        Leaching Model System 에 의한 토양 정균현상의 분석

        This study was carried out to investigate the germination of four fungi under non-leaching and leaching incubation. The range of germination rates of Fusarium solani f. sp. pisi, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerium, Mortierella, and Helminthosporium sativa incubated on sand saturated with various solutions without leaching were 90-99%, 31-45%, 38-62% and 86-98% respectively. The range of germination rates of Fusarium solani f. sp. pisi, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerium, Mortierella n. sp and Helminthosporum sativa incubated on sand undergoing leaching were 51-63%, 13-25%, 15-37% and 47-80%, respectively. The germination rates of the four fungi tested were suppressed under leaching incubation.

        김재준의 공산주의 이해 -한경직, 박형룡과의 비교를 중심으로-

        Since Korean War, even though Kim Chai-choon, Han Gyung-Jik and Park Hyong-Ryong had manifested their anti-communism, their understanding for it was quite different one another. For, they have experienced the communism in the different situations. For Kim Chai-choon, he manifested himself as an anticommunist but he had a deideological understanding in his deep aspect. He criticized the dogmatism of communism, not but communism itself. Thus, Kim’s understanding for communism is considered as deideological one. The reason that he had deideological understanding was that he was influenced from Reinhold Niebuhr. In 1950’s, right after the end of the Korean War, he expressed the very vigorous view against the communism. However, it was because Song Chang-gun, his supporter as well as his friend, was kidnapped by North Korea. Meanwhile, Han was the strong view against the communism and he was an anticommunist. He imparted a “red dragon” to the communism, which was the religious meaning. Right after the independence, Han established the Christian Social-democratic Party in a bid for political activities. But his activities caused the conflicts with communists. So, he came to South Korea. After the Korean War, he worked as a senior pastor for Bethany Church(it became Young-Rak Church afterwards), which was consisted of many North Korean refugees. This was the main reason why he became a very vigorous anticommunist. Therefore, Han’s understanding for communism was called an “ideological understanding for communism based on personal experiences.” Park Hyong-ryong was also an anticommunist but not so much as Han. Because he had been working in South Korea right after Independence, he had no chance to have confliction with communists. He understood the communism as “God’s punishment against sinful people” and such an understanding was very normal at that time. However, in 1959, since third division of Presbyterian churches, he has had cold war ideological understanding. NAE, in which he played a central role and WCC, in which Han played a central role, crashed each other. At that time, Park accused Han of pro-communist and since then, he started understanding “New Theology” and “Communism” in the same category. Since then, Park has interchanged with Carl McIntyre, who was an anticommunist as well as an extreme right Christian leader. As a result, Park had the cold war ideological understanding against communism. Kim Chai-choon, Han Gyung-Jik and Park Hyong-Ryong experienced the Korean War and their experiences made themselves anticommunists but the reason that their views were quite different was that they had very different experiences.

        洪萬宗의 時論에 대하여

        洪寅杓 韓國比較文學會 1985 比較文學 Vol.9 No.-

        Hong Man-jong (洪萬宗 1643-1725) was born in the period of national difficulties following the wars against Japan and Manchurian attacks in the Lee dynasty of Korea. In these days, the social activities were governed by the Confucian officials. However, Hong did not follow the Confucian line, but was interested in Taoism. Taoism always popular in the periods of social unrest, and when the people have lost their hope for the future. Hong had a chronic desease which confined him to bed for a long time. Specially he was educated by Jung Du-Kyeong (鄭斗卿 1597-1673) who had deep understanding in Taoism. Hong saw the social unrest and lost his hope for the future. Therefore, 1 think, he turned to the world of Taoism. Hong wrote a lot of books. These books can be classified as follow by the contents and written years. (1) The books connected with Taoism; (a) Korean Taoist anecdotes (海東異蹟) 1666. (b) Diary records of humour (蓂葉志諧) 1976? (c) Fifteen days records(旬五志) 1678. (2) The books connected with poetical discussions; (a) Korean classic poetical discussions (小華詩評) 1672. (b) Added Korean classic poetical discussions (詩評補遺) 1691. (c) Collected Korean poetical discussions (詩話叢林) 1712. (3) The books connected with history; (a)Korean history (東史) 1692? (b) Historical memorandums of Korean dynasties (東國歷大總目) 1705. (c) Added historical memoyandums of Chinese dynasties (增補歷大總目) 1706. (4) The books connected with literature; (a) Selected Korean poems (東詩選) 1690? (b) Monghun works (夢軒集) 1692? (c) Korean life episodes(東國經濟野言)? Through these books, we can find his Taoistic thought. He emphasized national identity, paid tribute to the national heroes, collected the erotic stories spread among the people and tried to find out the Korean national superiority from the many Korean poems and historical documents. I think these things had some relations with his Taoistic thought. His view-points of Korean poems had three aspects. First is the writer's intentions (立意深淺), second is the work's designs (造語工拙), third is reader's feeling (格律淸濁). Particulary, he estimated the poems with his feeling. He used the term "clear X" (淸 X) very much. Most of his critical terms consist of two sylables. They changed into various different meanings according to the different compositions. For example, he said "A poem is clear elegent (淸雅)." "B is clear fresh (淸新)." "C is clear beaufiful (淸麗)." "D is clear speedy (淸快)." "E is clear powerful (淸健)" ... etc. What we should notice here, the indications of clear X is not mean two separated image, but is a image. It might be compared to the salt water is not the salt and the water. Anyway, I think the conception of clear came from the Taoistic thought. Besides, Hong emphasized the indispensible relations between the poet's talent and his poems, and the poem and the poet's fortune. He depreciated Song poetry (宋詩) and valued Tang poetry (唐詩), and compared Korean poems with Tang Song poems. Therefore, the Tang poems became a standard of his poetical criticism. These books of his poetical discussions had been read widely from his times until nowadays. Certainly, Hong played a leading role in Korean classical poetry criticism.

