교육관에 기초한 학교환경교육의 목적 고찰 - 이홍우와 장상호의 교육관을 중심으로 -

The purpose of Environmental subject in the Korean school is pretty much similar to that of international organization. Because it doesn't apply the characteristics of School Education to environmental education, this school environmental education purpose needs to be discussed. The purpose of this study is to establish the reasonable purpose of school environmental education by analyzing the educational views. This study have been done through review of research literature, which usually includes references and papers on environmental education, school environmental education, educational point of view, educational purpose. It analyzed two kinds of views on education: educational view as developing students' perspective and intrinsic educational perspective. The results are as follows: The purpose of environmental education as developing students' perspective is to help students see the world with pro environmental view through understanding the knowledge of environment fully. Purpose of environmental education based on intrinsic educational perspective is proven to satisfy all of the principles of personality or creativity and democratic citizenship fairly well and only basic faculty principle to a large degree. 우리나라 학교환경교육 목적은 우리나라의 교육적 상황이나, 교육 그 자체보다 외국의 연구나 국제적인 권고에 토대를 두고 있다. 따라서 교육에 기초하고, 우리나라의 교육현실에 적합한 학교환경교육 목적을 설정할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이홍우와 장상호의 교육관을 중심으로 학교환경교육 목적을 고찰해 보았으며 연구 방법은 문헌 연구를 중심으로 이루어졌다. 이홍우의 교육관을 중심으로 도출된 학교환경교육 목적은 “환경교과의 지식을 깊이 있게 이해하여 세상을 환경적인 ‘눈’으로 볼 수 있게 하는 교육”으로, 장상호의 교육관에 의해서는 “환경과 관련된 주제중심 교육방법으로 환경교육계에서 스승과 제자가 상호협력하는 과정을 통해서 각자의 수준을 향상시키는 것”으로 도출되었으며, 이 목적들을 Engleson이 1994년에 제시한 학년별 환경교육의 주요 강조점과 조성화․최돈형(2008)의 연구 등에 비추어서 시사점과 의의를 조명해 보았다.

CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES IIn order to revitalize the reconstruction project, there is a lack of research divided from the project preparation stage to the project implementation, management and disposal plan, and completion and liquidation stage. Therefore, this study aims to provide implications by identifying problems that occur step by step when promoting reconstruction projects, ways to improve the satisfaction of members, and deriving important factors when promoting the project.me was studied. Data on the actual transaction price of apartments representatively inhabited by the general public among real estate near the high-speed railway station were collected and analyzed. Through (2) RESEARCH METHOD Through the results of the survey, differences in satisfaction between groups and post-verification were conducted on the items of each stage of the reconstruction project according to demographic characteristics. In addition, the AHP analysis was conducted with a structured second questionnaire in a pairwise comparison method for executives of reconstruction associations and experts such as related public officials, maintenance companies, municipal construction, and architects (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS As a result of analyzing the unconstrained potential growth model, it was confirmed that apartments located within 5km of the high-speed railway station rose in price after the location of the high-speed railway station, and apartments within 2km of the station had a much larger increase in sales price than apartments after 2km. In the pharmaceutical potential growth model, it was confirmed that the distance between apartments and high-speed railway stations, and the rate of increase in apartment sales prices as the aging period after construction increased, and there was no difference between regions. 2. RESULTS It was found that the promotion committee's operating regulation system was supplemented, the prior feasibility review for project promotion was strengthened, the general meeting of the union was held, and the decision procedure was implemented. The reason why all experts and administrative experts were ranked first is that the city and provincial governor should prepare and distribute the standard articles of incorporation, so it was selected as an important factor because it is necessary to supplement the operating regulation system to meet the changed conditions such as the revision of the law.
