        The purpose of this study is to grope for a method of evaluation of skill objectives in geography education as supplementation to the existing geography evaluation. This study content consists of three parts. The first part of the study reviews the importance of skill objectives which has been emphasized recently through literature on the aims of geography teaching and its evaluation. The second part attempts to develop test items which can be applied to students' real-life contexts. In the third part, a survey was conducted to evaluate the newlydeveloped test items and the existing knowledge-oriented test items in middle schools. The results of the analysis are as in the followings: First, about 45% of all participating students who were questioned received higher scores in the newly-developed test items than the existing knowledge-oriented test items. This result indicates that the new test items offered a better opportunity to demonstrate ability. Second, most students answered that the newly-developed test items were more difficult than the existing test items, but mean score was higher in the newly-developed test than the existing test. Third, students showed a positive responses to the new teat items in the following aspects; increased interests, released from memorization, preferred to the new test, etc. The results show that type of test is likely to change the conception of geography. The contents and methods of evaluation are important in the whole educational process because they not only effect the teaching-learning contents and process but also are highly related to the attainment of educational goals. Therefore, teachers are highly required to research and try to provide various evaluation methods to attain educational goals successfully.

      • 가족친화제도에 대한 성인지적 관점의 평가 : 국내외 기업의 제도 시행 현황에 대한 비교를 중심으로

        The family-friendly programs have become important issues in Korea as well as welfare states. With regard to balancing work and family issues, there have been some efforts to promote family-friendly programs in Korean government, Recently some companies have adopted several family-friendly programs such as parenting leaves, child care services, employee counseling, flexible work schedules. This study comparatively examines the present status of family-friendly programs of companies in Korea and in welfare states. The results showed that the family-friendly program of companies in Korea set up and carried out on the ground of traditional gender role stereotype. These programs occasionally make employment conditions and balancing work and family of female worse. This study urges that the issue of family-friendly programs in Korea must be transformed from a woman's problem to work/family problem and the conflict between work and family of employees must be reflected in companies policy and be resolved by family-friendly programs.

        부부의사소통 및 친밀감 증진을 위한 교류분석적 부부미술치료사례

        This study is to inquire into the effect of art therapy with TA(Transactional Analysis) modalities for married couple on the improvement of marital communication and marital intimacy. The study subject is one married couple in J city. The wife(37 years old) has a depression and the husband(37 years old) owns a private business, who have difficulties in marital communication. The 20 art therapeutic sessions with TA modalities of this study were carried out for them by way of both structuralization and non- structuralization procedures once a week, 90 minutes a session. To find out the effect of the therapeutic program of this study, two ways of comparative analysis were carried out. One was a comparative analysis between the results of marital communication, marital intimacy. The other was a comparative analysis of behavior and attitude observations by this art therapeutic steps. The results are as follows. Firstly, it is found out that this art therapy program with TA modalities is effective on the marital communication, Secondly, it is found out that this art therapy program with TA modalities is effective on the marital intimacy. Thirdly, they lack intimacy each other because there are a lot of cagy interactions between them in a step of forming intimacy and of understanding character of them. However, from the step of improving communication on, the understanding on each other's situation and feeing by way of frank expression of feeling leads to a lot of detailed and complementary interactions. As a result, their martial intimacy is improved. 본 연구는 교류분석적 부부미술치료가 부부의사소통 및 친밀감 증진에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 J시에 거주하는 부부로서 우울 증세를 보이는 아내(37세)와 자영업을 하는 남편(37세)이며 부부의사소통에 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 회기 진행은 구조화․비구조화를 동시에 진행하였으며 주 1회, 회기 당 90분으로 총 20회기의 교류분석적 부부미술치료를 실시하였다. 연구도구로 부부의사소통과 부부친밀감 검사를 사전, 사후, 추후 실시하여 비교 하였고, 부부 미술치료단계에 따른 행동 및 태도를 관찰하여 비교분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교류분석적 부부미술치료는 부부의사소통에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교류분석적 부부미술치료는 부부친밀감에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 친밀감형성과 성격이해단계에서는 이면교류가 많아서 서로에 대한 친밀감이 부족하였으나, 의사소통 향상단계 이후부터는 솔직한 감정표현을 통해 서로에 대한 이해가 증진되면서 상보교류가 많아졌고, 그 결과 부부친밀감이 증진되었다.

