의 연구결과를 볼 때 가상현실 활용 낙상예방 교육프로그램은 간호간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 낙상예방 지식, 낙상예방 자기효능감, 낙상예방활동, 교육만족도의 향상에 효과적인 교육방법이었다. 가상의 세계에서 실제와 같은 낙상예방활동 교육을 하는 방법으로 진행하는 낙상예방 교육프로그램은 간호사의 낙상예방 간호역량을 증진시키는 것으로 간호간병통합서비스 환경에서 가상현실을 활용한 환자안전간호에 대한 교육 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.
프로젝트 학습법에 기초한 초등학교 저학년 구강건강증진 실천 프로그램 개발
생애 주기별 적절한 구강건강증진 실천 프로그램 개발 보급의 필요성 중에서도 학령기는 평생구강건강의 기초가 되는 중요한 시기이므로 교육적 측면과 건강향상 효과에 효율적이라 하겠다. 자기 주도적으로 탐구해 가면서 활동에 몰입할 수 있게 하는 교육 방법 중에서 프로젝트 학습법을 이용한 초등학교 저학년 구강건강증진 실천 프로그램을 개발하고 적용함으로 단순한 지식 전달이 아닌 실천적 프로그램 학습방법을 활용하고자 하였다. 프로그램 진행과정에서 구강건강을 증진시키기 위해 필요한 행동을 좀 더 적극적으로 참여하게 하고 자신의 구강건강에 대한 긍정적인 책임감을 갖도록 하였다. 본 연구는 2009년 5월 25일부터 7월 27일까지 서울특별시 광진구보건소와 협력하여, 편의 추출한 지역아동센터 소속 초등학교 저학년 1-3학년 아동 63명을 대상으로 하였다. 개발된 구강건강증진 실천 프로그램 효과 검정을 시행한 후 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻었다. 1. 구강건강지식도는 구강건강증진 실천 프로그램을 시행한 군에서 평가점수의 증가되었다. 교육 전, 교육 1달 후의 시간효과와 시간과 그룹 상호작용효과는 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 구강건강증진실천 프로그램의 효과도 실험군에서 더 뚜렷하게 나타났다(p<0.05). 2. 구강건강증진도는 구강건강증진 실천 프로그램을 시행한 군에서 평가점수가 더 많이 감소하였다. 교육 전, 교육 1달 후의 시간효과에서는 유의한 효과가 있었지만, 시간과 그룹상호작용에 있어서는 통계적으로 유의한 교육 전후 효과가 나타나지 않았다(p>0.05). 3. 활동지 결과물 평가에서는 전반적으로 프로그램 시행 전에 비해, 프로그램 시행 후에 더 구체적인 표상활동이 가능한 것으로 보였다. 이번 연구를 통해 아동의 올바른 구강건강관리 생활 습관형성을 유도하고 돕고자 하였으며, 연령대별로 적절한 구강건강증진 실천 프로그램 개발 보급에 이바지하고자 하였다.
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a widely used noninvasive clinical imaging modality. Unlike other medical imaging tools, such as X-rays or computed tomography (CT), the advantage of MRI is that it uses non-ionizing radiation. In addition, MRI can provide images with multiple contrasts by using different pulse sequences and protocols. However, image acquisition speed is known to be a major drawback of MRI and is a limitation in various MRI applications. To address speed limitations in acquisition of multiple contrasts images, we developed a new pulse sequence called Multi-contrast sequence that enables simultaneous acquisition of the four contrasts images, proton density (PD), T1-weighted, T2-weighted and FLAIR images, with a single scan in less than 6 min. Multi-contrast sequence is a combination of fast spin-echo (FSE) based imaging pulse sequences with inversion recovery (IR) acquisition and non- IR acquisition. From Multi-contrast sequence, two contrasts of fluid-attenuated images, PD images, and T2-weighted images are acquired at the same time and T1-weighted images are synthesized from the obtained images. Compared to conventional imaging sequences, the scan time is reduced by 50 %. Additionally, the new method generates both T1 maps and T2 maps that can be used for quantitative imaging. To demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach, phantom and in vivo experiments are performed. Then signal to noise ratio (SNR) of images from the proposed sequence and from the conventional sequences are compared. The method may have potentials as a rapid evaluation tool for clinical scans.