      • 버섯균을 이용한 도토리화분의 세포 발아

        화분은 탄수화물, 지방, 비타민, 무기질 등의 영양성분이 풍부하여 오래전부터 자연 건강식품 으로 이용되어 왔다. 특히 벌이 채취한 꿀벌 화분(bee pollen)에는 꿀과 효소가 혼합되어 있어서 일반 화분보다 영양성분이 풍부하여 꿀벌의 단백질원과 로열젤리의 원료로 이용된다. 화분은 이 용가치가 매우 높은 완전식품이지만 sporopollenin으로 된 외피(exine)와 cellulose와 pectin으로 구 성된 내피(intine)는 화학적으로 견고하여 강산처리에도 구조가 파괴되지 않으며, 대부분의 동물, 곤충들도 분해하지 못하여 영양성분의 일부만 흡수한다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 생산량이 가장 많은 도토리화분을 대상으로 담자균류인 약용버섯을 이용하여 화분 세포의 발아를 확인하였다. 수집된 꿀벌화분은 알갱이 형태이며, 꿀벌의 분비물을 제거한 순수 화분은 분말형태로 크기는 0.1~0.003 ㎜ 정도이다. 화분의 전자현미경 구조는 도토리화분은 단립이며 모양은 장구형(prolate) 이고 극면상은 난형이다. 발아구는 3구형이며 비교적 짧고 곧은 주름이 있다. 표면은 과립상 (verrucate) 또는 미립상(scabrate)으로 불규칙한 돌기가 있다. 저온초미분쇄한 화분은 세포벽이 파 쇄 또는 절단되었으며, 동결건조한 화분에서는 세포벽이 파열되어 세포질이 나출되는 양상을 보 였다. 표고버섯균을 접종한 도토리 화분의 세포 발아 형태는 공구(pore) 주변에 외피가 없는 다 량의 발아세포가 형성되었으며, 뽕나무버섯균을 접종한 화분배지에서의 세포 발아 형태는 화분 에서 균사속과 유사한 발아관이 형성되고 그 끝에 발아세포가 형성되었다. 도토리화분의 총 폴리페놀함량은 화분배지에 뽕나무버섯균(Armillariella mellea) 배양한 발아액 에서 가장 높았으며, 표고버섯균(Lentinus edodes) 발아액에서 가장 낮았다. 뽕나무버섯균을 배양 한 발아액 중에서 동결건조 화분의 발아액이 정제화분과 저온초미분쇄화분의 발아액보다 총 폴 리페놀함량이 많았다. 또한 동결건조 화분의 뽕나무버섯균 발아액은 물추출액보다 총 폴리페놀 함량이 1.4배 높았다. 도토리화분의 DPPH radical 소거능은 뽕나무버섯균 발아액에서 가장 높았으며, 표고버섯균 발 아액에서 가장 낮았다. 동결건조 화분의 뽕나무버섯균 발아액은 DPPH radical 소거능이 물추출 보다 2-4배 높았다.

        SMT 프로세서에 최적화된 명령어 페치 전략에 관한 연구

        최근에 성능의 한계를 드러내고 있는 수퍼스칼라 RISC를 대체할 새로운 프로세서 구조로서 SMT(Simultaneous Multi-Threading)이 활발히 연구되고 있다. SMT는 하나의 프로세서에 여러 개의 스레드가 하드웨어 자원을 동적으로 공유하며 동시에 수행되는 구조이다. 이러한 환경에서는 프로세서 안에 존재하는 여러 스레드로부터 명령어를 원활하게 공급하여 주는 것이 중요하다. SMT 프로세서는 기존의 프로세서에 비하여 사이클 당 실제 처리되는 명령어 수가 월등히 많기 때문에, 사이클 당 명령어 페치량과 페치된 명령어를 임시 저장하는 페치 큐의 엔트리수가 신중하게 결정되어야 한다. 또한 사이클마다 페치할 스레드와 각 스레드의 페치량을 결정하는 것이 성능에 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 요소들이 프로세서 전체의 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 SMT 프로세서에 최적화된 명령어 페치 전략에 대하여 논한다. Recently, conventional superscalar RISC processors arrive their performance limit, and many researches on the next-generation architecture are concentrated on SMT(Simultaneous Multi-Threading). In SMT processors, multiple threads are executed simultaneously and share hardware resources dynamically. In this case, it is more important to supply instructions from multiple threads to processor core efficiently than ever. Because SMT architecture shows higher IPC(Instructions per cycle) than superscalar architecture, performance is influenced by fetch bandwidth and the size of fetch queue. Moreover, to use TLP(Thread Level Parallelism) efficiently, fetch thread selection algorithm and fetch bandwidth for each selected threads must be carefully designed. Thus, in this paper, the performance values influenced by these factors are analyzed. Based on the results, an optimal instruction fetch strategy for SMT processors is proposed.
