Main Shaft of Half shaft as a part of drive system of a vehicle, delivers driving force generated from engine to torque by high-speed rotation. and this main shaft is consist of solid shaft which ensures durability. In case of applying tube shaft with friction welding as a method of changing product structure in order to weight lightening, annealing heat treatment process is required for stress relief of welded part to meet the same durability with solid shaft. It comes to the conclusion that it satisfies the durability, hardness equalization and stabilization of metal organization if annealing temperature applies from 450 ℃ to 500 ℃ as a post heat treatment on thermal effect boundary of friction welding.

Purpose: We wanted to investigate the serial changes of the serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) concentrations, according to the neurological outcome, in patients who received therapeutic hypothermia after successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation. We also wanted to evaluate the usefulness of serum IL-6 and IL-10 as biochemical markers to predict the neurological outcome. Methods: We prospectively evaluated 23 patients who received therapeutic hypothermia after successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Blood samples were taken at 0, 4, 12, 24 and 48 hours after the return of spontaneous circulation. We compared the IL-6 and IL-10 levels between the good (CPC 1 to 2) and poor (CPC 3 to 5) neurological outcome (NO) groups. Results: The serum IL-6 level at 0 hr was significantly higher in the good NO group than that in the poor NO group. The periods of time that showed the greatest pattern of change between the good and poor NO groups were 4-12 hr for the IL-6 level and 0-4 hr for the IL-10 level. On the analysis of the ROC curve, the cut-off value for delta IL-10 (0-4 hr) was -5.4 pg/ml (AUC=0.827, sensitivity 80.0%, specificity 93.3%, p=0.032) and the cut-off value for delta IL-6 (4-12 hr) was 62.8 ng/ml (AUC=0.527, sensitivity 80.0%, specificity 34.0%, p=0.861, respectively). Conclusion: Our study suggests that the early delta IL-10 can be used as a neurological prognostic marker for patients who are undergoing therapeutic hypothermia after successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Dewey는 人間世界는 未知의 不確定, 不確實, 不安定의 世界이며, 이러한 世界에서의 人間生活은 現實的이고, 實驗的이고, 變化的이고, 不安定한 것이라고 한다. 이러한 人間世界에서는 生活場面의 諸問題를 處理할 수 있는 能力, 態度, 技術을 發展시킴으로써만 將次의 世界에 對處할 수 있다고 한다. 그러므로 敎育은 旣存하는 人間 生活에의 同和가 아니라 現存하는 現實世界의 意味를 豊富히 하고 支配하는 能力을 擴大시키도록 意味와 習慣이 繼續的으로 改造되는 實驗的 探究的 學習過程이라고 한다. Dewey의 말로 하면 敎育은 經驗의 意味를 增進하고 後續하는 經驗의 進路를 指導하는 經驗의 繼續的 改造過程이다. 이러한 經驗의 繼續的 改造過程을 成長으로 본 Dewey는 이러한 成長以外의 어떤 目的도 敎育은 갖지 않는다고 하는 것이다.

Seasonal monitoring was implemented to understand the influence of macrophyte bed structure on the composition and trophic interaction of aquatic organisms (algae, zooplankton, macro-invertebrate, and fish) in a shallow wetland (Upo Wetland, South Korea). Distinct division of the plant assemblage (reed zone and mixed plant zone) was observed. The reed zone was composed solely of Phragmites communis, whereas the mixed plant zone comprised a diverse macrophyte assemblage (Salvinia natans, Spirodela polyrhiza, Trapa japonica, Ceratophyllum demersum, and Hydrilla verticillata). Most of the aquatic organisms were more abundant in the mixed plant zone than in the reed zone, and this was positively associated with the seasonal development of macrophyte cover. Stable isotope analysis showed seasonal interactions among aquatic organisms. The majority of aquatic animal (zooplankton, Odonata, and Ephemeroptera) were dependent on epiphytic particulate organic matter (EPOM), and the dependence on EPOM gradually increased toward autumn. Interestingly, Lepomis macrochirus consumed Ephemeroptera and zooplankton in both macrophyte zones, but Micropterus salmoides depended on different food items in the reed zone and the mixed plant zone. Although, M. salmoides in the reed zone showed food utilization similar to L. macrochirus, it consumed Odonata or small L. macrochirus in the mixed plant zone. Based on these results, it appears that differences in the structure of the two macrophyte zones support different assemblages of aquatic organisms, strongly influencing the trophic interactions between the aquatic organisms.