        항공기 소형 엔진 시험 장치의 구조 설계 및 해석 연구

        The subject of this study dealt with the structural safety analysis regarding the measured thrust test equipment as noted on a small engine. In this work, the structural design and analysis of steel and aluminum alloy structure for a small engine test of equipment were performed. Firstly, the structural design requirements of the engine test equipment were identified and investigated. After the structural design was reviewed, next the structural analysis of the engine test equipment was performed by the utilization of the finite element analysis method. The study was performed to determine that the stress and displacement analysis was appropriately managed regarding the applied load condition. As a result, it was determined that through the structural analysis, this study has confirmed that the designed engine test equipment is approved for safety, and meets its design purpose at this time. 본 연구는 소형 엔진 추력 시험 장비에 대한 구조의 안전성 해석에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구에서 소형엔진 시험 장치를 위한 철강 및 알루미늄 합금 적용 구조의 설계 및 해석을 수행하였다. 1차적으로 엔진 시험 장치의 구조 설계 요구 조건이 분석되었다. 구조 설계 이후 유한 요소 해석 기법을 활용하여엔진 시험 장치의 구조 해석이 수행되었다. 적용 하중 조건에서 응력 및 변위 해석이 수행되었다. 최종구조 해석을 통해 설계된 엔진 시험 장치 구조는 안전한 것으로 확인되었다.

        자유선택놀이 시간에 나타나는 유아의 수학 활동 유형과 맥락

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the types and context of young children's mahematics activity emerging within free play. The subjects were 34 children aged 5 of kindergarten. The mathematics activities the young children participated in were videotaped and analyzed The findings of this study were as follows : First, young children engaged heavily in "pattern and shape" within free play. Second, mathematics activities occurred most frequently with "cooperate interaction", "constructive play", "legs and blocks". Based on these findings, young children's mathematics is not limited to enumeration within free play. Therefore, mathematics curriculum to stimulate and assist young children should be provided with opportunity for more varied mathematics activity types and context.

        유아의 인기도에 따른 의사소통기술과 친사회적 행동기술의 차이에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate difference in communication skill and prosocial skill according to the degree of popularity in four year old children so to provide some fundamental data that can help young children in kindergarten. The purpose of this study are as follows: 1. Is there difference in communication skills according to degree of popularity? 2. Is there difference in tion skills according to prosocial skill degree of popularity? The subject of this study were 40 Young Children ( 4 year-old ) in D child Hause in Tae-gu. Using a rating scale, 40 children were classified in popular and unpopular groups After sociometric measures were obtained Young children were videotaped for fifteen minutes during social pretend play. The children's communication data from the traids were transcribed, coded, and analyzed. The data collected was analyzed according to mean, standard deviation. For prosocial skills Measure, the measurement tool developed by MCGinnis and Goldstein ( 1990 ) and the amended and translated by Park, Lee, and Noh ( 1993 ) was used without modification. For analyzing the data T-test and one-way ANOVA were used. The results of this study were as follows. 1. It is found that communication skills are different according to degree of popularity. There is a difference in the suggestion, description, Acceptance, and nonverbal. The popular group was more often to use description, suggestion Acceptance than unpopular groups. But the unpopular group used nonverbal more often than the popular group. 2. It is found that Prosocial skill are different according to degree of popularity. The Prosocial skill score of the popular group was higher than the unpopular group.

