지방대학생의 진로장벽과 진로준비행동과의 관계: 주관적 행복감의 매개효과 검증

The purpose of this study was to help local college students' successful career development, the relation between career barrier and career preparation behavior was examined in mediating, effect of subjective happiness. For this purpose, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 569(male: 264, female: 305)students' at a local four-year college. The collected data analysis SPSS18.0. For this purpose, 3 research problems was set; First of all, is significant difference found among career barrier, subjective happiness and career preparation behavior according to demographic characteristics? Second, is significant relation found among career barrier, subjective happiness and career preparation behavior? Third, how is mediating effect in the relation between career barrier and career preparation behavior? The research results are as follows: First, the The negative correlation was found between career barrier and subjective happiness and positive correlation was found between subjective happiness and career preparation behavior. Second subjective happiness was found to mediate and positive impact on relations between career barrier and career preparation behavior. The results of this study imply that the differential and effective career counseling and intervention programs, taking into account their psychological characteristics such as perceived career barriers, subjective happiness, are needed for college students preparing for future career and occupation.

퍼지 알고리즘을 응용한 ATM network 상에서의 VBR 제어

A fuzzy logic-based priority control scheme for MPEG video to transfer at the user-network interface(UNI) in ATM network is proposed. The system consists of the Frame separator, the Fuzzy system and the Priority control system in ATM network. The fuzzy method is applied on the calculation of the priority of video sources coding by Discrete Cosine Transform algorithm. The output of fuzzy system calculated by the proposed fuzzy algorithm is sent to the priority control system. A video source in ATM network can be transferred according to the output of the priority control system. The performance of the proposed scheme is evaluated through numerical tests and computer simulation on real video sequence.

중ㆍ장년 실직자의 정서적 안정감과 구직강도의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과

본 연구는 중ㆍ장년 실직자의 정서적 안정감과 구직강도의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 확인해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충북 C시의 중ㆍ장년 실직자 273명 (남:142, 여:131)을 대상으로 2017년 10월11일~12월14일까지 정서적 안정감 척도, 회 복탄력성 척도, 구직강도 척도 자료를 수집하였으며 매개효과를 알아보기 위한 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시해 나온 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서적 안정감은 구직강도에 유의미한 부적 상관을, 회복탄력성은 구직강도에 유의미한 정적 상관을 나타냈 다. 둘째, 정서적 안정감과 구직강도의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 매개효과를 나타내었으며 특히 회복탄력성의 하위요인인 긍정성의 부분 매개효과는 구직강도를 높이는데 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 내적 심리적 변인인 회복 탄력성의 중요성을 재확인하였으며 실직자의 구직강도를 높이기 위해 구직상담 장면에서 회복탄력성 사용을 증진시켜 내담자에 대한 개입 방안의 가능성을 제공한다. This study was aimed to examine the mediating effects of resilience in the relationship between emotional stability and job search intensity of middle aged unemployed. In order to achieve the purpose of this research. The subjects were 273(male: 142, female: 131)middle aged unemployed from C center located in Cheongju. Instruments used in the study were as follows: resilience scale, emotional stability scale, job search intensity scale. Based on the results of this study, the major findings were as follows: First, there were statistically significant correlation among in resilience, emotional stability, job search intensity of middle aged unemployed. Second, there were a mediation effect of resilience on relationship between emotional stability and job search intensity turned out be significant. In particular, a partial effect of positiveness on relationship between emotional stability and job search intensity turned out be significant.

마필(馬匹) 혈액형(血液型) 분류(分類)를 위(爲)한 표준항혈청생산(標準抗血淸生産)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

The present experiments were undertaken to produce the standard antiserum for equine blood typing. The following results were obtained through ISO and Hetero Immunizations of the horses whose blood typing was analysed in the Laboratory of Racing Chemistry of Japan. 1. Of the 21 combinations of ISO-immune, 17 horses were produced antibody (about 80%) 2. Antibody titers were increased from early 1 week to late 5 weeks and any antibody titers were not be obtained in spite of the using of adjuvant and 10 repeated injections in the other 4 horses. 3. High antibody titers were obtained within the earliest period in the Dd antigen but were not increased over 32 times in spite of 8~10 repeated injections in the antigen. 4. Antibody were easily produced in the Ca antigen of ISO-Immune but production of antisera were tailed due to abscence of absorbed blood cell. 5. Antibody titers of 1,024 times were obtained through 5 injections in the Ca of HeteroImmune 6. Of the produced 15 antisera (16 system), 13 antigen (5 system) were absorbed.

The long-period gravity wave, the wave period from some ten seconds to some minutes, induces not only the big sway of a ship moored and berthed in the harbor due to the horizontal long-distance motion of a water but also strong exfoliated flow and vortices near the harbor entrance. They cause serious problems on the safety navigation of vessels entering and leaving the harbor, but this gravity wave has not been searched sufficiently yet. Then it is quite important to reveal the characteristics of this long-period gravity wave and to solve various problems induced by this wave. The long-period gravity wave measurement system with arrayed buoys equipped with the kinematics GPS was already proposed, which provides the precise propagating direction of the long-period gravity wave. In this paper, the observation results of the long-period gravity wave measurement system are shown by the MUSIC method. And the propagating wave direction was estimated precisely enough in comparison with other results which used the other method.
