보리와 Canola 종실(種實) 혼합사료가 착유우의 반추위내 변화와 우유성분에 미치는 영향

보리와 無搾油 Canola種實의 혼합사료(Barlcan)를 Cannulae가 장착된 착유우에게 급여하여 그유 조성분과 반추위내 변화를 측정하였다. 농후사료인 Barlcan을 5개수준(0%, 30%+석회분말 2%추가, 58%, 58%+석회분말 2%추가)으로 처리하여 조사료 (50% oatlage+50% alfalfa silage)와 50:50의 비율로 완전사료를 만들어 무제한 급여하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 실 우유 생산량과 4%FCM 생산량 공히 각구간 차이가 없었으나, 유지율은 30% Barlcan+2%석회분말 첨가구가 가장 높았으며 Canola박 급여구와 58% 급여구는 비슷한 수준이었다. 반출의 내휘발성 지방산 함량은 각 처리구간에 차이가 없었으나 Barlcan 첨가구가 초산 함량이 높고 Propion산 함량이 낮아 초산대 Propion산 생성비율도 높았다. 반추위 내 암모니아 농도는 30% BarlCan+2% 석회분말 첨가구가 가장 낮았고 타 Barlcan 첨가구도 암모니아 농도를 낮추는 경향을 보여 주었다. Barlcan 첨가시 우유내 Short-chain 지방산(C14:0, C14:1)생성 비율을 저하시킨 반면 C17:0. C18:1, C17:2등 long-chain지방간의 생성비율을 헌저히 증가시켰다(P<0.05). 우유내 cholesterol 함량은 유의차가 없었다. Effects of barley and full-fat canola seed composite feed(Barlcan)on milk composition and rumen parameters were evaluated in lactating dairy cows fitted with ruminal cannulae. The rations containing Barlcan at 0%, 30%, 30%+additional 2% of limestone, 58% and 58%+additional 2% of limestone of concentrates were fed ad lib. Three multiparous milking cows were arranged in an incomplete 5^*5 Latin Square design. All diets, consisted of 25% oatlage, 25% alfalfa silage and 50% concentrate mixture in dry matter basis, were formulated to be isonitrogenous at 16% crude protein. Actual and 4% FCM milk amount did not differ among groups. Milk fat percent increased non-significantly with 30% Barlcan with additional Ca but had no difference between canola meal and 58% Barlcan diet. Milk protein yield was highest in the 58% Barlcan, the others were similar. Feed intake and body weight change during experiment were similar for different diets. Rumen total volatile fatty acid content did not differ among treatments, and acetate to propionate ratio was raised with a result of higher acetate and lower propionate content for the Barlcan diets. Ruminal ammonia was lowestfor 30% Barlcan with additional limestone and other treatments with Barlcan tended to decrease it. Short-chain fatty acids(C14:0, C14:1:1) profile in milk was depressed, whereas C18:0, C18:1, and C18:2 were increased significantly by Barlcan mixture. Cholesterol content in milk had no difference among treatments with tendency of increasing content of it for Barlcan diets.