주의력결핍 과잉행동 장애 아동과 일반 아동의 창의성과 어머니 양육행동 간의 관계
The purpose of this study was to examine creativity and childrearing behavior of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. This study also compared creativity and childrearing behavior in the ADHD children with normal children. The subjects for this study were 32 children with ADHD in clinical centers and 64 children without ADHD in a elementary school. Creativity was assessed by using the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking(TTCT), Figural Form A and childrearing behavior was measured by Park's The Childrearing Behavior Questionnaire. The data were analyzed using t-test and Pearson's correlation. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was a significant difference between children with ADHD and children without ADHD in the creativity. Children with ADHD showed higher scores fluency and originality within TTCT than children without ADHD. Second, there was a significant difference in all childrearing behaviors (warmth-acceptance, rejection-restriction, and permissiveness-nonintervention) between children with ADHD and children without ADHD. Third, children with ADHD in this study were significantly correlated between creativity and permissiveness-nonintervention in childrearing behaviors. Fourth, children without ADHD in this study were not significantly correlated between creativity and childrearing behaviors.
Friedrich Ruckert의 시와 Clara Schumann 의 Lied
To study and analyze Clara Schumann's three Lieder with Friedrich Ru¨ckert's poems, the following are examined as a theoretical base: 1) Clara Schumann's life 2) Lieder study of Clara Schumann 3) A study on Friedrich Ru¨chert composing a poem 4) A background of creation, and 5) The influence of Clara Schumann on music history The meaning of poem is understood through interpretation and a form of music, modulation, harmony. The relation of melody and accompaniment are found by way of an analysis of musical piece. I can grasp the real meaning these works involve based on such an interpretation. Finally, this study makes an effort to approach poet's and composer's intent more by objectively analyzing Clara Schumann's three Lieder with Friedrich Ru¨ckert's poems.
여성태권도지도자 지도행동유형에 따른 운동만족도와 인지된 경기력과의 관계

ABSTRACT Relationship between Exercise Satisfaction and Perceived Competitive Performance According to Types of Female Taekwondo Coaches' Behaviors Jung, Jin hee Advisor : Prof. oh-nam Yoon Ph.D. Major in Physics Education Graduate School of Education, Chosun University This study aims to examine the relationship between exercise satisfaction and perceived competitive performance according to types of female Taekwondo coaches' behaviors, distributed and collected questionnaires to middle and high school Taekwondo teams which were registered on Korea Taekwondo Association in 2011, participated in May 18 Democratic Uprising Memorial Taekwondo contest held in 2011 and were coached by female Taekwondo coaches. Data collected were analyzed with independent T-test using SPSS19.0 and one-way ANOVA for athletic career based on five-point scale, and if a significant difference was found, post-analysis was conducted with Least Significant Difference test (LSD). Correlations between exercise satisfaction and perceived competitive performance according to types of female Taekwondo coaches' behaviors were analyzed with multiple regression analysis. As a result of analyzing relation between exercise satisfaction and perceived competitive performance according to types of female Taekwondo coaches' behaviors, the following conclusions were obtained. First, according to differences between exercise satisfaction and perceived competitive performance depending on demographic characteristics, exercise satisfaction showed significant differences in sex, position, prize winning career and exercise career. High school students, athletes having more exercise careers, and female athletes showed negative aspects in their will to continue exercise for their whole life compared to middle school students, athletes having less exercise careers and male athletes. In addition, students with prize winning careers showed higher self-confidence and self-esteem than those without prize winning career. According to relation to perceived competitive performance, there was significant difference in sex and prize winning career and male athletes and those with more prize winning careers were full of self-confidence. Second, according to relation between types of female Taekwondo coaches' behaviors and exercise satisfaction, it was found from the analysis of three sub-factors that coaching types of their satisfaction with athletic life had something to do with democratic behavior and those of exercise satisfaction were related to training, instruction and social support behaviors and their satisfaction with exercise environment was related to training, instruction, general, positive and social support behaviors. Third, according to types of female Taekwondo coaches' behaviors and perceived competitive performance, only democratic behavior of five types of behaviors was related to perceived competitive performance. From the above results, it was found that middle and high school Taekwondo athletes showed increases of negative aspects as they performed more exercises and they were full of self-confidence as they had more prize winning careers. In addition, Taekwondo athletes had democratic awareness of female Taekwondo coaches and there was relation between exercise satisfaction and perceived competitive performance.