      • 모성보호 및 일 · 가정 양립지원제도 이용실태 점검 및 활성화를 위한 제언 : 충북지역 제도 모니터링 결과를 중심으로

        이 연구는 법에 명시된 모성보호제도 및 육아휴직제도가 여전히 활성화 되지 못하고 있다는 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 특히 여성노동의 M cuve 현상이 타 지역에 비해 더욱 현저한 충북의 경우 제도이용실태와 지역여건 분석의 필요성이 더욱 요구되는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 2014년 정부합동 “일하는 여성의 생애주기별 경력유지 지원방안” 발표와 이에 따른 지역 정책 현장 모니터링 조치의 일환으로 모성보호 및 일 가정양립 지원제도에 대한 충북지역 실태를 조사하였다. 본 조사에서는 출산전후휴가와 배우자출산휴가, 육아휴직제도와 대체인력제도 운영, 남성근로자 육아휴직, 육아기 근로시간 단축제도의 지역 내 활용 현황에 대한 모니터링이 이루어졌다. 기업과 근로자를 규모, 연령, 업종별로 범주화하여 지역내 제도이용의 성공요인 또는 문제점을 심층면접 방식으로 조사하였다. 그 결과 출산전후휴가는 300인 이상 정규직 근로자의 경우 보편적으로 사용이 가능했지만 육아휴직제도의 경우 대체인력 활용 문제와 긴밀히 연계되어 있어 대기업이 아닌 이상 사용에 어려움이 있었다. 인력수급이 자유롭지 못한 중소기업은 정부지원이 있어도 대체인력을 활용할 수 없다는 입장으로 근로자가 육아휴직을 이용하기 어렵고 사용한다고 해도 급여가 대리양육비를 충족하지 못하는 경우 근로자가 육아휴직 후 복귀하지 않아 활성화되고 있지 못했다. 이와 같은 상황에서 남성 육아휴직제도 역시 공공기관이나 대기업에서도 ‘시기상조’로 인식되고 있으며 대기업과 달리 이직이 빈번한 중소기업에서 남성의 육아휴직은 ‘자리’가 없어진다는 인식이 강해 사용할 수 없는 제도였다. 육아기근로시간 단축제도 역시 대체인력제도가 제대로 작동하지 않는 상황에서 소위 ‘동료의 눈치를 보는 근로자’가 당당히 요구할 수 있는 상황은 아니며 설사 대체인력제도가 이행되는 기업이더라도 근무형태의 경직성, 협업을 중요시하는 근로문화에서 실질적으로 이용이 활성화 되지 못하고 있었다. 이와 같은 모니터링 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 출산전후휴가 기간연장과 초기양육기 보육수당 확대, 육아휴직급여지원 실적에 따른 인센티브 확대, 공공분야 남성육아휴직 목표제 도입, 취업모 우선 아이돌봄서비스 제공, 대체인력 양성 활성화 등 모성보호 및 일 가정 양립제도가 현장에서 보다 활성화 될 수 있는 구체적 방안에 대해 정책 제언하였다. This study started from critical mind for which the policy of maternity protection and baby care leave have not acted and used as Korean law. Especially, the necessary to study Chung buk was strongly requested caused by remarkable M Curve Status in women's labor market in compare with other provinces. This study was surveyed by Chung buk Women's Development Center though monitering peoples for the policy of maternity protection and work & life balance to support preserving women's career together with central government in 2014. This study was carried out not only to find out success case to use policy but also to find out the cause by depths interview though monitering Chung buk peoples to understand the situation of using the policy of maternity leave. The other hands, the study was carried out as per age, level of education, level of economy, type of business, type of family members. As the result of study, the regular worker in company who employ 300 or more usually use the maternity leave but difficult to use baby care leave due to many problems to secure substitute labor excepting workers of some major groups in Korea. In the case of worker who are working in mid small company, have big difficulties to use the maternity leave due to mentioned problem. If they can use the maternity leave, they do not come back again to the company if income was reduced for the period in spite of some economical support from government. In this circumstance, to use man's baby care leave are considered as “The time is not yet” even officers in government and workers in major groups. In the case of workers in mid small company, can't use man's baby care leave caused by employment uncertainly. In the case of man, to use reduction of working time for the baby care, also difficult to use due to 1) problems to secure substitute labor 2) the rigidity of work 3) the existing relationship with other parties. As the results of monitering survey, this study suggest 1) to extend maternity leave 2) to increase pay for baby care leave 3) to increase incentive against of the records of payment for baby care leave 4) re set up the policy of man's baby care leave in public sector 5) to increase system and service of baby care for working mam 6) to secure substitute labor as advice for support policy in detail.

      • 성인지적 가족친화제도 모색을 위한 기업 유형별 여성의 일과 삶 연구

        The purpose of this study is to collect the diverse experiences of women's work-life balance and provide female and male employees with gender sensitive family-friendly policies, Collecting the opinions and experiences of women's work and life is very important, because working women are treated discriminately in workplace and family. Therefore, women's opinions and experiences about double burden and inferior working condition should be reflected in the family-friendly policies. This study focuses on qualitative method in an aspect of female employees and analyzes the effect that the family-friendly policies of Korean companies give to women's work-life balance. The results show that the balance of work and life of female employees is variable according to the level of benefits provided by their companies. The female employees of companies paying active attention to family-friendly policies, as parenting leaves, child care services, employee counseling, flexible work schedules, can better balance work and family relatively. But the programs like child care services, flexible work schedules, parenting leaves, are set up and carried out on the ground of traditional gender role stereotype. So they strengthen women's double burden and gender stereotypes. The female employees of companies paying passive attention to family-friendly policies are supported no more benefits than basic maternity care program. The female employees of companies providing no family-friendly programs cannot use the mandatory maternity care program, which the government provides by law. Under such circumstances, the married women can have none of the way to alleviate the stress of balancing work and family responsibilities. Therefore, for the present family-friendly policies can contribute to equal work-life balance, they must be set up and carried out on the ground of a gender-sensitive perspective. Suggestions of the study are as follows; First, the polices to protect women's labor rights are needed. Second, all workers must be defined as 'those who share work and the family responsibility'.
